Most knowledgeable and kind dentist I've had. I have horrible facial nerve problems and Dr. Bagby is the first dentist I visited who didn't want to give me a bunch of root canals. He is very educated and works in the best interest of the patient. His staff is also supportive and caring.

I always have a positive experience at Dr Bagby’s office. Connie is always there to welcome me and answer any appointment or billing questions. Kari is an amazing dental hygienist and is so gentle and thorough. Dr. Bagby is experienced and professional and so skilled. But more than that, he’s a friend and really cares about the whole person and not just the dental problem he is working on at the time. He helps develop a long term plan for dental health. He also says “There are no heroes in my chair”. If I experience any discomfort he wants to know immediately so he can do something about it and doesn’t want anyone to just try to tough it out. I can’t recommend this dentist strongly enough. If you need a dentist, look no further.

Everyone in the office is super helpful and knowledgeable. Went in for the first time and they were very helpful getting my paperwork filled out. When I called for an appointment, I was able to get in within a week unlike other places where you have to wait a month or be on standby. They were great taking care of my concerns and answering my questions. Very friendly and careful cleaning in the mouth. Put a smile on my face from the glowing people and the great work they did.

My husband had the rudest person in the front office. She was not interested in helping him navigate any problem with insurance and was rather nasty to him in general. So I would not want to work for anyone who allows their staff to behave so poorly. They also do not want bad press on their facebook and will remove it. So I am just wanting to make sure that people know the truth about this office.
