I went to Dr. Samson's office for a dental cleaning. Erica was my hygienist. She took a set of x-rays (I had not had them for over a year) and used their modern full mouth, circular machine to get a complete picture. Then she spent a full hour doing a thorough cleaning and measuring the gum health before having Dr. Samson come in to look at the x-rays and add his two cents worth, giving me a pat on the back for good dental care. As a new patient, the whole procedure only cost $149 (I don't have dental insurance). There was no pain, no discomfort at all. I will return regularly to maintain good dental health. I highly recommend the doc and his able hygienist, Erica.

Not once did I feel judged or uncomfortable. I figured I would go in get some x-rays and make an appointment to get the teeth out some other time. Dr. Samson was willing to do it that day. His staff was sweet and kind. I think he could tell I was pretty nervous and talked and joked with me to make me feel at ease. I've literally put this problem off for years and in an hour and a half Dr. Samson had it delt with efficiently, affordably and with kindness. I'm so grateful. I know having these teeth removed is going to improve the quality of my life on a daily basis and I'm just so glad I found Dr. Samson's office. On top of that- I was updated and had things explained as the examine went on. Great service and welcoming, friendly staff. I broke a tooth, called them at 3:45 and they had me in at 4!! Very comfortable environment. They even gave me noise cancelling headphones to listen to while they fixed my tooth as well as sunglasses to block the bright dental light. Only thing it's missing is the heated massage chair! Lastly, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is that 5 stars is "loved it". Never in my life have I loved a dentist appointment. This was definitely the most enjoyable though

I've been coming to Summit Dental since I've moved to Bozeman. I found them the hard way, having a tremendous tooth ache on a Saturday with no known contacts and Dr. Samson called me back. The others I tried didn't until much later or not at all. Since then, first rate care of the highest quality. He and his staff take the time to explain things. Go over solutions for issues and, in general, actually care about their patients. In the 84 reviews I've read, only 3 were 1 star reviews. Once it appears by the comments to be a mis-mark and the other two were upset over insurance issues. After that, almost all 5 stars with a couple 4's mixed in but even those had excellent comments. I don't see how you could get any better.

I've been coming to Summit Dental since I've moved to Bozeman. I found them the hard way, having a tremendous tooth ache on a Saturday with no known contacts and Dr. Samson called me back. The others I tried didn't until much later or not at all. Since then, first rate care of the highest quality. He and his staff take the time to explain things. Go over solutions for issues and, in general, actually care about their patients. In the 84 reviews I've read, only 3 were 1 star reviews. Once it appears by the comments to be a mis-mark and the other two were upset over insurance issues. After that, almost all 5 stars with a couple 4's mixed in but even those had excellent comments. I don't see how you could get any better.

I was a patient at Kline Dental for over 26 years. When Dr. Kline decided to close his practice, I tried another dentist in town. The whole experience was not the best. A friend referred me to Summit Dental. From start to finish, the whole experience was amazing! Carly was great making me feel important as a patient and getting my records. I was under a time crunch because of insurance. She got me the appointment that I needed. Amber was a wonderful hygienist. She was careful and thorough. That experience made it hard for me to want to go back but due to a continuous abscessed tooth I had to. I am so happy I did. Doctor didn't really care about addressing my issues so I would avoid this place. Response: 3 appointments for one simple procedure is ridiculous and you should strive to do better for sure! At some point this WILL impact your business...
