This place is amazing! My story started with a bad tooth three dentist later and a desperate need for a root canal. The same day they got me in and I cannot describe how well I was treated. This place is worth the drive no matter where you are coming from. Top of the line equipment, very very professional staff from start to finish. The price was better then fair. I am working in Montana this Summer and had a somewhat dental emergency a few weeks ago. I was referred to MT West Dentist and reluctantlly set up and appointment, because I was away from my dentist back in Tennessee, and would not be returning home until October. I completed my personal history information online, so when I got there for my scheduled appointment, the staff at MT West Dentists could not have been more accommodating, or friendly, from the receptionist to the dentists themselves. They called me by my first name, gave me a tour of their facilities, and spent an abundance of time to make me feel comfortable and removed any doubts that I may have had about choosing them for my dental work. Both dentists took the time to explain my options and made me feel like they had a real concern for my dental health, not just to complete the work and send me on my way. I would highly recommend them to anyone that I come in contact with while I am here in this area.

Everyone is incredibly kind, gentle and professional. I moved to Montana in October and started going here for all my dental needs. This is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. They are very accommodating, offering water, blankets and wifi. They even gave me chapstick during my cleaning so my lips wouldn't get chapped! I actually look forward to going to the dentist now and getting to see everyone here. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great dental experience!

I was very impressed with Ordelheide Dental. First, they took me on a tour and while on the tour, they introduced me to everyone who worked there. Everyone had smiles and welcomed me to the facility. They then sat me down and asked questions that allowed them to focus their attention on the things that I thought were important, when considering my teeth. They were laughing and joking with me as if they knew that I needed that extra boost (I am terrified of dentists and dental activity). When the procedure was getting ready to be done, they talked to me about what they were going to do, at my level. I never felt overwhelmed or like I was expected to know things that I didn't. I have never had such wonderful service from a dentist. They were hospitable, friendly, and it was obvious that their main concern was for me, the patient. Overall, a really wonderful place to visit, no matter your tooth-care needs. I definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Ordelheide made suggestions for follow up care, however there was no "pressure" to "get it done"! Can you believe they offered warm blankets or a warm flaxseed neck pillow? The amazing technicians made sure I was warm, comfortable and informed every step of the way. Carla made sure I was not drowning in my saliva. I had a molar pulled today by Dr. Andrew. I could tell that he knew what he was doing. No pain(I don't like to "hurt") and it came out fast even though he had to break it in 3 pieces. It was not an easy one to do as it had previously had a stainless steel crown on it which had come off. I recommend him highly to everyone!

I saw Kristin today for a screening and cleaning. I hate going to the dentist but Mt West Dentist makes it easy to get it done. They are friendly and understanding of those of us that don't like dental work. The building is very clean and comfortable. my wife went there cost $240 for a office visit and xrays. total rip off.spent 2 hrs there and they did nothing for her not even a perscription for the infection. go to comfort dental in kalispell. office visit and xrays for $30 and the personal are wonderful. there was no miscommunication. you made her pay over the phone when she made the appointment. you had her there for 2 hrs. she left because all you talk to her about was getting more money from her. she had a bad infection, you gave her no perscription for it and didnt even tell her about that. she got up and left. the next day she she went to kalispell and got the truth a perscription and real care. the day after that (2 days aftr seeing you) she called and asked if there was any kind of rebate since an office visit and x rays seems a bit steap at $240 and you told her no that was the cost. so as far as i can see your thieves and only care about taking peoples money. i would tell people to only go there if they were dying and want to die even slower. on top of that her friend told her not to go there days before hand as her husband had a bad experience with you , but she went any way. your a joke. stay away from here is all i would tell anyone.

Once again, the fine folks at MT West Dentist have shown themselves to be the consummate professionals we have come to love here in Plains. Yesterday I showed for my appointment which consisted of repairing a crack in one of my molars. Not long into the procedure it became apparent that due to a huge existing metal filling that the problem was more involved than a simple repair. Dr. Andrew and Technician Brandy quickly shifted gears and moved on to perform a cap procedure. The tooth was prepped, the cap built and it was implanted in an amazingly short period of time. The entire procedure was pleasant and completely pain free. Well done to the dentists and staff at MT West Dentist!

Update I had my teeth fixed May 6 2019 and my experience has been nothin but amazing they really go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and so caring I absolutely love my new smile they truly do amazing work . I am in zero pain today and my cheeks hurt from smiling ... Great staff they gave me a walk through of the building! They made me very comfortable and explained to me in a way that I can understand.. fast and efficient... definitely look forward to my new smile ... great place !!! Highly recommend!!

Any reservations you have about going to the dentist...you can toss them because they put you at such ease and this continues throughout the visit with verbal reassurance! I am a complicated patient and they have done right by me. Anatomy may be slightly different in my jaw but no work is started until I am pain free. They have since moved and restored a historical school in the heart of Wildhorse Plains that is just lovely with a large team of professionals who are courteous and very helpful. By far the best dental experience I have ever had and this will be my only go to primary dental care as long as I am in Plains.
