To put it succinctly, this is an amazing dentist's office. It is more like taking your child on a play date than an institution that used to instill fear in the hearts of young and old alike. Dr. Reed is without a doubt the finest dentist I have ever (or will probably ever) know and my son absolutely adores him. He takes time to answer your questions, explains what he's doing, and offers only positive and encouraging support to parents. His staff is stellar-all are very competent, friendly, and accommodating. (Secretly, my son has a crush on Jessica and Brittanie and allows them to floss and brush a heck of a lot longer than he will let me). Bright colored paintings on the wall and kid-friendly furniture and play areas, flat screen tvs that feature the latest kids movies before and during and examination, and a treasure tower that your kiddie can pick up a prize make the experience that much more fun for the kids but it is truly the dentist and the staff that make this office stand out above all others in this state. Your child is in the best possible hands with Kalispell Kidds.

We had a dentist appointment back in June for my youngest. It was her first dentist appointment so we brought the whole family. We arrived 15 minutes early, and still waited in the waiting room for an hour. So technically only 45 minutes because we arrive 15 minutes early. The assistant was very rude and snarky and didn't care about what she was doing. The dentist himself was very kind. Overall our experience was terrible. So I decided I would be switching my children to a different dentist. I called them that same day and told them, and I asked for my children's most recent no cavity Club pictures to be mailed to me. It is now August 14th and I have still not received these pictures so I called the office and they have no record of me calling and asking for them but they can't find the pictures there in the office, I'm thinking the snarky lady who gave me an attitude just threw them out. I'm very disappointed because I wanted to put that picture in her baby book and now will not be able to. This may seem silly or stupid to some. But you can't just get an experience like that back :( or a memory.

My son had an emergency dental need over the weekend. I called Dr. Reed and he got back to me right away. When I called to get an appointment first thing Monday morning, the staff already knew my son would be coming in and had an appointment ready. They always treat my family with respect and like we are the most important patients they are seeing. I am pleased with the level of care and compassion Kalispell Kidds gives!

I called to cancel same day because boys were out for winter break this is there first day back to school and didnt want them missing first day in 2 weeks. I called yesturday but my voice message didnt go through. Im upset because now im on a 6 month probation because i didnt give 24 hours. I said i would pay to be off and that dont matter.

This dentist is horrible. My son had two cavities in his back mollars that I was told weren't that bad. I made an appointment with kalispell kids and they told me they could fix them with crowns, but I had to wait a month. Then my son got a tooth ache so he went in for an emergency visit. At that time they told us they would have to remove his teeth in the hospital. And we needed to wait 2 months. ARE YOU KIDDING?? they are that bad, hurting him, I already had another appointment and now I have to wait two months??? I took him to another dentist who told me they don't need to pull them and they are going to do crowns for him in 5 days!

We were visiting Montana and my daughter had some pressure in her lower gums, as her adult teeth were growing in before her baby teeth had fallen out. I brought her in to Kalispell Kids for x-rays of her bottom teeth but instead they took x-rays of the sides of her mouth and informed me that my daughter (who just had a check up with our primary dentist back home and had zero cavities) was told that she had 5 cavities (in her baby teeth) that were dire emergencies, requiring multiple visits and their latest version of laughing gas to solve the problem. They treated me like I was purposefully neglecting my child's hygiene and had me re-schedule right away. Of course we didn't go back. About nine months later, I brought my daughter back to our primary dentist for her annual visit, and they found one cavity and painlessly filled it in about 10 minutes.

I dont like the way the dental assistant did to my daughter she looks so grumpy and so serious. Not unlike the missoula pediatrics dentistry got 4 stars. All the staff so friendly and very accommodating. phone is allowable!
