The reviews are correct, this is the sweetest bunch of people you could ever meet. Due to severe anxiety, I have not been to the dentist in years. When I called I was in pain and they got me in right away (even though I was a first time patient) and I was immediately greeted with kindness. The assistant was amazing and very comforting - giving me heads up about everything and anything she thought might make me nervous or uncomfortable, which was really helpful. Dr. Jeff was equally kind and comforting, for which I’m really thankful. By far the best dental experience of my life, and I’m much less nervous to go back.

Brit W was so nice and professional while taking x-rays plus they had a cancellation so I was able to get my teeth cleaned today as well!! Saved me a trip. I’ve been going to Discovery Dental since I moved to Missoula in 2016. Each and every visit has been above and beyond my expectations. They are consistent in their professionalism and care. I get my teeth cleaned twice a year. I also get x-rays on alternating visits. My dental hygienist is awesome, and I actually enjoy catching up with her as she intermittently jams stuff in my mouth, my interactions with the dentist has been great. For a final note, I’d like to mention that Discovery Dental is honest and considerate. Last year, after my second cleaning, I had to return for a quick fix on a chipped tooth. After the procedure, I received no bill for the services. When I called to ask about this, the receptionist told me that I had a balance on my account that was still remaining after my two cleanings. In other words, they didn’t overcharge me on the cleanings to get the most money from my insurance. Then, they appropriated the additional money to cover the cost of the procedure rather than make me pay. Wow. I hadn’t really heard of this before, and I haven’t been treated this well way by other companies. This is an all around great company. Five stars. Highest recommendation. Everyone there deserves a raise.

This was not a good experience. I am a difficult dental patient. I struggle every time to go to the dentist and before I found Discovery Dental I bounced around because I never felt comfortable. I experience severe dental trauma stemming from childhood experiences, which I mentioned very briefly to this new hygienist. For many years now I have been able to endure a very very basic cleaning which is an enormous step for me. Past hygienists at DD have been incredibly understanding and kind. Today’s experience left me shaking and in tears. I will not go back to this hygienist. She lectured me on the dangers of not having more complete work done, threatened that my teeth might fall out, made me sign a waiver releasing DD from responsibility and didn’t give me a sample toothbrush and toothpaste. I found her manner to be inconsiderate and insensitive. Are your hygienists trained to work with patients who come in with past trauma? It is extraordinary for me to even show up for a dental visit. A dental visit has to be on my terms. I need to be able to determine what is done. I understand that you have a standard of care so yes I signed the release form and of course I take full responsibility for my teeth. I am hoping to try a new hygienist next time before I switch dentists because I have been shown such kindness in the past.

While I was there, they had a spot open up for a dental cleaning and fit me right in. I was then scheduled for the following week to get my fillings fixed. All the staff is super kind and welcoming and my teeth are no longer painful! I cannot recommend Discovery Dental enough!

Today was my first day to a dentist is at least 4 years. The hygienist Brittney was absolutely amazing, made me feel so comfortable and at no point made me feel bad about not coming in. She was very complementary on my teeth and gave me at home whitening! I’ll definitely be back because of her!!! The doctor was also great, not as chatty but to the point and helped me follow along with him. He even got me a mirror at one point so he could show me my problem arias and walk me threw how to reverse them. I’ve never felt so comfortable at a dentist before. Thanks for everything!

I had two fillings that were causing me pain from a previous dentist, and I made a new patient appointment at Discovery in hopes that I could eventually get my fillings looked at. Other dentists around town had a three month wait for new patient appointments...Discovery scheduled me within two days for my first appointment. While I was there, they had a spot open up for a dental cleaning and fit me right in. I was then scheduled for the following week to get my fillings fixed. All the staff is super kind and welcoming and my teeth are no longer painful! I cannot recommend Discovery Dental enough!

I can't say enough good things about Discovery Dental in one review. The front office staff is beyond professional and kind. The dental assistants and dental hygienists are top notch (especially my hygienist as my teeth always feel so good after a cleaning). Both Dr. Jeff Green and Dr. Josh Green have treated me with stellar care and I have no hesitation to take their recommendations for my teeth, because I know it will go smoothly and be in my best interest. They have a top-of-the-line facility to go along with the wonderful people as well. These folks greatly care about their patients and will do almost anything to help you. They have provided me with so much help from getting me in quickly for emergency dental work or just working around my schedule to keep me up-to-date on my cleanings. I’m a serious fan DiscoDen. I’m someone who avoided the dentist as an adult, owing to the meany dentists and their assistants from my youth. I can attest that Maureen does NOT jab your gums and make them bleed. Dr. Green and Dr. Green are fantastic and fixed my cavities so so quickly before I even had a chance to be nervous! I just completed my 6 month cleaning and we have success! No cavities!
