I was in pain for over a year prior to coming to Generations Dental, I couldn’t even smile. Since Dr Chris fixed my teeth, I’m not afraid to go to the dentist anymore. However there is poor communication with customer service, insurance benefits, staff turnover, and one of the female dentists. I received complications after a general procedure and was giving excuses and poor care since. They then attempted to charge me for the complications and there faulty work. Be careful which provider you get!

We originally enjoyed our stay due to the friendly hygienists and relaxing waiting room. However there is poor communication with customer service, insurance benefits, staff turnover, and one of the female dentists. I received complications after a general procedure and was giving excuses and poor care since. They then attempted to charge me for the complications and there faulty work. Be careful which provider you get!

I know the doctor has more plans for actual dental work but if a cleaningxand exam are longer than 2hrs and 45min I will probably have to put in for FMLA. I was disappointed my visit was so long.

I would give a 5 star, but only giving 3 due to poor billing system that leaves you confused, but told they are seeking a new system so that's encouraging. I love the hygienists there and staff. I do find their method of "preventative" care to be a bit pushy when recommending a patient to have a new filling. You may not need one at the moment as there is no decay on the tooth, but they approach it and push the patient to replace fillings sooner than later before decay begins. In theory I get, but reality I dont want to go through the process of a cavity, numbing and drilling when its not truly necessary and costs money. I wish they would understand their patients more and not pressure to drill. Overall though a great place.
