I started going to Haas several years ago, after the dentist I was going to since I was a child, retired. My first experience at Haas was a breathe of fresh air. Their staff was very welcoming and extremely professional! 2 years ago I moved almost 30 miles away from their location and I still travel to go to then vs. finding someone closer to home! My children are also patients of both general dentistry and orthodontics! We love Haas!!

My friend recommended this place and I have to say the difference between my last dentist and this office is night and day. The staff is incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. The building and equipment are up to date and extremely clean. The whole office is geared towards comforting all patients at all ages. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I take my two boys here. My 5 year old is pretty easy, he will cooperate. My 6 year old has ASD and is very apprehensive and scared to be there. He won't even sit in the chair, only on the stool in the corner. Alicia came over to where he was and was very patient with him as was the dentist. We'll see if we can get him a little more comfortable as time goes on. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Haas dental practice by our primary dentist for a simple pediatric tooth extraction for one of our 4 children. From the moment we walked into the door we were greeted with nothing but happy smiling faces everywhere! The office is nothing short of perfection when it comes to making your visit fun, comfortable, and completely ridding the fears of going to the dentist. Not only was my daughter treated with the upmost of personal care but so was myself and my other children along for the appointment. From just one appointment with Dr. Haas and his staff, I transferred my family of 6 from our regular family dentist to the Haas family practice and I cannot wait to sit in the dentist chair and have my turn!

This was the first time I brought my 4 yr. old son to a dentist so I worried how he would do on his exam and cleaning. First thing I liked was the sign outside the office to welcome new patients. I think that's is a great and very welcoming idea, I'm pretty sure I was more excited about that than my son was lol. All the staff there were very nice and all had smiles which I think is really comforting for a child. He had Dotty for his hygienist and she is absolutely exceptional! She has amazing patient care skills, and explained everything to my son about what she was going to do and made him feel very relaxed. There is a nice play area in the waiting room and a tv on the ceiling for them to watch while having their teeth cleaned. They have about 10 flavors of toothpaste for the kids, my son was excited about vanilla flavor. They also have a little treasure box outside the exam rooms for the kids to pick a prize and they also give them stickers. Great experience!!

They are the best dentist I've ever been to. I have a massive fear of the dentist. But after my son went and I saw how great they were I decided to try it. I needed a tooth extraction. I was out of there in minutes with very very little pain. She was very understanding of how nervous I was and made sure to walk me through everything and checking frequently to see if I was doing ok.

This establishment is the best. We have a child with Autism and they cater to his needs. Today he had to have an extraction which went smoothly. The Dr. Took time to talk with him and tell jokes while he was being sedated. It was over before he knew it. Amazing.

He was terrified of having dental work done, and Dr. Jim and his staff helped him to become comfortable visiting the dentist. He is now ten years-old, and he has just started wearing braces. Dr. Kramer and her staff have been wonderful throughout this process. We have just had my 16-month-old boy's first dental visit. The staff and Dr. Jim helped my son to have a very positive first experience with the dentist's office. They provided me with great information, and my son left with a smile on his face. Careful when you refuse a treatment, they will get you in trouble reporting that you do not take care of your child. We went there for an emergency, after the x Ray they offered to do a clean up first, like you go to fix the car transmission and they say to do an oil change first. We refused the clean up asking for the most urgent things to be addressed first and they reported. The worst thing is that they did not set another appointment after, we called and called and never got a call back, so basically they report that the child is in danger and then never care to help your child.

This is THE BEST dental office around! Caters to children, they go above and beyond to make nervous children feel comfortable! Office is super clean, and decorated wonderfully! Waiting room has so much to do for kids!

After calling at 255pm and explaining we got lost being I'm not from new Hampshire and dont know many routes I was told my child will still be seen. I told reception exactly what my gps stated 8minutes to arrival. Which would be 303pm unexpected caused arrival to be 310 only to be told i need to reschedule. When I did call I made sure she would be able to still be seen or is it best to just reschedule. I dont think this was fair in anyway. While I was making her another appointment I asked about the other children and I was told I can not transfer them at this time while they are accepting new patients in a rude manner because receptionist gave wrong information during the phone call. That is completely unfair. So we have to hope they are still accepting new patients after my daughter is seen on the 29th of April. Children being pushed away due to lack of communication is unethical. (She said she will not schedule my kids until my daughter makes her appointment and is not late) implying what?

HORRIFIC experience with Haas Dental! Dr. Jim didn't give my 4 year old daughter enough time with the gas before he got started. He threatened her to stop crying or he would cover her mouth with the mask, and he roughly pushed her nose closed to make her breathe through her mouth. When I tried to calm her down, he told me to “get out of my space.” At the end, he was mad and actually walked out. She was very upset and bleeding. The doctor replied that gums bleed every time a crown is done. It didn't last time, or at least he removed the blood before it became a problem. He just left her mouth bleeding and walked away. I persisted and he begrudgingly swabbed her mouth out. I had to ask the assistant for water to wash out her mouth with. We tried to call the office manager to relay our experience and express our unhappiness. They never called back. Dr. Jim Haas was mean, rough, impatient, uncaring, argumentative, and very traumatizing!

Love Haas Dental! I was referred to Haas for a program offered to get my daughter to stop sucking her thumb. Laurie is amazing as well as her program. Not only was Laurie able to get my daughter to stop sucking her thumb (without any appliances) but now my daughter begs to go to the dentist. We switched over to Haas Dental for all of our dental needs and couldn't be happier. The place is great and the kid section of the practice really puts kids at ease. a year ago I would have recommended Haas Dental to anyone, now I would never. in the last year the dentist I was seeing left the practice and was replaced with Dr Dentino who could not consistently tell me whether I needed a filling or a root canal or an extraction. Dental visits can be stressful enough but when your provider can't keep straight what the treatment plan is and varies between two very different procedures, filling vs root canal, the experience becomes even worse. The receptionist in the adult area is also new and has been incredibly rude from the first time I spoke with her, frequently cutting me off in the middle of a sentence and by the tone in her voice it is clear that she doesn't care about patient experience and is just there to answer a phone and makes up charges that are listed nowhere in the website and not included in a treatment plan that Dr Dentino and her assistant put together. The last time I was in there were also some kind of bugs running around in the lights, they looked like a silverfish or maybe a house centipede? Either way that doesn't instill much confidence in your patients to have bugs running above them during an exam. Haas Dental has clearly made some staff changes that are negatively impacting their business and are not keeping the office clean, I'm not sure which one is more concerning but I have reported them for the bugs and I would suggest looking elsewhere for a dentist unless you enjoy be treated terribly.

This place is terrible and not even worthy of a single star. Dr Jim was awful! He yelled at my son for asking "too many questions" and accused him of being a lair when he said Dr. Jim was hurting him! Also, they do not verify your coverage like most reputable dental offices. As a result, I was sent a bill for my son's visit. This would not have been a problem, except they waited until 4 months after the visit to send me a bill, just outside the window where the insurance would have covered this bill 100%. Who waits 4 months to send a bill? Then, when I called to discuss the bill, the rude office manager yelled at me and called me a bad mother because I didn't verify the insurance myself. She actually had me crying on the phone because she was so nasty. I worked in a dental office for years and my one of my primary responsibilities was to verify insurances the day before a patient's visit. ALL reputable dental offices do this, so of course I never anticipated such a problem. Go to Vanguard Dental in Derry. The employees are great. They are kind and respectful and extremely knowledgeable. They are great with my son and my entire family!

My 17 month old had his first dental appt with dr haas today. My son is very much a mommas boy but today the staff were amazing. I honestly was dreading this appt because I knew he would be so miserable but he wasn’t. The assistants and dr were both amazing at telling him what they were going to be doing and they were gentle and so patient. I’m so happy we chose them as our providers. My husband and I will be switching to them as well and our youngest when he’s old enough. Might I add, I had my 6 month old son with us as well and the girls pretty much babysat him for me. They loved on him and played with him and carried him around for me so I could focus on my eldest during his appt. this practice is perfect for our family and I definitely recommend them to anyone with children. Worth the 45 minute drive. 10/10 recommend & 6/5 stars!!

Forgot new insurance card, but the girls at the front were so patient and helpful while I called to get the information. I had 2 kids with me at the same time, a two year old and a 6 year old. When i was on the phone making the appointment for my son, the woman was extremely helpful and very nice... Then we ended up being about 16 minutes late due to my youngest not being so cooperative while getting my 3 children out the door and into the car... Out of no where, not sure if it was the same woman this time.. But she was extremely, extremely rude & discourteous as you'd expect them to be.. Especially to a new patient regarding a little boy with a swollen face and painful mouth!!! I just was very taken back by how quickly the change in attitude occured and how rude.

I’m so grateful all the recommendations for this office. My kids had such a great experience, they loved Dotty, and told me after we left that it was fun, and can’t wait to go back. That means so much to me since in the past they had a bad experience at another office. I want can’t say thank you enough to Dotty for her knowledge and care and that she showed each of my children. They warmed up to her so quickly, and I saw how my kids became so comfortable and safe when they talked about their visit. I'll state this first; the reason for the review is NOT THE STAFF. They accommodated me without any issues and were extremely polite, professional and nice. I saw Darcy before she left, and got 4 fillings. Then had to go back because of a bond issue on 2 of them. Then a few weeks later the other 2 I just had done were irritating me. When I called I wasn't aware Darcy left; however Kelly will be taking care of me. So I went and saw her instead. Shes so sweet and nice, I couldn't ask for a better person to be working on me. However; every time I went in to get the fillings fixed, it seemed like she was crammed for time, running around from 1 person to the other, or that I wasn't scheduled properly for my re-fillings and she had to stay late or run into another patient. I went back for a total of 4/5 times to fix these fillings I assumed were already fixed and the scheduling issue at the desk prompted the 3 stars. I opted to go somewhere else, but I want it to be known that it wasn't the staff that was the result of this review.

Went here for a 2nd opinion because my previous dental office was telling me i needed all this work done which would have been over $1100 out of pocket. I had a feeling they were just trying to make money and i didn't actually need all that work, so i booked an appt for an exam here. Turned out, i did NOT need all the work done the old office said, and all i needed was a basic cleaning. Saved me over $1000 by coming to this office. The staff here is honest and friendly!

This is by far the best dentist around. I brought two and four year old today for the second time. My four year old did AMAZING sitting in his chair. My daughter, not so much. However, the dental assistant (not sure of exact title) was awesome and patient. As my daughter was being difficult and I held her, the dental assistant kept asking me if I was okay!! It was so nice to hear that and make sure I was okay with letting her do a quick cleaning while my daughter cried. Aside from my daughter not liking the actual cleaning, both kids had a blast picking out their toys and playing in the waiting area. I was even convinced to let them stay for a couple more minutes after the appointment so they could play a little longer. Haas is just a great place for children and everyone has a way with making kids and parents feel comfortable. I can't see us every going to another dentist...my son already asked if we can go back tomorrow!! haha

I have had my share of bad experiences with previous dentist. I absolutely love this place and doctor Jim. They have patience with my screaming 3 yr old and have done a great job with my 7yr old. The place is amazing with tv's for the kids to watch cartoons while getting work done. They recently have been redecorated and I absolutely love the new look. I would recommend them to everyone!

This place is terrible and not even worthy of a single star. Dr Jim was awful! He yelled at my son for asking "too many questions" and accused him of being a lair when he said Dr. Jim was hurting him! Also, they do not verify your coverage like most reputable dental offices. As a result, I was sent a bill for my son's visit. This would not have been a problem, except they waited until 4 months after the visit to send me a bill, just outside the window where the insurance would have covered this bill 100%. Who waits 4 months to send a bill? Then, when I called to discuss the bill, the rude office manager yelled at me and called me a bad mother because I didn't verify the insurance myself. She actually had me crying on the phone because she was so nasty. I worked in a dental office for years and my one of my primary responsibilities was to verify insurances the day before a patient's visit. ALL reputable dental offices do this, so of course I never anticipated such a problem. Go to Vanguard Dental in Derry. The employees are great. They are kind and respectful and extremely knowledgeable. They are great with my son and my entire family!

Haas Dental Associates have repeatedly Told us that they would "Call Back once they have spoken with the bank and cleared hings up" For a MONTH I have tried to get a straight answer. and again today no call back at all. My 17 month old had his first dental appt with dr haas today. My son is very much a mommas boy but today the staff were amazing. I honestly was dreading this appt because I knew he would be so miserable but he wasn’t. The assistants and dr were both amazing at telling him what they were going to be doing and they were gentle and so patient. I’m so happy we chose them as our providers. My husband and I will be switching to them as well and our youngest when he’s old enough. Might I add, I had my 6 month old son with us as well and the girls pretty much babysat him for me. They loved on him and played with him and carried him around for me so I could focus on my eldest during his appt. this practice is perfect for our family and I definitely recommend them to anyone with children. Worth the 45 minute drive. 10/10 recommend & 6/5 stars!!

Forgot new insurance card, but the girls at the front were so patient and helpful while I called to get the information. I had 2 kids with me at the same time, a two year old and a 6 year old. First time for the two year old. The staff was very helpful with my ploy of getting my son to throw away his pacifier and made it exciting by giving him an extra toy for it being such a special day. Both kids left with a smile and loving their new toothbrushes. I think my son would have stayed with Dotty if I let him. The office itself has an amazing setup and is perfect for kids. The waiting room has a fun climber that was perfect for us and games for older kids, and the staff was extremely friendly!
