My family and I had been going to Dr. Kinney for almost 5 years. I put up with the constant harassment from the the staff when it came to scheduling. They literally would call verify and text upto 10 times for 1 appointment, and if we had to cancel for any reason we were treated with contempt, anger and punishment. We went to tons of our appointments, and were not able to make some. I have 9 people in my family and several other appointments, job, school, events, emergencies etc that would interfere with some appointments with them. At times we would have to cancel the day of, but mostly a couple days to a week in advance. We were always told if we cancelled it would be months before we could reschedule. Then they would call and harass us with phone calls trying to fill their cancellation list. It was unbearable. We put up with this because we felt we had no choice, being on medicaid. Her and her husband Mike always made sure we knew "because we were on medicaid" we were to be treated worse and different. I am so glad, when I once again tried to figure out the best schedule for a treatment I needed, they angrily told me I was not welcome there anymore. I did find another provider for medicaid in the area and am so THANKFUL I do not have to put up with this office anymore. On top of all this, Dr Kinney always made me and my kids feel worse (our teeth) then when we went in. I highly recommend you do not take your family to this dentist.

ok, have not been to a dentist in too many years and recently moved to Missoula. Had to find a dentist and ended up seeing Dr. Kinnee. From setting the appointment initially, to scheduling the first visit, to the cleaning, and yes, filling the 3 cavities (yikes!), Dr. Kinney and her excellent staff made me feel comfortable and safe (I have always hated seeing dentists as a kid) with an abundance of expertise, use of the latest equipment, and a very knowledge staff. I would certainly recommend Dr. Kinney if you are looking for a Missoula dentist.

This place is terrible. They are rude, have no logic whatsoever. Do quick, incomplete work. They need the Board of Dentistry to investigate them for their faulty practice. I had a crown put on and not only did she not do a root canal first, the crown didn't even cover the tooth in the back and now I have to buy another crown because of a cavity that formed under the ridge of the incomplete crown. I will never recommend this place. There are truly much better dentists in town. Poor quality of care and poor customer service.

Very snobby Dr. and staff with little concern for patients' well-being. That may be acceptable in the Navy, but not for the general public. My advice is take your business elsewhere, any practice in the area will treat you better.

I had been a patient here for years. THEY screwed up my scheduled appt i had made and confirmed the thursday before(which was 3 days) I work friday through monday 12 hr night shifts and would not have accepted an appt on Mon. It was made for Tues the 2. I wrote it down immediately on my calendar and confirmed it on the spot. I had told the person I could only do Tue through Thur because of work. They switched it to monday which i wouldnt have made it on and dropped me because I, of course, missed it. And they sent text to confirm? I had 2 days to see it? I didnt see it because I go to work, sleep go to work again. I dont check my phone until my day off and I dont carry it with me to bed or work. Sad actually. I really liked Dr. Kinnee but if thats the way they run things when the error was THEIRS I guess its for the best.

This is the most ridiculous dentist! DO NOT give your money or time to this woman! There are so many other dentists in Missoula and the surrounding areas that are more accommodating, friendly, and worthy of your hard earned dollars and time.
