I went in for a routine cleaning, they did a great job. The appointment started on time. The hygienist was very thorough. The dentist took her time with me, even though there wasn't anything specific that needed attention. They submitted everything through the insurance, so I didn't have to deal with any of that. 4rth time I have gotten here 10 mins early for my appointment and still have to wait to be seen. One time I waited as long as an hr and 15mins for my daughter to be seen its an ortho appointment so it can only be done on Tuesdays what is the point of having an appointment if you cannot hold up your end . Some of us have jobs and other things to attend to.

I came here for a filling and I was treated by Dr. Delphine Sevre and her assistant Sue. I’ve got to two of the best women I have ever met. There were so nice and accommodating. Their banter was hilarious and when there was a lull where my teeth weren’t being cleaned Sue would engage me in conversation. One of the best visits I’ve ever had!

My kids have been going to this dentist since they were very young. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have always been happy with our experience. I chose another orthodontist for my daughters braces because they were very disorganized for the first year or so that they were offering braces. The orthodontists may be better now but I couldn't wait any longer for my daughters braces. Overall I am very happy with this practice!

I found this practice as an in-network alternative to my children's former out-of-network provider. While it was unnerving to try a new dentist after years with another practice, I'm so glad I did. The staff is very kind and helpful and was always careful to ask if there was anything more they could do for me. The dentist was very thorough in his examination and had a calm and soothing bedside manner, making my daughter feel very relaxed and comfortable. They squeezed us in for fillings on our first appointment (saving a trip back), and I stayed in the office for the whole thing. They were professional and took their time to do a great job, and my daughter was comfortable the whole time. I'm very happy to have found this practice.

Called there as a new patient. Had been in extreme pain for 2 weeks until I found out Medicaid pays for extractions. They had me in and the tooth out the next day. The dentist is very professional he made sure I was not in pain, everyone was very nice, I overheard how nice they are to children while I was waiting for an x-ray. The nurse that was with me make sure to answer all my questions and even anticipated some I didn't have at the moment. I would recommend them to anyone as they also have great new patient specials for cleaning and x-rays. I will definitely be going back there Ford maintenance and other dental work.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. This place is a complete joke and should be shut down. Hence why they keep changing ownership. They pull teeth that dont need to be pulled. Do unnecessary work, cause unnecessary damage to your children's teeth. They pull teeth that they shouldn't have pulled. They after we say something we get an oops it happens. Really? They have no respect for anyone. They dont care about the patients just the money. They are all horrible except for like 5 people. Called the office for an emergency and 6 hours later with placing 5 phone calls and my child's doctor placing 2 we have still yet to receive a phone call back. They do not care about there patients. The answering service is a joke as well. Will be making some phone calls to the state this place needs to be shut down. Unsanitary and more than half the staff doesn't even know what they are doing. Read the reviews that should tell you a lot. We all have the same complaints that should tell you something. Update: Funny how I write a review and I get a response. They have my contact information I have left it with just about everyone at that location. I have had more than enough contact with them. The manager that doesn't do her job or return calls has my number as well. Still to this day neither myself, my child's dentist or her primary care doctor have yet to receive a call back from them. Bad business, lack of communication and lack of patient care.

This place is a joke !! My daughter had an appointment at 130 ..it's now 2:30 and we are still sitting in the waiting room! We were the first people to check in and now 4 other pacicence have been seen before us !! This is the 5th time we have sat in the waiting room over an hour !! The staff is rude and unwelcoming. Avoid this place if you were thinking of children dental services. Trying to bring three boys here, all on same day, for checkups only to find out from the front desk they "don't and never have done doctors notes" means lots of unexcused absences from all the schools. Add that to frequent double-bookings and schedule mix-ups, and it's easy to want to find another place.

Don't go here! Especially keep your children away from these money hungry crooks. They drill teeth that have no need to be fixed and try to push for other procedures you don't need. Because of them I had to have a tooth extracted because they made me wait for an appointment months away and refused to pull it and told me to take ibuprofen for pain and dismissed me. They also claimed that they needed to fix teeth that were already filled because there was decay below the fillings come to find out my new dentist did an x-ray and told me all of me teeth were in great shape. So you heard my story now you decide if you want to let these crooks charge up your insurance to the max.

The dentist that pulled my teeth kept breaking my tooth in pieces. Instead of grabbing pulling a little bit move the tool down further to grab more of my tooth so it wouldn't keep busting off the tooth. This has happened every time I've gone. 5 times. And the assistance couldn't keep the suction in my throat so i kept choking. It's the only place that takes Medicaid, or I would definitely go somewhere else.

Very happy with services my son recieved, the tech he had was amazing. After moving from Maine and struggling to find dentist for my 6 yr old I called this place and just was happy all around. I got there aprox 30 mins early for 1st visit and was struggling because my ex gave me wrong insurance cards the staff worked hard to help me and eventually found what they needed every person i interacted with was smiling and pleasent, they made my son feel so comfortable i couldnt of been more satisfied with my experience!

I never do this but I’m not impressed with the orthodontist that did a consultation on my daughter today. She has a very very loose tooth and he had tried to pull it with his fingers and kept trying to do this even after she would make it known that he was hurting her. It disappointed me that he had no sense of empathy. The orthodontist needs to be more mindful! I honestly understand why he would think it would come right out but he not only tried multiple times but he just couldn’t seem to let it go and the entire time my daughter is on the brink of crying and kept saying, ow! Ow! Ow! He never got it out and eventually just let it be but it was not handled in the correct way at all and I will not be taking my child back even if we decided that she was definitely getting braces.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. My 9 year old daughter had cavities in a couple of her baby teeth. My husband brought her in and they pulled the tooth that they said was the worst, and we made an appointment to get the other one taken care of. When I got home from work she showed me the tooth they pulled, and not only was the cavity microscopic, the next day she woke up in severe pain and had an abscess in the gum near the other cavity. That cavity was so much worse! It's beyond me why they decided to take the tooth with the minor cavity out first. I didn't want her to have to wait the week for her next scheduled appointment because she was in pain, so I called and made an appointment for a few days before her original appointment. I got a phone call soon after, telling me they had to reschedule my appointment because the Doctor suddenly wouldn't be in that morning.. okay, I was annoyed, but told them I would just bring her in on the day we originally scheduled. It was all set, no problem. The MORNING OF THE APPOINTMENT, 30 minutes before...I get a phone call from them cancelling my appointment once again!! My daughter is in pain, if a patient makes an appointment, it's beyond unprofessional to continually cancel on them! I will not be taking my kids back to this terrible practice.

My daughter went in on a Wednesday do to a cavity bothering her, we thought we were going to be filling a cavity. When we got there we took a set of x-rays on the tooth that had been giving her some discomfort. The Dr came in and said my daughter had an infection in her tooth and that's why it was bothering her, she showed me the little area that was a tiny bit swollen and red. We never ended up doing anything since she had an infection so I was sent home with an antibiotic and scheduled a new appointment the next following week as a follow up to make sure the infection was gone. We went today for the follow up appointment and took a new set of x-rays for the tooth. The Dr came in and said that my daughters tooth was still infected and it needed to be pulled. My daughter got very upset and anxious as she's only 7 years old and needed to have a tooth pulled. The Dr recommended I see their pediatric dentist as she works well with children that are scared, I agreed. When I went to make the appointment they told me the specialized dentist didn't have an opening for 2 months!! Seriously, you want my 7 year old daughter to wait 2 months to have an infected tooth pulled? I think not!! So they obviously saw I was pretty upset about it and referred me to a specialized dentist in Derry NH. I called the referred dentist the second I left the appointment, they said they could see my daughter the same day, 2 hours later. We got there and the new dentist said that there was ABSOLUTELY no sign of an infection by visually looking at her tooth or in the x-ray that children and family dental had just taken 2 hours prior. As you can probably tell by now I was pretty upset, the new dentist fixed my daughters cavity and even confirmed when he did the procedure that there was absolutely no infection. My daughter felt more comfortable in the 45 minutes at the new dentist than she had in the 7 years at children & family dental. My daughter is no longer seeing children and family dental anymore, she is now a new patient of the new dentist. Either children & familys dentist didn't want to fix my child's tooth or she doesnt know how to read and x-ray or do a visual exam. I tried to call and put in a complaint with children and family dental and never got a call back from the office manager. I hope no one else goes through this, if they didn't recommend my child seeing a specialized dentist they would have pulled her tooth today for no reason, my child would have waited 5-7 years before her adult tooth grew in, as she's 7 and your back teeth dont fall out till your 12-14 years old. Please question the DR more in depth or get second opinions, your child's worth it.

I can honestly say that not many things have went smoothly at this practice. However, dealing with the ortho side of the practice has been a pleasure. Kenny, one of the techs has always went above and beyond to make sure that my son William has been taken care of. Whether it was changing an appt or getting us in for a last minute appt for a bracket repair. I have considered transferring care, on more than one occasion, and it is Kenny who has kept us here.
