I would like to begin with "I am absolutely terrified of a dentist office" However, the team is great. Dan was awesome. Pulled a wisdom and swapped out two fillings. Didn't feel a thing. Teeth cleaning appt was a little confusing on the bill. Didn't leave me living in the street but if you care, I would/will make a point of asking the right questions for my next appt. I have tried two other dentists since moving from Florence a few years ago and I've finally found one. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this dental office. From the staff to Dr. McFarland, everyone was amazing. I had not been to the dentist in a very long time and they made the experience very welcoming. They worked with me to make scheduling of my appointments a breeze and when it came time to actually have work done, Dr. McFarland eased my fears and performed procedures perfectly. Anyone that is nervous or scared of going to the dentist should definitely consider them...I can't say thank you enough!

This dentist did not fill my tooth correctly and I ended up in severe pain for five straight days. When I called for help they said to go to the emergency room. Luckily I found a different dentist in town that would come in before hours to help me. They also filled my daughters cavities with blue filling without asking me first. So, for many years she felt embarrassed of laughing out. There are so many good choices in Missoula for dentistry but this is not one of them.

I know, I know, who can love the dentist? However, you don't know how much credit is due to them until you face a dental problem. Case in point: Following years of a dull pain in my Wife's jaw and having been evaluated periodically by several dentists previously, a panoramic x-ray at Ponderosa revealed an abscess beneath her poorly set molar crown (shame on Comfort Dental in Denver, CO). Alas, a root-canal and new, correctly placed crown cured the dull jaw pain. Yay! I appreciate the hygienists and billing folks as well. I've recommended Ponderosa to many of my co-workers and I would recommend them to your family as well.

When I came into the office, I was bleeding, and in a tremendous amount of pain due to a botched wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Scott's compassionate, professional attitude immediately set me at ease. He recognized my dire need of help and squeezed me in that very day in spite of what, I'm sure, was a busy schedule. I can never thank Dr. Scott or his staff enough for making me feel safe and cared for during that particularly vulnerable experience, but, I hope this review is a step in the right direction.
