Dr. Ing and her staff are the most caring, timely, and enjoyable team that you could ask for! And you'll leave like you've just had a bunch of fun! Yup, I just said fun! Keep in mind that this office has been run by other dentists in the past . . But under Dr. Ing, I suspect it's quickly going to become the best in town!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Lauren Ing and staff! I discovered them because my long time dentist of 15 plus years left and they took over some of his patients. I was hesitant at first. We had an emergency situation with our 5 year old son. We decided to give Dr. Ing a call. They took us in right away once they had heard what had happened. The whole family has been here ever since that visit. I also just put in my first set of trays for my Invisalign with Dr. Kng and staff. Amazing staff and amazing doctor!

Started out as good but getting the work done has taken several months-normal but frustrating. Dr. Ing, Josh, De and all I didn't mention are wonderful. They are caring, non judgemental to those of us who financially couldn't take care of our teeth. Dr. Ing works very hard to make you feel better with what she has to work with and she never stops until your happy with the work. I am grateful to have found Dental Designs.

I was refered here by a friend and the hygentist was amazing, good cleaning. I had a crown done and some composite applied on a second molar here with dr. Kuiava. Probably the most painful work I've ever had done in trying to heal after. My mouth was hurting for weeks.on top of that I experienced pain for the last few months. I also noticed that my crown was poorly done and shifted to one side.the crown also looked like a mushroom so you can only image how hard it was to floss. The second molar then began to chip off. I am disapointed but am happy to have found dr. Sharastani who has helped me fix my teeth.

Dr. Ing and her staff are professional, thorough, and work with me in maintaining my own dental health. Some other doctors will just tell you what to do. But, here they listen & then offer input. Everyone from administrators to dental technicians to Dr Ing herself are very caring. I've always been comfortable here. They do not push excessive treatment like unnecessary deal cleaning-- something I've experienced in other dental offices in Las Vegas.

I have been a patient with them for over 3yrs and I was happy. I did notice a lot of turn over and had 3 different dentist over that period. I switched my job and changed my insurance last March. I told them about it ahead of time and gave them the information they needed to make the changes. Their staff is so incompetent. They would call me every month to get my new insurance information. Up to now, they still don't have that information recorded. I am being billed the full amount without insurance. I told them if before I switched insurance if they accepted delta dental and they said they did. But I keep getting billed by them.DO NOT GO THERE, THEY WILL BILL YOU THE FULL AMOUNT!

False advertisement!! I found a coupon on the website for X-ray and cleaning for $50 for a new client! When I went there they did the X-ray and they told me they can't do the regular cleaning I need a deep cleaning and antibiotics therapy!! They were trying to upsale me with bunch of treatments that I didn't need! So they refuse to do the regular cleaning. And I was charged for $40 for the X-ray ! They refused to honor the ad! Plus I went to another dentist from UCLA and I was told I only need a regular cleaning! Interesting! Their prices are extremely high compare to other offices! I got a treatment plan from them, for the crown $1700!!!! I had it done for $700!!! I am not gonna come back to them ! And I would like to have refund on my X-ray! False advertising is against the law!

I recently went to Dental Designs for a teeth cleaning and X-rays. It ended up being much more detailed than anytime I have been to the dentist. There were multiple xrays and because of this a cavity was found and a chipped tooth. Also an area where an antibiotic was needed to stop bone loss from getting any worse. I couldn’t be any more happy with everybody that I came in contact with because they were very nice and knew what they were doing. My only complaint was the total price to do everything if I decided to do so. I ended up doing the cleaning and the antibiotic because at this point I have no insurance and don’t want to spend that kind of money right now. I still do consider this a good location. ED V.
