I am blown away by the patience, kindness and support from every single person in the office when we step foot in the door. Dr Joe is an incredible person and of course dentist. Going to Dovetail Dentist is like going to visit my family. Everyone is happy to be there. Everyone is helpful, patient, pleasant and kind. You can tell that the entire staff loves their position. I have been double blessed, because I also had the pleasure of going to Interlakes Dental in Moultonboro, NH when I lived further north. Interlakes is a part of Dovetail. Both offices are family orientated, so I'm truly at home at either office.

I absolutely HATE going to the dentist but had seen Dr Senat before at a different location. I knew he had moved to this dental practice and wanted to see him again. As soon as i figured out they took my insurance, i made an appointment to see him. The ladies at the front desk were so nice, especially Melinda! and everyone who i spoke to was very nice and understanding of the fact that i was very nervous. I was coming in because of a broken tooth and was only supposed to have them look at it and schedule an appointment to remove it at a later date but after they checked everything out, they offered to take it out right then and there and told me that because it wasnt infected yet, it wouldnt hurt. I took their word for it and decided to have it removed right then and it was great. there was, of course, pressure and such but no pain. my appointment was 2 hours ago and my lip is still a bit numb so they definitely numbed my mouth enough to make me very comfortable during the procedure also. I'd recommend them!

Dr Senat is excellent. I highly recommend visiting him. I have some anxiety about visits and he can put people at ease without drugs and help you enjoy visiting his office. My experiences at Dovetail have been fantastic. The office people also tell you the cost ahead of time. You get a discount if you pay up front!

So to a huge disappointment I will have to find another dentist that is in network due to the high cost of procedure that is nessary to my over all health ! I wished I could continue with Dr senat! Dovetail is the best around, and that's it. Dr. Joe is fantastic. He's always so welcoming, makes sure that you're totally comfortable, explains exactly what's going to happen during your appointment, addresses any concerns, and checks in during the whole process. I'm one of those people who really used to dread the dentist- but all of that changed since going to Dovetail. Dr. Joe really is a great guy who does fantastic work. Dovetail Dental is what Dental care should be. There professionalism is above reproach. 15 years ago we arrived from Dallas, Tx to the Manchester, NH area. My family looked for professional dental care that would be on par with our previous experiences in a large metroplex area, unfortunately we were not finding service that would be equal to our previous care. The truth is that approximately 1 month ago after much research we placed a call to Dovetail Dental Services and were meet with a warm greeting from Ann. She was not in a hurry, but took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. Ann then scheduled an appointment with Dr. Joe Cariello that was both timely and worked with my schedule. Upon my arrival I was greeted by both Ann and Melinda with a very warm welcome and a comfortable waiting area and let me know that they had been in contact with my insurance provider and my coverage benefits. The introduction to staff was a very pleasant welcome and descriptions of each step that would be taken were thoroughly explained. Khara and Amy were the first dental technicians I meet with. I was made to feel more like family than a patient and then Dr. Joe came in and it was apparent why staff acted in the manner of both professionalism and yet warmth. Dr. Joe took time to hear my concerns and needs and then proceeded to layout a plan for health wellness. I know that this has been a lengthy post, but as a professional that is also in public service, I had to let others know that Dovetail Dental will continue to be our families future care. Ps. Awesome atmosphere, with awesome people. The doctors are on top of it, and the hygienists are always super friendly and always keep conversation flowing. Would give 5 stars but I really am not a fan of the secretary, Ann. Every time I call, she gives me an attitude and talks to me as if I need special help when I am spoken to. Just because I’m a younger independent adult doesn’t mean I’m stupid or need to be spoken to as if I am.

She's fun and engaging, and does an excellent job cleaning my teeth and explaining oral health. I never feel rushed, and everyone in the office is always smiling, laughing and joking with each other, while still maintaining a well-structured environment. Only thing I didn’t love was that my initial appointment was just for them to check on my teeth and get a cancer scan done. I had to make a totally separate appointment to get my teeth cleaned - which is difficult for a stay at home parent like myself to watch my little kids twice in a short span of time! Would have been nice if they could have scheduled one right after the other for convenience sake.
