My wife had been searching for a new dentist after several disappointing experiences, and once she had her initial appointment with Brian, she insisted I go in as well. Since my visit, I highly recommend Dr. Francis to anyone - the work is thorough, the people are great, and you definitely get a more personal experience. Sometimes at a dentist's office, you can feel like people are having a conversation over you while you just lay there with your mouth wide open staring at the ceiling. Nikki and Dr. Francis made a genuine effort to get to know me and involve me in everything happening during the appointment, so it really felt like I was a part of my own exam, instead of just being worked on. You will not find a better staff anywhere in Billings! They are really a dental hem, and I am not a fan of the dentists at all! I had previously gone to a dentist that quoted me an insane amount! So I decided to get a second opinion based on a coworkers recommendation I chose Brian Francis. After my initial appointment and eval I was shocked at my treatment plan! Not only was almost half of what the other dentist had quoted and said was “vital” to my dental care was not needed per Dr Francis! They also made my treatment plan with my needs in mind! The most expensive treatment were not immediate as stated by the other dentist! It was a breath of fresh air!

Always a great experience. I had a severe headache for two days when I realized it was potentially related to a tooth problem. I call the office and was greeted by Shelly she said they could see me that same day! I came in at 4:50 was diagnosed with needing a root canal. Left at 6PM with no more headache!!! Not only is Dr. Francis amazing for routine care, but he truly pays attention to your overall health! We are incredibly grateful for the care he gives our family, especially since he was able to help diagnose our seven year old with a chronic immune disease that we had no idea he was suffering from. Dr. Francis brought it to our attention that there were some abnormalities during our son's cleaning and referred us to see a specialist at the hospital to be safe. Not even three days later, our son was taken to the ER for an allergic reaction, which we now know was caused from his immune disease. In less than 3 months from seeing Dr. Francis, our son was diagnosed with EOE (Eosinophilic Esophagitis) and began treatments. He is now a healthy, thriving little boy thanks for the early interventions done through Dr. Francis. Shelly is great help with all the specialty foods we have to buy now due to our son's condition, and provides amazing emotional support as her husband also has the same diagnosis. They're truly a family setting and genuinely care for you and your loved ones!

They are profession, courteous, caring, compassionate and most of all funny as .... you get the point. NEVER have I looked forward to my 6 month appointments...ever! Now however I am at total ease....If you are looking for a new dentist, this is the one to switch to. If you're new to Billings and want to get established with a family dental practice again, this is the place. 3 out of 4 of my kids and their families go there and can attest to the same recommendation (the 4th one lives out of town, but is moving here and plans to establish with Brian and family)....!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Francis for about 5 years. He has an excellent staff, the office is well organized and always very friendly. Recently, I had an accident running on icy streets, and needed repair of two front chipped teeth. The front office staff did a great job of getting me in right away. I also initially missed my morning appointment, but they made sure to accommodate me- and got me in later that same day. The bonding procedure went very smoothly, and Dr. Francis and his assistant took the extra time to make sure that it looked just right. Precision and detail are extremely important to Dr. Francis and his staff- which I greatly appreciate when it comes to my dental health. I was very satisfied with this situation, but I wasn't surprised because it was in line with my entire experience with Dr. Francis and his office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Francis for about 5 years. He has an excellent staff, the office is well organized and always very friendly. Recently, I had an accident running on icy streets, and needed repair of two front chipped teeth. The front office staff did a great job of getting me in right away. I also initially missed my morning appointment, but they made sure to accommodate me- and got me in later that same day. The bonding procedure went very smoothly, and Dr. Francis and his assistant took the extra time to make sure that it looked just right. Precision and detail are extremely important to Dr. Francis and his staff- which I greatly appreciate when it comes to my dental health. I was very satisfied with this situation, but I wasn't surprised because it was in line with my entire experience with Dr. Francis and his office.

I was afraid of going to a new dentist and how long it would take for me to get in and out, missing work is something that I just can't afford. So, Brian Francis, DMD was recommended and now I won't go anywhere else. Everything about that place is awesome; the staff is friendly and wants you to be comfortable (even if you're like me, nervous around any kind of medical office!), the wait for my turn for dental work was short (I showed up early and still didn't wait too long!), and Brian Francis himself is a great dude, made me feel welcome and at ease through my nervous sweats and clammy hands. I also love the fact that they have everything ready to go as soon as you step in the door; the 3-D scanning (it's done while you're sitting in the chair awaiting your time with Dr. Brian Francis, instead of having to go to another room), tools (they explain what they are going to do and how it will be done), the stuff I had done was affordable and it was done well, and it all makes for a quick stop. I would recommend Brian Francis to anyone!
