I looked and looked and just wasn't sure who to call, I loved my old dentist but being too far to travel I needed to call a dentist locally. I AM SO GLAD I DID!! Thank you Dr. Shetty and staff! They are wonderful, caring, always concerned with how you are doing, will take the time to explain what they are doing. I just spent over 2 1/2 hours on my last appt and never even thought I was there that long, the tv, headphone, massage chair are wonderful, makes the time pass when having a big procedure. Yesterday was my first appointment with Dental Designs of New England. I have had serious anxiety over the dentist since I was a child. When I walked in I didn’t feel like I was walking into a dentist office it was a nice place and the people were very friendly. My dental hygienist was wonderful, very patient and gentle. I was amazed how thorough she was. They have TVs on the ceiling so I watched animal videos the whole time and it really helped me relax. Dr. Shetty is very personable and really knows how to put you at ease. One big thing that I didn’t even realize until I got home was that the office didn’t have that gross dentist office smell that always used to set off my anxiety. I will always be grateful to my friend that recommended Dental Designs of New England because it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had!

I originally came to Dr. Shetty on a living social coupon. I had been searching for a dentist that I could trust. TOO MANY bad experiences with dentists in the past five years. So OKAY I go.... It was the most thorough exam & evaluation one could want from a dentist. She is sensitive to a persons aversion to Dentists (ME) and together we developed a two year plan to correct the previous dentist subpar dental work. I live in the Seacoast area and I willing travel about 50 minutes to Dr Shetty's Office. I recommend just trying the service in her office. You will not be disappointed.Thanks.

Lured in with affordable pricing then the cost just jumped up $600. Not sure I've ever reviewed anything online before but incredibly disappointed with this dismal business practice. I understand you may be unaccustomed to a negative review from someone who doesn't appear to have brain damage, but I assure you I have the mental capacity to keep straight in my head which business has done my family and I wrong. I was not your patient and intend never to be. However, I was there when my fiance purchased a flipper from you. At the time he was informed that now you have his impression it would be very easy for him to get a new one should it get lost or broken. For this service he was charged $150 although my grandmother had contacted your establishment numerous times, by phone and even letter to get it billed to her. And I was there a few weeks ago when he called about getting a replacement and was informed that not only had you lost his impression in your move, but the cost would now be $750. When he asked why the price had changed so drastically your representative stated "I guess we gave you a discount last time." Now I understand that $150 is a very good price for the work he had done, however I would expect a business to make it very clear when they are offering a 500% discount to a client. Furthermore if I was encouraging a client to return for a replacement I would make extremely sure they knew said replacement would cost 500% more. This is the dismal business practice to which I referred and the reason we will not return for further work or ever offer a recommendation for Dental Designs of New England, the office we have issue with, not some other office we have confused it for.

Their work is high quality, and they stand by it. Rena, the hygienist, remembers my history at each cleaning, ensuring optimal comfort. Kathy and Bobbie are awesome. Heck, I bring my baby along and they're able to snuggle him while I get worked on! If you want a family like atmosphere with top notch care, I'd say you can't go wrong.

She saw I was nervous and talked with me to assure me everything would be ok. The dentist cemented my crown back in for me in 10 minutes! She didn't charge me for the x ray and we discussed possibly having future work done on my teeth. Absolutely a wonderful experience. I had never liked going to the dentist until I found this office. Before, I would be up nauseous with worry all night whenever I had a dentist appointment the next day, even if it was only a cleaning. I never had a single good experience until I found DDNE. The office staff is incredibly friendly, I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a scheduled appointment, they are remarkably accommodating and work around my medical problems with pleasure, and they truly make me feel welcome. Their office is very inviting, and they remembered me by name by my second appointment. I have made several referrals here already and continue to make more. The staff members at DDNE have done a wonderful job changing my feelings towards going to the dentist. I look forward to seeing them at my regular appointments and no longer worry.

I honestly don't even know where to begin, first of all you will not find a better dentist office out there! Dr. Shetty, Dr. Braga, Rachele, Kathy, Jannell, and Heidi have all been beyond amazing! They've all made me feel so comfortable, and have completely changed my life. A little back story, I was born with health issues that have completely destroyed my teeth, and I've also had extreme anxiety of the Dentist my whole life (how convenient right?!). Pair those together and you have a 25 year that is in pain daily, and so beyond embarrassed to smile. I knew when my Fiance` and I got engaged that the last thing I wanted was to feel embarrassed to smile on my wedding day. I also knew I needed to have a more permanent solution to my dental issues. When I found Dr. Shetty's office, I had already been to countless Dentist offices over the past 10 years where I either didn't feel comfortable, or they just straight up wouldn't help me. So needless to say I was ready to give up hope of ever having the smile I've dreamed of. Dr. Shetty and everyone in her office made me feel so comfortable, and confident in them that I decided to go for full upper Crowns, a Dental Implant, and many fillings. I was terrified to do any of it not under general anesthesia, but as you may know it is very expensive to do general anesthesia especially when you need countless hours worth of work done! So they convinced me to take it "slow" and do a couple hours of work each time, just with an Oral sedation and laughing gas. And I couldn't be happier they did, not only did they save me thousands of dollars, but they also helped me conquer my fear of the dentist! I've got a few more procedure's left, but I can't tell you how happy I already am with the results! My fiance` and I took our engagement photos, and the whole time I couldn't stop smiling, I felt so confident and truly beautiful for the first time ever. I can't thank Dental Designs of New England, and everyone that works there enough! You've all been life changing! :)

I had never liked going to the dentist until I found this office. Before, I would be up nauseous with worry all night whenever I had a dentist appointment the next day, even if it was only a cleaning. I never had a single good experience until I found DDNE. The office staff is incredibly friendly, I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a scheduled appointment, they are remarkably accommodating and work around my medical problems with pleasure, and they truly make me feel welcome. Their office is very inviting, and they remembered me by name by my second appointment. I have made several referrals here already and continue to make more. The staff members at DDNE have done a wonderful job changing my feelings towards going to the dentist. I look forward to seeing them at my regular appointments and no longer worry.

I honestly don't even know where to begin, first of all you will not find a better dentist office out there! Dr. Shetty, Dr. Braga, Rachele, Kathy, Jannell, and Heidi have all been beyond amazing! They've all made me feel so comfortable, and have completely changed my life. A little back story, I was born with health issues that have completely destroyed my teeth, and I've also had extreme anxiety of the Dentist my whole life (how convenient right?!). Pair those together and you have a 25 year that is in pain daily, and so beyond embarrassed to smile. I knew when my Fiance` and I got engaged that the last thing I wanted was to feel embarrassed to smile on my wedding day. I also knew I needed to have a more permanent solution to my dental issues. When I found Dr. Shetty's office, I had already been to countless Dentist offices over the past 10 years where I either didn't feel comfortable, or they just straight up wouldn't help me. So needless to say I was ready to give up hope of ever having the smile I've dreamed of. Dr. Shetty and everyone in her office made me feel so comfortable, and confident in them that I decided to go for full upper Crowns, a Dental Implant, and many fillings. I was terrified to do any of it not under general anesthesia, but as you may know it is very expensive to do general anesthesia especially when you need countless hours worth of work done! So they convinced me to take it "slow" and do a couple hours of work each time, just with an Oral sedation and laughing gas. And I couldn't be happier they did, not only did they save me thousands of dollars, but they also helped me conquer my fear of the dentist! I've got a few more procedure's left, but I can't tell you how happy I already am with the results! My fiance` and I took our engagement photos, and the whole time I couldn't stop smiling, I felt so confident and truly beautiful for the first time ever. I can't thank Dental Designs of New England, and everyone that works there enough! You've all been life changing! :)

BEWARE 2 ALL I JUST LEARNED 4RM UNITED HEALTHCARE WHICH IS MY INS THAT THIS PROVIDER ISNT IN THEIR SYSTEM OF WHICH I WAS UNAWARE OF AT THE TIME CUZ THEY SAID THEY WERE IN NETWORK.. THEN UNBEKNOWNST 2 ME THEY SAID I HAD A DED & HAD 2 PAY 20% 4 MY CLEANING OF WHICH WAS TOTALLY FALSE AS MY INS PROVIDER TOLD ME N WHEN MY INS CONFRONTED THIS PROVIDER NOT ONLY DID THEY KEEP GETTING ME MIXED UP WIT SOME1 ELSE BUT THEY KEPT PASSING MY INS 4RM 1 PERSON 2 THE NXT.. I TGHT THEY WERE A GREAT PLACE BUT THANKS 2 UNITED HEALTHCARE IM NOW GONNA GET MY $ BACK IM ALSO SEEKING OTHER AVENUES 2 MAKE SURE THAT THIS PROVIDER DOESNT DO THIS 2 ANY1 ELSE CUX NOW IVE GOTTA APPEAL THIS.. Patients be forewarned! I visited this office for a consult. I spent less than 5 minutes in the office, was told they couldn't help me and then I was billed for a $98 office visit. I offered to pay half the balance but the greedy doctor refused. She has no integrity so get everything in writing before you visit this office!
