I came in for a cleaning and Xray after buying a Living Social groupon.I haven't made it a regular thing to go to the dentists as often as I should, mostly because its the dentists and who likes that and also I have not had the friendliest tooth care specialists in the past. The receptionist was friendly and my appointment started right on time, if not a few minutes early, The Hygienist that I had was Alex and she did a wonderful job making me feel relaxed and happy, even though I was about to have someone crawling around my mouth with spiky tools. I spoke with Dr. Dimitris Zourdos about my options for getting things fixed up and he had me feeling as if he was more interested in me being comfortable and happy, even optimistic, about my tooth care, than with making money off of patients like I have experienced in the past. I left there feeling very good about choosing them for tooth health and I am actually looking forward to my next visit, as they are all so kind and intelligent with what they do.

I had an appointment for a cleaning with Liz today. Not only was she very gentle but she took the time to answer my questions and recommend ways in which I can improve my oral health. Dr. Ben Aissa did my exam and was very friendly. He let me know which treatment is the highest priority while also going through and explaining the other teeth that will need to be addressed in the future. Daniela was very helpful with explaining the financial aspect of the treatment. The office was very high tech and clean.

I spent hundreds of dollars... And multiple visits for one filling to end up needing a root canal that took more than one visit to fix and get done then 2 years later my crown (which should last many many years) has popped off and now i need to spend more again to repair it. Also many fillings i just had done here 2 years ago are failing and have to be re done.

To anyone looking for dental care.....This Dental office is super caring, professional, incredibly friendly and helpful. Like many people, I never look forward to the dentist but I can honestly say, they really do make you feel comfortable and Dr. T is so aware of the "little things" that can make a big difference. Any procedure I have had has been without a lot of the discomfort I have experienced in with past, and the work is superb. Everyone there really cares!!!

Truly a first class office. Everyone was friendly and helpful from Daniela at the front desk who helped me with financing to the assistant Kayla who took my x-rays. My hygienist Alex was very knowledgeable and explained everything as she went along. Dr. Ben Aissa took the anxiety out of the whole experience by prioritizing my treatment and explaining the more involved procedures that I will need. I used to dread going to the dentist but I can breath a sigh of relief now that I found my dental home at Dental by Design. Thanks guys for helping me to achieve a new healthier smile!

Written by my mother in law: Five star service. I was seen as an emergency for a broken bridge. I called on a Monday and was seen right away by both dentists on Wednesday. They prioritized my treatment plan to what would best accommodate me. Dr. Z and Dr. T are very professional, kind and personable. Dr. T did a root canal on my front tooth and never gave up. One of the most difficult situation to be in. If we did not save the tooth broken the treatment plan would have been very difficult, manageable, but difficult. However, Dr. T never gave up. We completed the root canal and my new front tooth bridge is beautiful!!!! My husband had an emergency in their office (was not even a patient of practice, yet). Dr. T never left his side. From calling 911 to being rolled out in the ambulance, the entire staff made me feel at ease and took care of not only me, but my husband. He is now feeling much better. I had to write a review today, because last evening while flossing my lower molar broke. I called Dental by Design to see when I could be seen. Daniela and Terry were so quick to get me an appointment and price quote right away. Todays appointment I got a Cerec, one day visit crown. I watched it mill in the milling machine and was very thankful the assistant was so understanding and patient with my every need. Dental by Design. Dr. Z & Dr. T, I have had a lot of dentistry over the years, but your practice is by far the best practice I have EVER been to. From your follow up phone calls, to flowers after my sister passed away, and a thank you card for being your patient. I will recommend your practice to everyone. Made an appointment 2 weeks out, no problem very nice and courteous staff. From there things went down hill. A week later I had a voice mail asking if I could reschedule to 1 hour earlier than original and to please call back to confirm. When I called back they said I was all set and to arrive at the original time. The day before my appointment there was yet another VM message to please call regarding my visit. When I called back they again tried to pull my time in, 2 hours this time. I said I would do what I could to be as early as possible but couldn't promise anything. The day of the visit, another message! When I called they said that the doctor I wanted to see doesn't perform this procedure at this location and that I will have to schedule an appointment with him at a completely different location! Are you kidding me? Bottom line, the doctor may be great but the office staff is completely incompetent! I checked out this other location and the doctor is not even listed as one of theirs.

The administrative staff (terry?) for Dr. Braga was extremely rude via phone, to the extent that the women wouldn’t even let me explain my needs as a patient she assumed I was selling something and cut me off saying “can you just send us an email?” She was annoyed with my interest and in an already confusing process to find a periodontist who works with Cigna, she treated my questions as if I was a burden. No thank you, I will take my business anywhere but Dental by Design.

Up north for summer .Loose crown so made an appt to see what could be done.Office girls were terrific but felt my only option from dentist was to spend $ 70000 for 4 new crowns.With ins plan in FL I did not want to have it done.Office was to email my x-rays to FL and after 3 attempts I had to pay for more x-rays in FL.Felt I could have at least a temporary option so I did not loose crown before going back home.

I went to Delta Dental and the first thing I said was do not charge me over what my insurance will cover for one year. I did not have any cavities or anything that needed immediate work. Well they did and I am not going back. I am so angry this place sucks. When I asked the lady (not Daniella she was out) why I had a 600 leftover bill she told me it was because my insurance only covered a certain amount a year. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD THEM I DID NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH WHEN I WALKED IN. i AM NOT PAYING THE 659.40 YOU THINK i OWE YOU.
