I'm brand new to this office and I needed a crown. When I called the office for an appointment a real person answered the phone! The office staff was very friendly and polite. They listened to my concerns about my teeth. The crown prep went very smoothly and was nearly painless. Normally I get a bit nervous when it comes to the numbing injection. It was administered slowly and did not hurt. Dr. Lindemann was caring and explained each step of the process. I have to say this was the best dental experience I've ever had! Woohoo!! You guys are AWESOME!
