First of all, the accepted to see me in a short notice since I had a sudden wisdom tooth pain and it had to be extracted which I appreciate so much. The staff was fun and the doctor is really experienced, I did not even feel the injections at all. :-). Oh yeah, also your favourite music is played while the surgery is going. Great experience. I cannot day enough amazing things about this place. From the consultation I had at the Centennial Hills location, having all of my questions answered - to my wisdom teeth surgery. I highly recommend this place. Today I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, bottom two had to have a drill used. I arrived at the location and was greeted by a beautiful and kind receptionist who was helpful in walking me through the paperwork I had to sign (and also had a great playlist playing in the waiting area that helped me relax!). After I was called back to the office, I was greeted by another lovely woman (I cannot remember her name. unfortunately), and she made me feel very comfortable. Ive had surgeries in the past where the assistants are just there to gather information and go on with their day, but this women made sure to provide amazing customer service to me. Asking about my career, what I like to do, etc. We had a great convo about her daughter who is in the same industry i'm in!! Having a conversation before surgery is also helpful when relaxing. Then another pretty girl walked in the office to assist Dr.Moody (can't remember her name either! she's the one that is pictured below!) -- and just like the other woman, she had great customer service, continuing a thorough consultation about my surgery and answering all my questions. I suffer from OCD so I tend ask almost too many questions when it comes to things i'm unaware of, so to have those to girls by my side during surgery made me very grateful. Dr. Moody explained all the instruments he would be using during my extractions, did an amazing job on my IV and was so detailed in explaining the steps that would be taken. In the past, I've had surgeons that didn't get to know me, or care to talk to me, that are there to just do their job. Nope! Dr. Moody really cares about his patients, is super funny, humble and fantastic! I appreciated the follow up phone call he gave me before he left the office for the day. He made sure I was feeling okay and to be sure to call if I needed anything. What an amazing environment to be in for a stressful situation. Thank you to everyone here for making my experience over the top amazing.

First visit was for a consultation and Dr.Krieger explained all the details to my 13 year old son where he understood what exactly was going to be done at next visit. Details with my insurance and fees were explained well and I was able to see all services to be completed at next visit. My son felt comfortable with the surgery visit and was not anxious. My son reported the music was awesome and he was very relaxed with the right amount of nitrous. The post op instructions were given to my son and I explained very well that my son understood. Overall clean, relaxed atmosphere of an office. Good experience for my 13 yr old son. I will definitely be referring families to Canyon oral and facial surgery.

I went to the Durango office, but I'm sure the Summerlin office is just as nice. Dr. Falk and Dr. Krieger are both super nice guys! Dr. Falk was really easy to talk to and he took time to answer all my questions and to really understand what was going on with my tooth. I felt like he really went the extra mile. Dr. Krieger also came in to consult with me on what was happening with one of my molars that was hurting. When both doctors agreed that the tooth needed to be pulled, Dr. Falk extracted it and the whole procedure was painless from start to finish. I felt like both doctors were top-notch. The office had really amazing technology that allowed them to take a 3-D image of my tooth to help them see a crack in it that wouldn't have been visible on a regular x-ray machine, so I felt like I was getting the best care possible. I will definitely have them put in an implant and I'll bring my kids here when they need their wisdom teeth taken out!

As nervous and unwilling as I was going in for my tooth extraction, just walking in was soothing and incredible. The staff is very amicable, bright smiles every which way, absolutely gorgeous office... I was blown away! Dr. Faulk handled my procedure with Patricia assisting and both of them did an incredible job talking to me throughout the procedure keeping me well informed, calm, and generally happy with my experience. Their experience showed as the procedure was rather quick and they kept vivid smiles and good humor throughout. You ever see the movie The World's Greatest Magician? Me neither, but if it isn't about Dr. Moody's oral surgeon skills then it's a lie. I was super nervous to get my wisdom teeth taken out two days ago. Dr Moody was very friendly (opposing the implications of his name) and knowledgeable when answering my questions and didn't pressure me on any decisions, but offered more options. The operation took about a half-hour and was done before I realized it started. No stitches, minimal pain, and stopped bleeding after the first day.

I had put off for a year getting my two lower wisdom teeth out. The thought of oral surgery was just too scary. But I finally got it done today and am really grateful to Dr Moody and his staff. Their mix of professionalism and personableness made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was in and out in no time and now just have to deal with lots of icing and a liquid diet. Oral surgery is not something any of us happily anticipates, but if your time comes, I can send you here with full confidence.

This place is scam central! They are only about money! They do NOT care if you have a broken tooth and need emergency treatment! They will make you wait WEEKS! Then they do x-ray ANY dental work! If you give them a bad review on Yelp, they will have the office manager's husband, Dave S. stalk you on Yelp and ask you to change your review! The office manager should be FIRED and they should be shut down for insurance fraud!

This is definitely a beautiful dental office. Aside from its aesthetics, the front and back office staff is amazing. Everyone exemplifies great customer service. All the worries and anxiety I had about my wisdom teeth extractions subsided when I spoke to Dr. Falk. I was referred to Dr Falkland at Canyon Oral & Facial by my dentist. I had to have an implant removed which wasn't pleasant to look forward to. From the time I entered the office I had a very pleasant experience. The ladies at the front desk were very efficient and pleasant. My appointment was on time, and after x-rays Dr Falk explained the procedure for removal. He removed the implant and I had no discomfort during procedure or after. On a scale of 1 to 10 ( 10 the highest) I would give a 10 +.

Dr. Falk was able to schedule me and extract my tooth the same day. Dr. Falk and his staff are amazing and very friendly. When the hospital sent me to Micheal Moody I just wanted to get fixed up. He did more than just fix me up when he took out the stitches it looked like I scratched my nose and lip. You would have never thought I had chunks taken out of my nose and mouth. I would recommend him for any and all your facial needs. Thank you doc for the awesome work

I had a raging infection and the left side of my face was so swollen that I hardly looked human. I had been to the hospital ,given a bag of antibiotics and subsequently on three other courses of different non-penicillin drugs before I made my dentist contact an oral surgeon that could see me the same day. Doctor Krieger came to the rescue. I was in his chair hours later, scared and hurting. There's rarely an occasion (at least for me) that oral surgery is something to look forward to. But to his everlasting credit Doctor Krieger appraised me of my options, found an Endodontist that could attempt to save my tooth and entire bridge the following morning, coordinated the entire ordeal and still took the time to follow up with me that very same evening. His staff was supportive and the doctor never deceived me about the pain I would be experiencing because numbing through an infection is excruciating. He did everything to make that easier. If you need any type of oral surgery my heart goes out to you I'm usually writing bad reviews on Yelp. This is my first endorsement. This is not only a stellar group but they genuinely care. How many Doctors include their cell phone number on their business cards? I just did my follow-up visit and I spent exactly four minutes in the waiting room, which means they don't overbook. Doctor Krieger made a horrible situation tolerable. He's my oral surgeon for life. I recommend him to anyone who wants precision, intellect, honesty and humanity in an oral surgeon.

Dr. Krieger is amazing as well as his staff. From the moment I walk into the door, I feel well taken care of. I was really nervous and scared to get my wisdoms removed, but Dr. Krieger reassured me and explained exactly how he was going to remove them. Front desk and back office staff is also friendly and approachable. I highly recommend Canyon Oral and Facial Surgery!

I don’t usually write reviews but this is a MUST. I’m 25 and I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed today (2 bottom impacted) and this was probably one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Moody, Allen, and I believe Patty (not sure if this was her name) were amazing. I was absolutely terrified walking in (even cried when I got in the office because I was so scared, which was kinda embarrassing) but they made me feel so at ease that I totally forgot why I was there in the first place. Everyone is so kind, very professional, and very personable. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this office for wisdom teeth removal. They are so awesome and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for them.

I spent over 10 years putting off getting my wisdom teeth taken out. Little did I know it was for nothing. Initially, I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to afford the surgery, but it cost me under $350 to get them all out. Over the years my teeth started pushing in and getting infected. They were impacted and growing in terribly; everyday it hurt. I was seen for a consultation within a week and they were able to schedule the surgery days later with Dr. Falk at the Summerlin location. The decor is beautiful and the staff is friendly. I was ridden with anxiety thinking about this procedure but they made me feel at ease. Dr.Falk is funny and works quick - he finished pulling & stitching in 15 minutes. I was out of there within the hour. I got my prescriptions from CVS & started feeling a little bit of pain an hour later so I took a hydrocodone along with the Ibuprofen 600 (I’d advise 800). I’ve recovered quickly. I feel no pain and there’s no inflammation (I’m writing you this 6 hours post surgery). Dr.Falk was kind to check in on me by phone to see how I was doing. I’d definitely recommend Canyon Oral & Facial as well as Dr.Falk to anyone needing dental/surgerical work.

Everyone from the receptionists, Deanna and Blanca, to the oral surgeon, Dr. Krieger, we're extremely professional and courteous and empathetic. I had severe wisdom tooth pain out of nowhere and they tried their best to fit me in and that was well appreciated. Dr. Krieger explained the problem and procedure in detail that someone not in the dental field understands and this made the experience better. As a sidenote, the practice is very clean and well lit. Ok, I’m going to say it! No part of me likes going to the dentist! But when a wisdom tooth started hurting last Friday night, I was calling my dentist on his cell phone. I suffered through the 3 day weekend and was starting to feel better even... At 07:30 Tuesday morning, my dentist’s office called with an opening. I was seen and referred to the Canyon Oral and Facial Surgery Center. I was greeted by a very kind staff Tuesday afternoon for a simple “consultation” for future tooth extraction... just a “consultation”!!! A great kid named Allen took me back to get an X-ray and Dr Jesse Falk came in to take a quick look. In a nutshell, he said, “Why don’t we get that out right now??? No delay, no tossing and turning at night waiting for the torture chamber, no anxiety, just... NOW!?!?! I said, “Why not... :-/“ I started to get up to go to the surgery room and the doc said, Nope, we’ll do it right here! In a couple of minutes, Allen brings in a rolling cart covered with blue towels. I get on the phone to call all my kids to come pick me up after being put under... I’ve had several tooth procedures and they always put me under... I know the routine... Dr Falk says you’ll be good to drive home yourself, I’m just going to do a local... My knees began to sweat... I have to say, being “none too fond” of needles anyway, that roof of the mouth shot could be used in Guantanamo Bay... but the shots worked ;-) After a short delay for the juice to kick in, I squeezed my eyes shut tight. Dr Falk went to work and I swear that pesky tooth was out in 2 minutes... I was laying there crunching the armrest ends with my hands, legs stiff, knees sweating, waiting for the actual extraction and the Dr Falk says, “ why you all tensed up?” I mumbled, “I’m waiting for you to pull the tooth”. He laughed and said, “Oh, that tooth? It’s on the tray in front of you...!” I car jacked my eyes back open and BAM that ugly tooth was laying on the tray... Now I can’t say it was “fun” going to any dentist, but I have never had such a pleasant experience going to something we all hate. I would recommend Dr Jesse Falk and his staff to the world!!! Competent, friendly, welcoming, spotlessly clean, relaxing, and fast! I could go on but your catch the drift... Thank you Dr Falk and the staff of Canyon Oral and Facial Surgery! Your the best!!! (Oh, and did I mention the Doctor himself called me later on my cell to check on me? They truly are the best!!! :-)

Easily the best experience I had with a dentist or any medical professional for that matter. Process was explained in great detail and doctor performed procedure with little to no pain on my end. I've never had a doctor call to check on how I was doing after procedure until now and that just put the cherry on top for me. I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled. I was able to get a consult and then get them pulled the next day. It's was so easy and super quick it took like 20 min to pull all four never felt a thing. The staff is so nice and friendly. Pretty funny too. I HIGHLY recommend them for anything you might need!!
