I just had my first visit to Great Northern Dental Care yesterday and had a great experience! The office has a warm welcoming atmosphere. My paperwork was handled promptly and I was seen immediately. After x-rays and a skillfully done teeth cleaning, I was given a full explanation of what teeth needed attention and how we planned to prioritize them. Due to another patient's cancellation, I was able to get some dental work done in my first visit too! The dental work by Dr. Jarvis was done efficiently and with such little discomfort that I could have taken a nap through the process. I'm writing this one day later and my new dental work feels great! Thank you to the entire staff at Great Northern Dental Care!!!

Incredible service! Friendly and caring staff and they're always on-time. I never have to wait. Had some pain with a crown that was put in by a different dentist years ago and they fit me in the same day I called. Even though it was a last minute appointment, Dr. Roland took the time to make sure that I understood my treatment options. They also scheduled the follow up visit to fix the problem on the very next day so that I wouldn't be in pain for very long. Top notch customer service!

I recently switched dental offices and chose to try Dr. Jarvis at Great Northern Dental Care based on a recommendation from another dentist I am acquainted with. The first visit to Great Northern Dental and I knew it was going to be much more pleasant experience than the high volume, chaotic, "never know what dentist or hygienist your going to get" dental office I came from. First, the atmosphere of the waiting room is extremely inviting and cozy. The front desk staff is genuinely kind and welcoming. There is also small room off of the waiting room for children to play in. Not to mention the entire place was spotlessly clean. Next, Dr. Jarvis examined my 2 year old son's teeth. He was so kind to my boy and was able to take a look at his teeth without scaring him or making him feel overly anxious. And as for my visit, it was great! Sara did a fantastic job on my cleaning! She was meticulous, personable, and explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. Dr. Jarvis' exam of my mouth was thorough and I really appreciate that he took the time to talk to me about my teeth and explain the x-rays. Like the waiting room, the exam rooms were extremely clean. I am so happy to have found Dr. Jarvis' office and I would highly recommend Great Northern Dental Care to my family and friends!

Most dental offices are closed on Friday in Kalispell and of course that is the day I had a dental emergency. After calling everyone with no luck, Great Northern Dental Career offered to help us and got me in on Dr. Jarvis's day off. I was very impressed with the facility and the technology he used to diagnose the problem. He corrected my bite and I was on my way with a smile. He even addressed issues beyond the scope of the visit. Very satisfied and highly recommend his service whether you are new to the valley, or just need a great dentist.

Saturday of Labor Day weekend my dog decided his face needed to make direct contact with my front teeth...In a panic I am calling every dentist in Kalispell to see if any of them would come in for an emergency procedure. Dr. Jarvis was the only dentist that provided an emergency contact number, and actually called me back right away! I reccomend anyone who doesn't have a dentist, or is unhappy with their current dentist, to make the switch to Dr. Jarvis at Great Northern Dental Care! My family has seen two previous dentists and were very unimpressed--one had a low quality of work, and the pediatric dentist was very impatient and downright mean to my son when he was crying and scared. We switched to Dr. Jarvis a couple of years ago and have been happy ever since. He has a clean, new, state of the art facility. The assistants are very thorough with the cleanings, and Dr. Jarvis does excellent work. He's quick and efficient with the children, explaining the process, and even giving a shot without them even being aware that it happened. That's a BIG plus if you have kids who are afraid of dental work. I would recommend this place 100%.

Hands down this was the most thorough exam and cleaning we have ever experienced. The dental assistant and Doctor knew just how to interact with my 9 year old son in a way that put him at ease and restored his trust in dentists. It is with pleasure and sincerity that I am writing this review for Dr. Ronald Jarvis and his entire staff. After having used several dental practitioners in the Flathead Valley this group of professionals is outstanding. The entire team was unique in its focus on patient care, comfort and making your treatment specific to me as an individual. The office is clean, bright and tastefully decorated. Being called and reminded of pending appointments was swift and to the point. All areas of the practice were welcoming and done with courtesy. My latest visit involved replacing and installing a new crown. This was done in just “one” appointment. Chair side care was pain free, and involved cutting edge technology resulting in a computerized crown creation milled for a perfect placement and accurate to within microns. The crown, when cemented actually snapped into place ensuring unbelievable accuracy and comfort. All appointment scheduling and billing has been accomplished with my full understanding and complete lack of drama. I will strongly endorse this office for anyone needing dental care. Bob Benke

From the time that you call for an appointment and until you are seen you will get reminders on your phone and when you get there you are greeted with a smile. Wait time is very short if any, they take you back to the room and they treat you like you are a real person. They truly do care about you and Dr Jarvis is just a very sincere Dentist that listens to what you are wanting. He will explain what he thinks is best for you and what will benefit you the most.
