Dr Ross and his crew are the best. Dr Ross is very gentle and caring. I had a full denture put on top and a partial put on the bottom. The day I had my teeth pulled and my denture and partial put in Dr Ross called me in the afternoon to make sure I was okay. (Who does that anymore) Dr Ross does, my little brother also goes to him and after a tooth abstraction he also had called him to make sure he was ok. My new teeth look so real and fit just perfectly. It's been years since I have had this much confidence, and I literally owe that to Dr Ross!

As a traveling medical professional, it can be intimidating to put my care in the hands of complete strangers. Here in Billings, I was very blessed to land in the office of Dr Tanner and his wonderful staff!!! From the first visit, I could tell they genuinely care about their patients. Personnel are pleasant and competent. As a physician, I'm especially aware that it's hard for a layman to evaluate the finer points of a complex profession, but the equipment seems to be "state of the art" and extra procedures are mentioned but do not appear to be promoted inappropriately.

Wonderful, friendly, gentle, caring. I am a big scaredy-cat when it comes to dental procedures. They have never made me feel unreasonable with my requests, and in fact offered solutions I hadn't even thought of to make me comfortable. My anxieties have alleviated, in fact, as a result of the caring actions and attitudes of this staff, and I can now comfortably have procedures done without sedation just because I know everyone there is concerned for my comfort. All I have to do is signal and there are solutions in place to help me. Dr. Ross and his staff are incredible. I will never go anywhere else.

Dr Ross is great with kids. He took the time to fully answer my 9 year old son's questions without patronizing him. The office was great and scheduled both of our appointments together and let him come into the room where they were finishing up work with me. Not only did they make him feel comfortable and let him pick a toy at the end, but they enjoyed his interest and now my son is looking forward to returning.

The Dental Hygienist Joy was an absolute delight. She always had a smile on her face and was very calming and also provided me with a neck pillow. I get very nervous at the Dentist but she made it a breeze. Dr. Ross was very gentle and I had very little pain. One of my front teeth was chipped & I was worried sick. Very disappointed with the services provided and being over charged. They assured us that they were a provider for our insurance company. After being billed an outrageous amount multiple times and speaking to the office trying to get it fixed I called my insurance directly to find out what was going on. Come to find out they are not a provider and our insurance wasn't able to cover any of our dental costs. Had I known this we would have never continued wasting our time and money.
