This is an office I immediately had confidence in. They were organized, on time, and provided excellent information. More to the point, I liked Dr. Pamela Baldassarre very much. I didn't feel as though she was looking for ways to schedule me for unnecessary dental work. Rather, she was open and honest. I came to the office regarding one tooth that I knew needs skin grafting, but was glad to hear that the only other tooth that needs "watching" could be monitored over the next year, with an eye toward avoiding more complicated work. I would certainly recommend her highly.

I recently became a patient of Dr. Baldaasarres. Admittedly I'm a tough case and have lots of issues with my teeth. But upon meeting with Her and her employees any anxiety I might have over what needed to be done was relieved in an instant. They are very friendly, very understanding, and very thorough. They put together a treatment plan that we are working through and each visit has been a delight. One of the employees who does the cleanings (and who is very nice), was incredibly informative and interesting to talk to. She explained so much and she clearly enjoys her job. That was very comforting. And it wasn't but a few visits later and I almost wanted to become a dentist heh. I learned quite a bit just being in the chair and listening… I have a lot more work to be done but I can say at this point I couldn't have picked a better place to go... Even the other dentists they collaborate with are just as relaxing and informative… It’s just a good place to be in many ways. Anthony R.

I am a difficult client. Not in attitude but in anatomy. I have a ridiculous small mouth, meaning I am the most challenging client ever. I just can not open my wide enough for the professionals to do their work. Trust me, they grimace in private when they meet me. Dr. Pam was up to the grueling challenge and tackled one of my most distant and hard to reach molars. It was tough, but she was considerate, patient and professional. It was a rough surgery for me, but I could tell she was in charge and in control, I felt I was in good hands, she had this.

Stay away. BEWARE. This woman should not be operating her own practice. She has zero respect for anyone, not even her own employees who help to make her rich. She is verbally abusive, and has even been physical with employees because she can't control her temper. Major mental issues. Do not give your money to this undeserving excuse for a human.

If we could give no stars we would. My father went to this practice for over ten years. Paid his bill in full after each visit. We moved away from NH for FL and a year and half later after moving this office had the nerve to call him and say he owes $25 dollars for unknown services. Besides the fact that the person on the phone was rude and wouldn't tell us what said services were for we said we would no pay for something that they don't even know what it is and in good faith since we were a patient for 10 years and have no lived in NH for over a year please remove this $25.00 charge. They basically told us no and that we must pay this unkonwn $25.00 fee. Shame on this practice. We paid well over $500 a visi

Dr Pamela Z Baldassarre Granite State Periodontics is like a beautiful bright candle as a health care provider. Smile everyone! I do every time I visit Dr. Pam and her professional staff. What is most important to me is my health and knowing I am being cared for with courtesy and respect. I have not been as fortunate as most, and heve suffered with bad teeth and gums my entire life. So finding the best care and sticking with it has always been my goal. And I can smile! Still! I am patient #97 with Dr. Pam. I became a patient in the 90's! Why have I been a patient of hers for so long? Because I FOUND THE BEST! And her staff has always treated me with kindness, empathy, warmth and respect. Also very important. And yes, I am spoiled because Laura is my hygienist and I challenge you to find a better one. Not only do we have pleasant visits, but she knows my teeth better that anyone and keeps me informed should anything need attention or correction. Let me close by thanking Dr. Pam and Laura for taking care of me and thank her staff for always knowing who their "best patient" is when I call.
