Today was my first visit to True Dentistry. I want to first say how impressed I was with scheduling my appointment. Karen worked her magic, and was able to get me an appointment a lot sooner than I thought, and was such a pleasure to talk to. I've always had anxiety about going to the dentist. Not just financially, but fear of it being very painful (I've had very bad experiences in the past). Walking in today I was pretty nervous, but Karen instantly greeted me with a warm hello, and made me feel welcomed. After my x-rays were done Dr. Duff came in to discuss treatment. I was really impressed with the explanation of the treatment, and didn't feel like there was unnecessary treatment being done like other places I have been to. I have lived in Vegas for over 3 years, and it's nice to have finally found a dentist I can trust.

I broke my right front tooth late Friday afternoon while at lunch w/friends @Lawry's. I called Dr. Duff's cellphone that evening. Karen, the office manager, called and left a message on Saturday AND texted me expressing her condolences and asked if I could come in on Monday. I texted back on Sunday that she should call me after 7:30 A.M. Monday morning which she did. She set me up for 2:30 P.M. that afternoon and met me in their waiting room soon after I arrived. She sat with me until I was called back 2:30 p.m. My dentist, Dr. Duff, was waiting for me. He not only rebuilt my right front tooth but filled a small cavity in the left one and rebuilt that one to match the right, front tooth. They never looked so good, since I was in my thirties. He is so talented; I just love him.

Gina the hygienist is not very pleasant. She is sometimes rude, impatient, awkward, and blunt. She has made hurtful comments about my teeth. I will never go back to her. However, the front staff are great and the doctors are great. Update: I updated my star rating from a 2 to 4 because the office reached out to me after this review and offered a sincere apology for my experience and addressed the issue.

If you are afraid to go to the dentist like I am, make that I Was, you must come here. I had old silver fillings removed, partial crowns put on, and a few cavities removed. I felt no pain and the whole staff is just great. I've also now had an old tooth removed and have had the bone graft put in and the screw to hold my implant in.

Been going here for almost 5 years maybe longer. I don't usually have any issues with the staff but my last appointment will be my last. Unprofessional new dental hygienist who was nervous during my entire procedure (fumbling around for instruments and not knowing where things were in the office). I don't come to the dentist for a test-run of a new employee and nervous talking. I come for efficiency. About halfway thru the 1.5 hr procedure, she spent 5+ minutes on my mouth without the doctor's help, nervously talking to herself about how she couldn't get something loose. I pulled it out and demanded to see the doctor. Of course I was angry and frustrated and told her off. I don't want someone poking around my mouth and talking to themselves about how they are having problems. After the incident and the procedure was finished, an office manager came in to try and place blame on me for becoming frustrated, claiming that I should have calmly asked for the doctor. Unbelievable. Of course in hindsight we should all be calm, but when a person is clearly having issues with their job it shouldn't be on me to get the doctor. Go get the doctor and get help instead of making the customer upset and frustrated.

The dentist I seen is no longer at this office, he was great . Only one bad thing I have to say is they change your appointment without calling you and send out a confirmation text asking you to confirm your new changed appointment. If you assume the appointment is the same as the one you originally scheduled you will not get seen when you show up. It's your fault for not reading the new confirmation date and time on the text message . Never in my life has this happened anywhere else, changing your scheduled appointment via confirmation text and not calling you to tell you they moved it to another day. I took off work to times for nothing and got stuck in traffic trying to get back home..

I went to True Dentistry with a painful, broken tooth in the back. I visited with another dentist that recommended a root canal or an extraction. I was anxious to save the tooth and believed the dentist when he said I would not need an extraction and that he could save the tooth with a "special" fill technique. $1300 and 4 months later, the tooth was in terrible pain again. I had an x-ray done at another dental office and they confirmed that the tooth is dead and abscessed. I contacted true dentistry about a refund policy on a $1300 tooth treatment that failed just a few months later. They offered a free crown with a new root canal. No way would I trust them with a root canal or to treat my teeth again. They also stated that they really did "save" my tooth. I don't think so, my tooth is dead. You tried. Sad sad service. No empathy for this patient.

I can't say enough about True Dentistry and their amazing team. There isn't a single person there that doesn't go out of their way to help you. Everyone is so well educated and knows the latest in dental procedures and technology. I left the office feeling very educated myself and I love how they take time to really explain treatment. I know that I'm really being taken care of when I'm there. They are all super stars in my book and I know this is my dental office for life.
