I was told a tooth cleaning would be $95; instead they charged me $160. If you're going to do extra expensive procedures, you had better tell your patients that before you do them! Also, I am 26 years old. Please do not ask me if my mom or dad is going to pay for that.

My husband went to this dentist for years before we met, so when I needed a dentist I went to the one he saw. The good: The staff is friendly and kind. I enjoy the jokes and smiles when I'm there. They seem to be totally competent and decent folks. The not-so-good: There is a bit of chaos if things are even slightly busy. One visit, the dentist had to get up to take a call in the middle of filling a cavity. I sat there alone for at least half an hour waiting for someone to even check in on me. I'd had some delays, but never like that before, so I let it slide. By the time he returned, my anesthesia had almost worn off and he finished the filling without giving me anything else. It was getting painful by the end, but I survived it. The bad: The prices. We have decent dental insurance, but it still wouldn't cover even the costs for one preventative cleaning visit (that are supposed to be 100% covered, $0 out of pocket on our plan.) Overall, they are good folks with a bit of pricing issue who could use a bit more organization or office help. If your insurance is super low deductable, maybe you'd have better luck?

We recently moved from Atlanta to the Flathead valley. We had one of the best dentists in Atlanta and we were really having a hard time finding a replacement. Well, that search is over! Everything from scheduling the visit, to meeting the front desk staff, to my hygienist, to the dentist was simply the best service. The cleaning I received was the best I've ever had--and that's saying something. After a cleaning my lower front teeth usually felt sharp on my tongue...not after Mary took care of me...she polished my teeth to perfection and her chair-side manner was simply top notch. I actually saw Dr. Dan M. (who is new to the practice) and he was just great...he really strives to ask questions, understand your history and is not pushing care that could wait...he warned me (as did my other dentist) that some of the fillings I have may "give it up" at some point, but he didn't push me to replace them; he let me guide the care. I'm sure he would have told me if my dental health was being compromised. We were Out of Network with our insurance, but never did they make me feel like I was putting them out...they filed with my insurance without saying a word...now that is service! Wish I could give them another five stars!
