I was a patient of Dr Rosenberg for about 15 years. I was a bit nervous when Dr El-Sherif bought into the business. However, I am still receiving the same thoughtful, dedicated and professional care I had with Dr Rosenberg. I love my hygienist, Tracy, am very comfortable with Dr Cash, and the ladies on the front desk are a pleasure. I highly recommend Ultimate Dental Care.

I was suffering from tooth pain. I went in for a visit I told them I thought I had an infection, they told me I had no infection and scheduled me to have 2 teeth removed in 3 weeks and charged me 100$ to basically send me on my way. The pain kept escalating so I decided to get a second opinion today (2 days later). Turns out I have a massive gum infection and 5 teeth that need work. I went to Dental & Dentures in Manchester and not only did they do my check up and take like 20 X Rays (gentle dental took 2), they prescribed me antibiotics for the infection that the dentists at Gentle Dental couldn’t even seem to find and put me in contact with the specialists I need to fix my tooth and gum issues all for free. I will definitely not be recommending Gentle Dental to anyone in the future.

I have been going to them for almost a year. This is the best dentist office I have been to. The service makes you feel warm and welcome! The office manager is always there to answer questions, knowledgeable and comforting. Dr. Walsh (the ortho dentist) is awesome- always always always there to give you the answers you need! And the dental hygienist are always chatty and caring. I don’t feel like a patient, I feel like family there!

I have had Dr. Rosenberg for my dentist for many satisfied years. .Recently I had the opportunity to meet Dr. El Sharif as I was in need of a crown. I was admittedly apprehensive because I'm not fond of having my teeth drilled, but with a few calming words and encouragement from Dr. El Sharif it turned out to be a positive experience.

I had a great experince with Dr. Cash! She is awesome. Her attention to details is amazing. The most painless local anesthesia I have ever had. She not just fixed the problem with one of my teeth, she did it in the way which will prevent having the problem in the future. It was a forth time dentist work on it, but the first time someone really cared about it. The place looks a little bit busy sometimes, but a quality of care made me really really happy. All stuff is nice and very friendly as well. Will stay with them. Thanks to all team!

It was an incredibly refreshing thing to hear from Julia that they would be able to help me for a small amount!!!! I am very excited to finally receive the care i need at my upcoming appointment! One Friday morning last month, I made multiple calls seeking an emergency appointment. A rep from one other national entity said he could get me in on Monday and that nobody would be able to do better for me. Danielle at GD made an appointment for 1.5 hours later. Hygienists and the dentist were great. I’ve since been back for follow up work and cannot praise the folks at the Concord location enough. They are professional, kind and caring. Well done to you all!

Who likes going to the dentist? I do now! Gentle Dental on South Main St. in Concord New Hampshire is the place to go....hmmm.... who to ask for? Well, of course Dr.Todd and his side kick, Jess. I was so at ease after having broken a tooth you could see when I spoke! Todd the Picasso of teeth fixed mine with straight forward information in a way that was so caring, much like it was his tooth. I can NOT say enough about how positive my experience was. I go back on Valentine's Day! A gift to ME! I thank them so very much, and advise those that fear a dental appointment.......go see them! 10 STARS!

No offense but if anyone would rather go get their eyelids scraped with a razor blade then go to the dentist like me then this is your office! I absolutely HATE HATE HATE dentist appointments thanks to a few very bad experiences from my childhood and again in my early 20's that have forever scarred me! I get so anxious about a week before my appointments - I have trouble sleeping, eating, thinking..... Everything!!! I have trouble with anxiety in general which I am prescribed 1/2 mg of anxiety meds which usually help for all other scenario's - EXCEPT THE FREAKING DENTIST! NYQUIL doesn't even keep me asleep the night before an appointment! I even freak out for a cleaning! So if I know Novacane is coming into the picture I'm a friggin basket case! So when I tell you that Dr Cash at Gentle Dentle has earned 5 stars - this Doctor and this office have absolutely positively earned ⭐️⭐️5 FREAKING⭐️STARS ⭐️⭐️ (okay, well maybe they had a wee bit of help from the Nitris Oxide they have been able to provide me with to calm my teeth shattering nerves)! I am still shocked that I have to actually keep reminding them that I need it and they don't have it waiting on tap for me as soon as I hit the waiting room by now - but it's all good once that fruity flavored gas mask gets strapped onto my face! The only other quam I have is the fact that they actually make me call them back when they call to confirm my appointment - Just to make sure everything is all good! I have to give the office staff kudos and probably a 3.75-4.25 star rating depending on who is checking you out - but the Dental Assistants, the Dental Hygenist and Dr Cash all get A 5 VERY BRIGHTLY GLOWING STAR RECCOMENDATION!!! Made my appt time, and they wanted to remove all 4 wisdom teeth; made it happen. Dr Gass and the whole team were awesome, calm, and fun to chat with! But now I'm home, and Gosh, my mouth hurts! Tooth removal 101; ouch!

Mustafa El Sharief made me suffer from the fillings he suggested (I have chronic agony and sleepless nights) , he never explained what he was doing how much he is drilling or whatever layers he was removing for teeth prep or what are the consequences(this is important since it has irreversible effect) i had perfectly healthy teeth, but he exaggerated the need for fillings. all he said you will have some pain and. sensitivity for some time and it will go away, he did like 6 teeth in one session, he caused me long time suffering, i was new to this country had a blind trust in the American Healthcare (naive) i dought what he has done was necessary or urgent, yet he aggressively had me have many filling promising the pain and sensitivity will be temporary after the fillings.. i hope he sees this and read it.
