Dr. Ura's office is hands-down the best dental practice in Southern NH. Why trust your care to one of the large corporate dental practices that only care about your money when you can do business with a small family-owned business? Dr. Ura is a fantastic dentist who cares greatly about his patients. His wife Suzanne runs the front office with efficiency and friendliness. His assistants and hygienists are also top-notch (great job Josh and Trish!). The office will *never* try to sell you products or services just to line their own pockets (unlike some of the corporate practices). I found Dr. Ura about 3 years ago when I had an infected wisdom tooth. I previously had not been to a dentist in at least 5 years. Dr. Ura saw me on short notice, and referred me to an oral surgeon who took care of my immediate problem. After that, I became a regular patient as well as the rest of my family. The entire staff helps to put your mind at ease if you are anxious. I no longer dread going to the dentist for even the most routine work. I simply can't say enough good things about Dr. Ura and the Center for Dental Excellence. If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further.

We've had two dental "emergencies", one at the end of a business day and one the last day the office was open before doc went away on vacation, and they went above and beyond to get us in and secure and comfortable. That speaks volumes! The staff is always so friendly and they're always helpful when we have a billing issue or have to reschedule.

I have been going to the Center for Dental Excellence for about 7 years (at least) and I just love it! All of the staff members are wonderful, professional, and knowledgeable. It is because of my hygienist Trish that I can truly say I love going to the Dentist, which is not something I commonly hear! Dr. Ura is a wonderful Dentist. I love that he will keep en eye on potential issues and only does what is necessary. Other dentists might have jumped right to cutting into a tooth to fix it, but in my case Dr. Ura monitored a potential cavity first and determined that because it didn't get any worse over 6 months that we could just keep watching it. I highly recommend this office for all dental needs! You won't be disappointed!

Dr. Ura was one of the most conceited people I have ever met! He convinced me to get a crown. Then convinced me that I did not need the professionally made one, but that the one he made in house was superior. Well, I had to go back 3-4 times for him to adjust it/grind it down. When I still complained that it hurt he then tried to tell me I needed a Root canal! During each visit he would tell me that the work he did was amazing and that he did such a good job. This guy was so full of himself. I stopped visiting and gave my tooth a month to heal and now it is fine (no root canal was needed). But all Dr. Ura cares about was how much money he could siphon from me. I would not let my family or friends ever see that man for help. Recommendation: Avoid going here.

My wife and I have been Center for Dental Excellence patients for over 25 years. We were some of Dr. Ura's first patients and have watched the practice grow. Over the years, there has always been a focus on what's best for the patient, not the practice. When we first started going to the Center for Dental Excellence we lived in Nashua, but now we live in the Concord area. We would not think of changing our family dentist. It may be inconvenient for us to travel to Nashua now, but we also could not imagine going anywhere else for our dental care.

He skiped one step(Pulp capping)for my teeth fillings, I confirmed this on emails, after almost two months my teeth still can't bite anything, like bread, he told he could not fix my teeth problem, let me to see other doctors, worst doctor never met before, pls don't go and waste your Money or time! He charged me $1,500and getting my teeth problem worse.
