Iw ould like to thank Dr Kennell and Jessika for taking such good care of my son Jaxon. He is an easy going child and LOVES his Dentist but with an easily triggered gag reflex and a dislike for breathing through his nose (which also makes nitrous next to impossible). He is a "challenge" when it comes to back fillings. You both ROCK❣ We couldn't ask for a better Dentist office for our children.

I can not say enough wonderful things about our experience here and with Dr. Kennell. We happened to be on vacation when we had an unexpected dental emergency. After having spent an afternoon in the ER (unfortunately a horrible experience), we were given a number to contact Dr. Kennell. We called that evening and she was nothing short of amazing. She helped to calm both myself and my husband, walk us through everything we would need to know for the night, and had us come in to see her the following morning. We were completely blown away just walking into the office....warm, welcoming, incredibly child oriented, and the staff were equally as great. Everyone was so friendly, professional and great with our two year old, especially Dr. Kennell. Extremely knowledgeable and personable, she spent quality and very-much-so appreciated time with us to get us through an otherwise traumatic situation! We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, just wish it were closer to home for us!

My six year old son broke his tooth on Friday. Took him to walk in care and reached out to this office today to try and schedule him as he is in pain. His idiot father had an altercation with one of the staff members previously in 2017 and they would not allow me to bring him in. Why would I bring the father with me? I’m trying to get treatment for a six year old child who doesn’t deserve to have this taken out on him! Piss poor business model if you ask me! Children should come first. He didn’t do anything wrong

I was afraid of how my son would take his first visit. The staff were very friendly and explained everything to him in a way that he could understand and made it fun and comfortable for him. He had a great first visit, and I bet he will look forward to the next one.

I have yet to find a place better than this catering to children's dentistry. The whole experience and office is based around a family friendly, kid enjoyable moment. The waiting room area is fantastic, the exam rooms are clean and open for multi family appointments, and all the staff are centered around the children. My children actually love going to THIS dentist, we drive a coinsiderable distance for the excellent services and will continue to do so for years to come.

My kids love going to the dentist. They love the games out front to the train inside. i love this place. Very nice friendly staff, very efficient. I have 3 kids and we r in and out in usually half hour or so. Cant say enough good things.

Awesome atmosphere, professional and knowledgeable staff and top notch service to children! Second visit with our 2 year old today, we are almost ready to sit in the chair alone! Dental staff makes our daughter feel so comfortable, they demonstrate all the tools and their functions and let her touch everything so she knows not to be afraid. Very patient with her, always smiling and so pleasant! Wish they had places like this 30 years ago! From the scheduling staff, the front desk, the dental assistant, to the dentist...awesome customer skills!

Nothing but great experiences here! I shoes up today with my son thinking we were a half HR early when in fact we were a half HR late. The girls at the desk greeted us with a smile and rather than turn us away they offered to see if they could still see us. Within seconds Heather returned with a huge smile and said they could see us no problem. We were called in within 10 min. Great customer service!

We love Children’s Dentistry! We drive over an hour to get there and it is absolutely 100% worth the trip. My kids actually ENJOY going to the dentist. My middle used to be petrified of dentists but ever since we started here 4 years ago he’s been much more at ease, even with the many procedures he’s had to endure. I recommend this practice to all our friends! Keep up the great work.

Absolutely love this place!! The staff is amazing and the dental assistant we had today when I brought my son was phenomenal. My son needed to get a shot and his anxiety was high. She reassured him everything was gonna be fine and during the process took his mind off the needle and kept telling him how amazing he was doing continuously boosting his confidence. Four of my children go here and we’ve never had a bad experience

I had a wonderful experience with my 18 month old daughter for her first dentist visit. The office was beautiful as well as fun and interactive for the kids. The staff was amazing and did a great job making myself and my daughter feel welcome and comfortable.

I'm a mom who travels all the way from southern Vermont, as we do not have access to a good pediatric dentist in our area. The trips are worth our time for the quality care this office has provided us. My daughter is highly fearful of doctors visits and dental visits and the staff make it as easy as possible. Also my daughter has some decay to her teeth that I didnt feel shamed for and was given encouraged education on how to improve her dental hygiene as well as a treatment plan. We are avid brushers but sometimes things happen and I learned about some habits in our daily life that were contributing to the issue. They are respectful and considerate of your concerns which as a parent is of utmost importance to me. I saw Dr. Matt twice and then Dr. Tim. My experience with both were 5 star. Also, I believe Destiny was the hygienist we interacted with and she made me very comfortable and seemed to have a considerable understanding of what my personal concerns were. I felt heard and informed. I valued that tremendously.

My 16 month old daughter had her first dentist appointment today! Knowing how my daughter reacts to seeing those blue latex gloves I knew it'd be an interesting visit (she relates them to getting her shots). The staff were all very welcoming and wonderful. The dental assistant who worked with my daughter was very patient and gentle with my little Rhea. I would highly recommend, to any parent, to bring their child here!!! I look forward to future visits with my little one. Thanks team for a great first visit with her.

Dr Kennell is Amazing! Not only is she an EXCELLENT dentist who does her job above and beyond, but her bedside manner with my son is terrific (he can be quite a handful). She CARES very deeply about the kids and is passionate in her work. The office is like a theme park and the staff is always friendly, courteous and on point. We will not be going anywhere else.

This place is awesome and Dr. Kennell was amazing! It was only a quick appointment but I can see that she cares about her patients, loves what she does and goes above and beyond. She explained everything to me and answered any questions or concerns that I had! The office is welcoming and creative, my kiddos loved it :) I would recommend this office to everyone!

I went with my brother to his appoint today. We waited about 20 plus minutes before he was seen. My mother was paranoid about being a couple minutes late because she was five minutes late (even called in advance last visit) and they made her reschedule. They have a sign that says they “value your time and to let them know if you have waited longer than 15 minutes”, they should honor this because it took at least 20 minutes for him to be called. My brother was scheduled for a cleaning today. We were sent back to the waiting room after his cleaning and told they wanted to measure him for spacers. We waited another 20 plus minutes in the waiting room and my mom went to reschedule when they quickly pulled my brother back. My mom left him for a moment and came back and they were extracting his tooth. They didn’t ask my mother or warn her about the extraction to prep my brother for the removal just asked about laughing gas and measuring for the spacer. This is extremely unprofessional and the lack of communication is ridiculous. This appointment took almost two hours and many other patients came and left. I would consider taking your children somewhere else for dental care. My mother didn’t make a big deal about it because she didn’t want to worry my brother. My brother spent the night throwing up the night after and was sick for two days. Children need to be warned and prepared when any sort of extraction is going to be made and parents should have to give consent for such procedures. Update: This dentist had the audacity to write a letter to terminate him as a patient due to missed appointments when he has never missed an appointment.

Don't be late!!!My daughter had an appointment and we were running behind due to traffic and a big truck going slow.I even called to tell them were were running late. So we got there after an hour and a half drive just to be turned away. I do understand others have appointments and such but we drove a long way and took my daughter out of school for the day. This was something I couldn't control of being stuck behind a logging truck going slow. They wanted to reschedule for tomorrow. I said no way. I'm not doing this all over again and her miss school again and me miss work too. They are always busy they need to schedule appointments a little better with some time in between bc stuff does happen. I was literally 12 minutes late. Therefore they couldn't accomadate me for driving so far that now I will find a different dentist for my child. I was willing to wait too. Usually they are good and the Drs are great. But our last visit even the nurse was a little uptight. Made me a little uncomfortable. The nurse she usually has,Destiny, is awesome with her and made her feel at ease.This was the cake topper I guess. No more traveling for us.I hope others have better experiences than us.

I cannot express how wonderful this dentist office is for not only the children but, the parents. The staff were friendly, inviting, caring and compassionate. The décor and things for the children to do while waiting was wonderful. I've tried other dentist offices that are "geared" towards children, but this one is a step above all that I've seen. Dr Tim was amazing with my daughter. It was really great to see an office where it really isn't all about the money! We were referred by our dentist for a special treatment, but I'm moving her over to Children's Dentistry of the Lakes Region to be her primary dentist office.

Children's Dentistry of the Lakes Region is the best!!! I recommend every parent to bring their children here. The environment is child friendly, the staff is absolutely outstanding and amazing, they knew exactly what to do and how to get my child to pay attention and understand what he need to do to take better care of his teeth. They all are VERY good at their job. My child, his father and I left their so happy and can't wait to return in 6 months. My child actually thought he was going in again right away when the staff had opened up the door to call another child in he started taking off his coat again. It was so cute and happy to see seeings his first dental experience was not good at all, which was at Belmont Dental. We both left their in tears. So thank you so much Children's Dentistry of the Lakes Region we look forward to seeing you again.

I do not know all of the dentists here so I am rating based off of what I have experienced. Do not go here if your child’s teeth aren’t perfectly pristine. The four times I have been here, I have left in tears. My 5 year old needs work done and they seem to want to shame parents into spending a million dollars in their practice. I mentioned that my previous experiences weren’t the best and instead of getting a reply of “i’m sorry, let’s fix that”, I was actually told he was refusing treatment on my 5 year old because the TRUST wasn’t there. How about give me a reason to trust you instead of refusing care of a child? Very unprofessional The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because the assistants there are wonderful and helpful, and the building is very clean and the kids love the game room.

The front desk staff were friendly and pleasant, the hygenist was so sweet and patient and did a great job. The doctor was so sweet. I know she really cares about what she does and about the kids.
