I've gone to Brewer for awhile. I've always been satisfied with my care. The staff is very friendly. Although I went in today to get a broken tooth fixed. Mind you I've broken this tooth before, and got it fixed at brewer and loved it. This time however, I was extreamly disappointed. My tooth is crooked, sticking outward, and the bottom part of the tooth is extremely sharp. He showed me the tooth in the mirror but I was laying down and at that angle I couldn't tell it was crooked. And my mouth was so numb that I couldn't tell it was sharp till I got home and the numbing wore off. I am so dissatisfied with how my tooth looks I'd almost rather just have the broken one.

Wow! What a wonderful dental center. I had an emergency and called shortly after 7 a.m. and got a 9 a.m. appointment. By 10:30 a.m., all the procedures were done. Dr. Draayer and Shila were amazing. I've had a fear of dentist from horrible childhood experiences with dentist. Dr. Draayer and Shila took all those fears away. I can't say enough wonderful things!!!

I get super stressed out going to the dentist but my experience at Brewer was amazing. I had a root canal and once they got into it and started talking me through the steps, I relaxed and had no stress or anxiety! They were super helpful, friendly and were able to fully answer any and all questions that I had. It was worth the four hour drive and I would be more than willing to make that drive for every visit.

I will never go back. The ladies at the front desk were nice and the dental hygentist was amazing. But Dr. Clark was awful. I went in to fix a chipped front tooth. I did not need to have someone make me feel worthless and unimportant. I cried when I finally got out of the building. My tooth is the same as when I went in after 2hrs. Dentists like him are the reason people avoid going to the dentist. No one likes to be treated like that. I've already made an appt with a different dentist and will ask them if what he said is my only option. Avoid Dr. Clark, especially if you haven't been to the dentist in awhile.

I will never return to this office, nor would I recommend anyone else go to this office. I witnessed one of the docs (I believe his name was Hoomer) berating/talking-down to his staff. I'd rather go to an office where the leadership respect their subordinates. Also, Brewer does not have the feel of a family dental office, but it feels like a "dental-mill".

Really great experience. My teeth are getting bad. I've had teeth pulled before. But Dr.Dryer and Dr.Honaker are two people I've seen there and they are impressive. The whole entire staff,is there to help and give honest answers. Not just that,they have a great way of making you feel as comfortable as possible. Saved me money etc. I could go on.

I had been hesitant to go there because I'd heard they were expensive. But when Mom broke a piece off her dentures in a fall we called to see if someone could see her. She'd never been there before but they got her in that day. All of the staff is wonderful! They're friendly and caring. The dentist she saw was gentle and very helpful. He couldn't do much that day but said to come back after her mouth had healed in 2-3 weeks and didn't charge her for the visit. When her mouth had healed, he filed down her dentures where they had broken and did a soft liner for her. After all of that, they gave her quotes on a hard liner and a new denture and sent her home again without charging her. I believe I have found a new dentist for me too.

I started going to Brewer within the last year. My first time getting fillings done in their office did not go well though & there were a lot of unexpected complications. So, when I needed to go in for a crown & more fillings last week, I was pretty anxious. But, I met Dr. Holloway's Dental Assistant, Cheyenne right away & she was so nice! She genuinely listened to my concerns & knew exactly what to do. Though Dr. Holloway is my regular Dentist, this was the first time he had done work on my teeth. He naturally put me to ease & his professionalism is top notch. Dr. Holloway proved right away that he knew what he was doing. His calm demeanor & frequently asking if I was alright really helped me to trust him. Cheyenne & Dr. Holloway are now my dream team as they not only work great together, but took incredible care of me. The nitrous did its job to keep me calm & relaxed! After the work was done with zero complications, Cheyenne made sure that the nitrous was completely out of my system. She also very carefully went over my after care instructions. I have never met a Dental Assistant who was as knowledgeable, professional, personable & communicated as clearly as Cheyenne. I will make sure that I have my dream team again if I need more work done in the future. Great job Brewer for all you did to give me a positive experience & I hope to remain a loyal patient for years to come!!!!

Pediatrics, very professional, very friendly, amazing people. On the Adult side it's a totally different vibe. Staff seemed irritated (except fory dentist), assistant had trouble with the equipment (literally almost had a meltdown in front of me) and generally made me feel uncomfortable. I am a Medicaid recipient, maybe that has something to do with it?! Anyway. Had a treatment plan made up (extra 35min), went to the finance lady and she told me that it would take her a few hours to get back to me with a amended treatment plan, (because I guess the one the assistant handed the lady was wrong and way off in price) and that was over 24 hours ago. Yep still no call. Anyway. Take your kids there and expect the best because they are the best. But see for yourself. It may have just been a really bad day for everyone there...

Brewer Dental staff are friendly, they always let me know and show me where I may be getting a cavity, wisdom teeth need of removing, or solution to any other type of discomfort in my mouth. At the end of my visit they send me home with floss picks, a new toothbrush, and a choice between a flower or a bottle of water. They have a kid friendly environment and make sure when a patients next appointment is. Dr. Homer and Brooke were wonderful when I needed my filling taken care of.

Scam! They are taught to tell you that your insurance is accepted there...check your provider list...they lie. I've had over $15,000 and today when I was flossing one of those caps they talked me into popped out. This hasn't even been 5 years and I take care of my teeth. I no longer live there so this one is on me. Don't believe all the reviews...they have employees & their families write them to keep up the hoax. Yes, I know.

If we could give different stars to just the Dentist alone, it would be different. I've had good experiences and not so good ones. So guess it's why it's 3 stars. I've had one pediatric dentist, who I would not recommend, even made me cringe and all I could do was try to console my children afterwards and explain that not all dentists are alike. Hopefully we have switched to a different ped person and it will all go smoothly. On the other hand, I love the Ortho side of things, they are awesome to work with and go all out for what ever is needed. My boys have enjoyed their time on this side of the wall and have had no complaints. I have yet to experience the Adult side of things and may just try another place after reading adult reviews, as I am afraid of the dentist as well.

We came to Brewer Dental Center on their Dentistry from the Heart Event which offered free cleanings, fillings, and extractions to the community of Billings. My wife and I have needed dental work for a while, but haven't been able to afford it. We came in and not only did we receive free fillings for ourselves and my daughter's first dental appointment, we received quality work. The dentists and hygienists were absolutely amazing with my 3 year old daughter and we so appreciated how excited they were to be able to help us. I so appreciate them for their generosity and quality of work.

Brewer Dental Center is the only dental office I've been to since moving to Billings in 2014. From the first visit, I appreciated their easy appointment schedule and their hours that accommodate those of us who work during the weekdays. Everyone in the office is fantastic at both locations. The front desk staff is friendly, and the billing staff is always pleasant and makes insurance and payments seem straightforward. Of course, the dental assistants and doctors are fantastic. Both my husband and I have had nothing but great appointments here. I recommend Brewer to everyone looking for a new dentist.

I have been with Brewer for years now and have never been so disappointed in my experience as I was Yesterday. I took my 12 year old in for a cleaning which ended up being an almost 3 hour visit which is fine I was just not prepared for it. I had my 1,2 and 3 year old with me. Towards the end they got a little restless and just stopped listening. I was parked right in front of the doors so I put them in the car while it was running and locked. I stood by the doors to keep an eye on them, the whole time the front receptionist Lauren or Laura kept giving me dirty looks and shaking her head and would go back and whisper to other people while they would stare at me. He spoke with me about how he didn't think I needed dentures, and that he could help me keep my teeth, straighten my front upper teeth, and drastically improve my smile. All of this would have been academic without financing, but then they found just that for me, and at a rate I could afford to repay. I have been with Brewer for years now and have never been so disappointed in my experience as I was Yesterday. I took my 12 year old in for a cleaning which ended up being an almost 3 hour visit which is fine I was just not prepared for it. I had my 1,2 and 3 year old with me. Towards the end they got a little restless and just stopped listening. I was parked right in front of the doors so I put them in the car while it was running and locked. I stood by the doors to keep an eye on them, the whole time the front receptionist Lauren or Laura kept giving me dirty looks and shaking her head and would go back and whisper to other people while they would stare at me. I highly recommend Brewer Dental Center. The west end one, they are all so compassionate about their patients, from the second you walk in, you are greeted and helped by one of their very helpful and inviting ladies at the front desk. The waiting time was not long at all and they had a fairly full waiting room when we arrived, there was a handful of people ahead of me even!!!! With all that being said my appointment to get a root canal, turned into the Dr doing two extra procedures for me!! He filled a cavity, (and where a previous dentist in Helena, did an extraction a few weeks prior, that left exposed jaw bone, that made my jaw and extraction site ache almost as if I had dry socket. Dr. Wilde informed me that I did not have dry socket, I had exposed jaw bone! I was in quite a bit of pain. Dr. Wilde cut the bone down so my gums could start healing. Dr. Wilde and Shila are so fun and had me laughing the entire time, they keep it very entertaining, and keep you informed as to what they are doing or about to do!! While patients are with the Dr, whoever is waiting for them can relax in the waiting room, watch tv or check out a magazine, they have a designated area for children as well and a seperate tv for them to watch instead of what the adults have on, coloring books and reading books, and if you were running late and forgot to grab a snack, or drink they have, coffee, hot cocoa, tea, or water and they also have an assortment of brownies & cookies. They have so much compassion about their patients, making sure that they are 100 % taken care of, are comfortable, are in absolutely zero pain, even before they numb you up, they give you the option to have gas if you would like, and a tv during the procedure to watch if you prefer. I have never ever been to such an amazing and beautiful dentist office in my entire life, I wish I could get all my teeth work done here!!!! Just saying

Brewer Dental Center (west) has a very professional and caring team. I called at 7:00a.m. Monday morning, and I was in a chair discussing my problem and getting xrays by 8:00 a.m. Monday morning!! I had a tooth pulled, which I barely felt at all, insurance ran and my copay paid and out the door by 9:30. Never did feel rushed, they took the time to tell me my options in a way I could understand and make a decision that I was comfortable with. The people in this office need to be better trained in how they do their job's, I went in for a simple extraction and left with a bill and no extraction work done because the nurse was more concerned about positioning the TV and making sure I could watch it , then getting ready for the extraction. The nurse or aid or whatever they are called was inexperienced and managed to jab something sharp into my gums causing them to bleed, I got up and left and because this was turning into a disaster already. Not only did they charge me for a office visit that was never complete, now they have sent it to collections trying to force me to pay it. Well I have news for you, I don't pay for incompetent work or a job that was never done in the first place, so good luck getting that money. I'll take my business elsewhere where the people working in the office actually have some remote idea about what they are doing

I had lost part of a filling over a year ago, and finally it had been causing enough pain to keep me up at night. I called to get into the dentist it was done by and they were booked a month out! My husband said "Call Brewer, they'll probably get you right in!" So I did, and an hour later I was in the chair. I had xrays done by a very friendly assistant, and spoke with Dr. Tokos who was very sweet. She made the diagnosis and requested that I have the root canal done right away. Dr. Homer was available about 30 minutes after that! I was amazed at how accommodating and convenient this was for me. I grabbed a yummy cup of coffee, and was escorted to the new room, where I was greeted by the Hygienist, Bridget. Bridget immediately made me comfortable and made sure I had everything I needed, all questions answered etc. She was very professional, knowledgeable, yet had an awesome personality and chairside manner! Dr. Homer came in shortly after and explained the procedure and they had me on the happy gas right away. Dr. Homer was gentle, and made me feel very comfortable in the chair. All in all it was probably the best experience I've ever had in a dental chair. Even as I checked out, the gal I spoke to was a sweetheart. I am so glad I called Brewer. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Brewer Dental Center. The west end one, they are all so compassionate about their patients, from the second you walk in, you are greeted and helped by one of their very helpful and inviting ladies at the front desk. The waiting time was not long at all and they had a fairly full waiting room when we arrived, there was a handful of people ahead of me even!!!! With all that being said my appointment to get a root canal, turned into the Dr doing two extra procedures for me!! He filled a cavity, (and where a previous dentist in Helena, did an extraction a few weeks prior, that left exposed jaw bone, that made my jaw and extraction site ache almost as if I had dry socket. Dr. Wilde informed me that I did not have dry socket, I had exposed jaw bone! I was in quite a bit of pain. Dr. Wilde cut the bone down so my gums could start healing. Dr. Wilde and Shila are so fun and had me laughing the entire time, they keep it very entertaining, and keep you informed as to what they are doing or about to do!! While patients are with the Dr, whoever is waiting for them can relax in the waiting room, watch tv or check out a magazine, they have a designated area for children as well and a seperate tv for them to watch instead of what the adults have on, coloring books and reading books, and if you were running late and forgot to grab a snack, or drink they have, coffee, hot cocoa, tea, or water and they also have an assortment of brownies & cookies. They have so much compassion about their patients, making sure that they are 100 % taken care of, are comfortable, are in absolutely zero pain, even before they numb you up, they give you the option to have gas if you would like, and a tv during the procedure to watch if you prefer. I have never ever been to such an amazing and beautiful dentist office in my entire life, I wish I could get all my teeth work done here!!!! Just saying

Brewer Dental Center (west) has a very professional and caring team. I called at 7:00a.m. Monday morning, and I was in a chair discussing my problem and getting xrays by 8:00 a.m. Monday morning!! I had a tooth pulled, which I barely felt at all, insurance ran and my copay paid and out the door by 9:30. Never did feel rushed, they took the time to tell me my options in a way I could understand and make a decision that I was comfortable with. I will most definitely go back and will also refer anyone I know to them.

The people in this office need to be better trained in how they do their job's, I went in for a simple extraction and left with a bill and no extraction work done because the nurse was more concerned about positioning the TV and making sure I could watch it , then getting ready for the extraction. The nurse or aid or whatever they are called was inexperienced and managed to jab something sharp into my gums causing them to bleed, I got up and left and because this was turning into a disaster already. Not only did they charge me for a office visit that was never complete, now they have sent it to collections trying to force me to pay it. Well I have news for you, I don't pay for incompetent work or a job that was never done in the first place, so good luck getting that money. I'll take my business elsewhere where the people working in the office actually have some remote idea about what they are doing

The dentist the hygenist and staff were all great! I was a bit anxious and upset about other things they helped keep me calm were very compassionate and kind. Then we were going to do a root canal and crown. Couldn't because my tooth was not repairable. Was cracked. He did a fantastic job. Both giving me the shots and extraction of the tooth were painless. Was impressed! I've not always been the best customer can in fact be a big grouch to people there but they've always treated me calm kind and compassionate. My treatment there is by far the best I've ever experienced at a medical facilitiy.. Five stars for sure!!!!

I started having some discomfort a few days ago and called Brewer Dental this morning, they got me in just a couple hours later and were quickly able to determine the problem and set me for an appointment in the afternoon to fix the issue. Dr. Draayer was very informative and kind but also explained what had happened in a way I could understand. When I returned in the afternoon, I was set up with an awesome dental assistant named Alex, who sat with me and made me laugh through the whole procedure which really made a world of difference to someone who has a uneasiness in a procedure room. This was such a pleasant experience and i would recommend anyone here.

I had some trouble with my extraction and the were all so caring, especially since the service was free that day. They provided entertainment while waiting. I had lost part of a filling over a year ago, and finally it had been causing enough pain to keep me up at night. I called to get into the dentist it was done by and they were booked a month out! My husband said "Call Brewer, they'll probably get you right in!" So I did, and an hour later I was in the chair. I had xrays done by a very friendly assistant, and spoke with Dr. Tokos who was very sweet. She made the diagnosis and requested that I have the root canal done right away. Dr. Homer was available about 30 minutes after that! I was amazed at how accommodating and convenient this was for me. I grabbed a yummy cup of coffee, and was escorted to the new room, where I was greeted by the Hygienist, Bridget. Bridget immediately made me comfortable and made sure I had everything I needed, all questions answered etc. She was very professional, knowledgeable, yet had an awesome personality and chairside manner! Dr. Homer came in shortly after and explained the procedure and they had me on the happy gas right away. Dr. Homer was gentle, and made me feel very comfortable in the chair. All in all it was probably the best experience I've ever had in a dental chair. Even as I checked out, the gal I spoke to was a sweetheart. I am so glad I called Brewer. Highly recommended.

After today I will not be returning, nor will the rest of my family. I went in to the office in pain and was getting X-rays. My dental assistant was talking about me with another assistant in the room I was in, while I was turned away from her direction. They were looking at my X-rays and whispering and laughing. When I turned so that she was aware I had heard she laughed it off. Never have I ever been made to feel so bad. I opted not to do treatment with them because of this. I have had only excellent dental care from Brewer Dental Center. In December 2014 I was experiencing pain in one of my teeth. I called Brewer and I was seen right away. Dr Brewer diagnosed an abscess. He explained that I needed a root canal. I asked Dr Brewer if he had time to do the root canal right away and he agreed. It was completed by Dr Brewer. In less than an hour, I was on my way home. This is only one experience of many. Dr Brewer guarantees "if you call today, we will see you today". I've never had that kind of Dental service with any other Dentist. Oh yeah. I'm 63 years old and have seen many different dentists in my time.

For the pediatric center the dentist and assistants are wonderful, very good with children. We have seen Dr England with the orthodontic department and will definitely continue with him when our other daughter is ready for braces. Scheduling gets a little frustrating sometimes, I've called to make appointments at the pediatric center and showed up to be told the kids were scheduled at the office across the parking lot. I've been in the office a couple times and heard this from other people too, so as long as you double check where they are scheduling you it works out fine.

Finally went to Yellowstone Family Dental after years at Brewer. I have a phobia of the dentist, teeth, and people touching my teeth and brewer was never kind or caring like yellowstone family dental was. Last time I got cavities fixed at brewer the dentist was laughing at me saying "wow you really are scared aren't ya??" as I was hyperventilating with happy gas to the point of nearly blacking out. Recently went in to release my records because I had avoided the dentist for years after that as it made me very reluctant to get any problems fixed because on top of being horrified of going i was scared of being made fun of in the process. Lady at the reception was pretty rude and was trying to make me write down the email address for Yellowstone Family Dental even though i would have no idea what their email is and i know full well they have their email. The reception was packed full of people and there was a very stressful air to the place. All in all, go to Yellowstone Family Dental they were so freaking gentle with me and caring and checked how i was doing constantly and made me feel very safe. Their facilities are clean and comfortable and they helped me find the best plan for both my phobia and budget, never pushing me to do things i didn't want/couldn't afford

A strange operation that Brewer has going on. Brewer chose to report me to the credit bureau rather than calling and saying "hey we can't reach you at your old address but you have a balance on your account". Mean while, Brewer felt it appropriate to call during the same time period to schedule follow up appointments. Fourunately for me the derogatory mark on my credit report doesn't sting too badly but this might be something that others should be concerned about. Note to Brewer: no need to respond to this post with your appologies, I already contacted you and attempted to work this out.

Thank you for a wonderful family experience. Today was our daughters first dental visit (22months) the staff was very find, courteous and extremely caring. My wife and I had cleaning appointments at the same time which meant my wife had to have our daughter in the room with her. We had the tab with us to entertain our daughter during the appointment however it did not goes as planned. I love my dentist and usually the staff is very supportive and friendly, but my anesthetist Michelle on the west end brewer dental center was very rude. She started by commenting on how my teeth looked. (Yes I have cavities yes my teeth aren’t the greatest but they are not horrible.) about how I didn’t brush good enough and that they looked gross and so on. But what really got to me is that because of the way my mouth looks she assumed my 18 month old had disgusting teeth as well and had cavities already cause I brush my teeth poorly. And if on top of that wasn’t bad enough, I’ve probably had 20 hours of dental work total in my life (including a lot of needle work) I’ve never in my life had somebody be more abrasive with a needle then her, she decided that after slowly injecting the lidocaine to Slow was hurting me, (it wasn’t, her ramming the needle further down my front teeth hurt worse) that for the next numbing area she would decide to squirt it in all at once which was excruciating and didn’t even give me an option to choose. Seeing as she had her hands in my mouth with a large needle I felt like I could not comment back for fear that she would become slightly more aggressive with her needle poking, On top of that they were not numbed accordingly and my amazing dentist had to do it properly. My dentist was awesome but that woman was horrible and really scares me into not wanting to come back.

I am sure she had been working all day and even though it was a late-night appointment, I was greeted with a smile and happy/positive attitude. After today I will not be returning, nor will the rest of my family. I went in to the office in pain and was getting X-rays. My dental assistant was talking about me with another assistant in the room I was in, while I was turned away from her direction. They were looking at my X-rays and whispering and laughing. When I turned so that she was aware I had heard she laughed it off. Never have I ever been made to feel so bad. I opted not to do treatment with them because of this. I literally could not leave the office fast enough. I’m very hurt and disappointed. Shame shame.

I had to write and say how much I like Dr. Low. I have always had a fear of the dentist office because no matter what, shots etc. are painful for me. He did a good job of making that part a lot less painful. I will always ask for Terra to be at my appointments. She was so kind and patient. She tells you everything she is doing and puts you at ease. She is gentle and so considerate! I had a very pleasant visit today for the final crown put on. For the pediatric center the dentist and assistants are wonderful, very good with children. We have seen Dr England with the orthodontic department and will definitely continue with him when our other daughter is ready for braces. Scheduling gets a little frustrating sometimes, I've called to make appointments at the pediatric center and showed up to be told the kids were scheduled at the office across the parking lot. I've been in the office a couple times and heard this from other people too, so as long as you double check where they are scheduling you it works out fine.

Finally went to Yellowstone Family Dental after years at Brewer. I have a phobia of the dentist, teeth, and people touching my teeth and brewer was never kind or caring like yellowstone family dental was. Last time I got cavities fixed at brewer the dentist was laughing at me saying "wow you really are scared aren't ya??" as I was hyperventilating with happy gas to the point of nearly blacking out. Recently went in to release my records because I had avoided the dentist for years after that as it made me very reluctant to get any problems fixed because on top of being horrified of going i was scared of being made fun of in the process. Lady at the reception was pretty rude and was trying to make me write down the email address for Yellowstone Family Dental even though i would have no idea what their email is and i know full well they have their email. The reception was packed full of people and there was a very stressful air to the place. All in all, go to Yellowstone Family Dental they were so freaking gentle with me and caring and checked how i was doing constantly and made me feel very safe. Their facilities are clean and comfortable and they helped me find the best plan for both my phobia and budget, never pushing me to do things i didn't want/couldn't afford

A strange operation that Brewer has going on. Brewer chose to report me to the credit bureau rather than calling and saying "hey we can't reach you at your old address but you have a balance on your account". Mean while, Brewer felt it appropriate to call during the same time period to schedule follow up appointments. Fourunately for me the derogatory mark on my credit report doesn't sting too badly but this might be something that others should be concerned about. Note to Brewer: no need to respond to this post with your appologies, I already contacted you and attempted to work this out.

Thank you for a wonderful family experience. Today was our daughters first dental visit (22months) the staff was very find, courteous and extremely caring. My wife and I had cleaning appointments at the same time which meant my wife had to have our daughter in the room with her. We had the tab with us to entertain our daughter during the appointment however it did not goes as planned. The staff stepped in and showered her with attention and gifts so we were able to finish our appointments. Thank you for making this experience easy.

I love my dentist and usually the staff is very supportive and friendly, but my anesthetist Michelle on the west end brewer dental center was very rude. She started by commenting on how my teeth looked. (Yes I have cavities yes my teeth aren’t the greatest but they are not horrible.) about how I didn’t brush good enough and that they looked gross and so on. But what really got to me is that because of the way my mouth looks she assumed my 18 month old had disgusting teeth as well and had cavities already cause I brush my teeth poorly. And if on top of that wasn’t bad enough, I’ve probably had 20 hours of dental work total in my life (including a lot of needle work) I’ve never in my life had somebody be more abrasive with a needle then her, she decided that after slowly injecting the lidocaine to Slow was hurting me, (it wasn’t, her ramming the needle further down my front teeth hurt worse) that for the next numbing area she would decide to squirt it in all at once which was excruciating and didn’t even give me an option to choose. Seeing as she had her hands in my mouth with a large needle I felt like I could not comment back for fear that she would become slightly more aggressive with her needle poking, On top of that they were not numbed accordingly and my amazing dentist had to do it properly. My dentist was awesome but that woman was horrible and really scares me into not wanting to come back.

I then switched to Brewer dental center and was given a warm welcome! They answered questions, making appointments is easy and they work with my insurance.
