I just moved from Indiana and Googled dentists in the area and found Dr.Filler’s office. I am so happy I did. They made me feel right at home . The staff is incredibly nice and the Dr.s use state of the art technology. Dr. Hallinan has done a fabulous job on several procedures for me. The staff also does a fantastic job with reminders for appointments.

Dr. Filler and her staff make it a joy to go to the dentist. Not only are they nice and cheerful, they are top notch in dentistry. I had invisible braces with Dr. Filler and it was a pleasant experience. They didn't hurt much and the results were quick - 3 months for the top teeth and 2 months for the bottom teeth. I looked into going to an orthodontist to have this done, but it was so expensive!! Dr. Filler straightened my teeth more quickly and for about half to cost of going to the orthodontist. I recommend invisible braces to anyone that wants straighter teeth. You won't be sorry!!

Dr. Filler was the only one who found the source of my dental pain and fairly quickly solved the problem (an incorrectly attached crown by another dentist which had mis-aligned my jaws). So now I only go to Dr Filler's practice. The hygeinists are terrific and the office efficient and friendly. A first rate service!

I have been a patient of Dr Filler for a long time, 14 or 15 years maybe. It's great to see the same friendly faces every time I go for a cleaning or consultation. Most of the staff has been with the practice for a long time which is why you can expect consistent, courteous, and friendly service from people very knowledgeable in their roles. Dr Filler is an expert in dental care and our family has trusted her over the years in just about all dental situations imaginable. From dealing with minor problem to desperate after hours care for abscess. She also facilitated some major dental work like wisdom teeth extracions, root canals, implants, crowns and orthodontic treatments and manages the full spectrum of treatments with our dental surgeon, orthodontist and endodontist. I recommend her practice for anyone in the area looking for a long-term dental care engagement.

One word: Exceptional! Our family has been going to Dr. Anne Filler's dental practice since the mid-80s. From the beginning it was very evident how lucky we were to stumble across her practice. There was no Google back then. Dr. Filler and her staff have always been friendly yet professional, efficient but not rushed and always very careful to put us at ease throughout every appointment whether it is a cleaning or more involved procedure. Dr. Filler has earned our trust every step of the way. Our daughters (now in their 30’s) moved to the Boston area after their college years, yet they still come back to Dr. Filler’s for all their dental care. Although I’m sure there are some other good practices out there, you won’t find any better than Dr. Anne Filler’s.

The staff at this office take patient service to a whole new level. From the set up of initial appointment, Debbie was so kind and really made me feel comfortable right off the bat. All of the staff I have worked with, Nicole, Dr. Anne Filler and Beth have all been amazing! I even had work done with her son Dr. Chris Filler, and I can tell you great dentistry and professionalism certainly run in this family. They really take the patient comfort into consideration here, and it shows. I no longer worry about dentist appointments, they have cured my fear of dental work and I won’t go anywhere else!

I have been a patient of Doctor Anne B. Filler for over 30 years. I have received nothing but first class dental care from the entire staff in the office. Recently Dr Filler went above and beyond for me as a patient. I was scheduled for a medical procedure on July 11 and did not realize that I needed to be medically cleared by my dentist prior to surgery. The office was closed for vacation the week leading up to my surgery. When Dr. Filler learned of my situation she made arrangements during her vacation time with her family to meet me at her office and medically clear me for surgery. If Dr Filler did not agree to see me my surgery would have been postponed for 2 months. Thank you again Dr Filler for Making A Positive Difference and allowing my surgery to go off as scheduled. Your a great asset to the Windham Community keep up the great work!!!!

I have been coming to this place for a few years now. I have had other dentists in the past, but they don't compare at all to this firm. Once you walk in the door, you are greeted immediately by friendly staff who always know your name. They check you in and get right to business. People hate going to the dentist, its a fact. Because you don't want a cavity. Well guess what, I went 18 years without a single cavity. A few months ago, I went for a cleaning and they found two that needed to be filled. I had never done this before, so I was absolutely dreading it. I went to get it done by Dr. Filler, and it was completely painless. She made is very comfortable for me. Both fillings were done in a quick time, but she is extremely accurate. The shot didn't hurt because she went slow. That is the what people hate the most. Guess what, it didn't! I will not go to another dentist unless I am forced out. I absolutely love everything about it and I am sure you will too. Good luck!

My whole family has had a variety of dental work done, and each time she is precise, informed, and calm. When I had my crown put in, Dr. Filler spent the time with me explaining what to expect and matching that crown to my other teeth EXACTLY. I wouldn't trust my teeth with anyone else!

Unprofessional at times and make it uncomfortable for patients there just to get a service, not to hear gossip about other employees, and by the doctor! I was not only shocked but it gave me quite a lot of anxiety listening to this disagreement while getting a cavity fixed. They will offer no options for patients with limited funds. Came in for the 3rd time with pain in my jaw and teeth and was led to believe it would cost hundreds and hundreds to get a night guard. I left upset and in pain and broke..only to find one online for $15! Works great! Solved the problem! I take that kind of thing personally when an establishment's standards are based on money rather than having their patient's best interests at heart. I also take it personally when a new hygienist, or anyone, makes a comment or inquiry about scars on my inner arm. I would have left that day if i didn't need one more appointment to fix a tooth. I do not trust them in reguards to many things, though they do great work, but for a lot more than anyone else i researched! Hundreds more! A place in Derry just to name one, charges $100 less for their exam and cleaning. Way less for replacing fillings too. Extremely disappointed in their humanity. I will be transferring somewhere else..anywhere else. I could have saved a lot of money if i had been proactive and did my research after leaving Aspen Dental.
