Dr. Knable and his crew are the very best at what they do, sorry for the rhyme, however, it’s very true and they have the latest technology that I have ever seen in any dental office. I am a retired air medical pilot so I have seen A lot in my career. I have personally been seeing them for over seven years and they’ve always been there for me when I needed immediate attention. The fact that they can produce a crown with usually one visit is definitely a plus for me as I do not like going back for two or three trips For a crown. I highly recommend them!!!

Just started my second implant with Dr. Knable. The first one is 3 years old now and I love it. It's the most natural looking crown I've ever had. He spent the time to make a great natural color match. The whole process was very comfortable and easy. As always, the staff went out of their way to accommodate my tough schedule and took into consideration my 120+ mile drive to get there by combining appointments for us. When you're investing this kind of money into dental work, this is just how it should go. I really couldn't ask for a better experience.

I have always been terrified of the dentist, the staff at big sky dental are always so understanding and gentle with me. I have also taken my two kids there and they weren’t scared at all because of how good they are with kids. I had to have my wisdom teeth pulled last month and they made one of my biggest fears such a great experience. They truly care about helping you make your teeth better and I appreciate that. I highly recommend them.

Professional, friendly, courteous staff that makes you feel comfortable during all procedures. Dr Knable offers Illumisure dental insurance that discounts dental procedures. He can make crowns in one office visit which takes about an hour. I had veneers done in June on my two front teeth (took 2 hrs & made at his office). You can't tell they are veneers, they look so good. He explains what he wants to do and is always asking patients if things are OK. We go twice a year because Illumisure dental picks up exams, x-rays, cleanings for $29 month. Melinda and Jodi (hygienists) do the cleanings and offer tips for taking good care of our teeth. We are moving out of state and will miss the great care and good service we receive at Dr Jason Knable's Big Sky Dental in Great Falls, Montana. I rate them 5 stars - the best!

Do not reccomend. I got dry sockets in all 4 of my Winston teeth extraction sites. Dentist is unreachable. Took three days to get back ahold of me. Ended up getting two preclscriptions for too sting of antibiotics and ended up getting and infection in my intestines because of it. Had to go to the ER. Dentist couldn’t be reached again. Suffered in pain for weeks and my gums started pulling away from my teeth. Did not bill either insurances for the procedure. Next thing I know I get turned into collections with no bill ever reaching me. I called their office three times and not one of the people working there will tell me what the bill charges were from since I paid for the procedure already out of pocket. Never going back.

I had needed some teeth pulled, I don't have any dental insurance and it's too far to get to IHS, so I seen a flyer announcing that they would be doing free extractions, now I would love to keep some teeth and get them fixed, but these were beyond repair, mostly due to the original work being over 20 years ago, they were great to me and were patient with my pain levels, it had started to wear off, because they're were 4, but they just numbed them up again. Over all I'm sure I would be more than willing to go see them again, Dr. Knable and his staff were excellent.

I have been seeing Dr. Knable for several years now. I can not recommend him and his office enough. They have the best way of adapting to patients needs and really listening to what you want! Dr. Knable is always learning more skills to make it easier on the patients. He even does implants and IV sedation. Love this office!!

Have a painful broken tooth that I was hoping to have repaired or extracted as needed. My son recommended Dr. Knable. Tried to make appointment (best they could do was two weeks out) but the very sweet gal I talked with would not book an appointment unless I gave her my credit card information. Told her I was a cash and carry guy. Nope! No service for me! While I respect the good Dr.'s right to run his business as he chooses, he confirms my experience with dentists of late. They are starting to follow the dysfunctional path, except for them, of the whole medical system. Too expensive, elitism, and totally shutting out people of modest means and below seems to be the norm. I can possibly get this tooth pulled by a veterinarian I know for the cost of two bottles of Black Jack. One bottle for him for his fee and one bottle for my anesthesia. Christ, what has happened to this country ...

Very careful and caring group of folks! They have Netflix so you don't have to stare at the ceiling. Jason will explain everything and you will be comfortable through the whole thing. They are also good with kids, nervous or otherwise. I absolutely recommend jason and his team to everyone

The staff here is amazing and they are very good at making you feel comfortable . They are very kind and patient. An all around great experience for someone who is terrified of the dentist! A month ago I scheduled a cleaning and I had to prepay $246 for a cleaning. Yesterday I called their office but got their answering service so I left a message canceling my cleaning and asking for my card to be credited the $246. I asked for a returned phone call from their office. NO RETURNED CALL. Today I’ve called multiple times and I always get their answering service that tells me they are in their office and they don’t know why they aren’t returning my calls. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service by simply returning my messages.

I have been going to Big Sky Dental for ten years now, and have been greeted by by friendly knowledgeable staff. They have been great with my son's dental care from the time he was five until present age sixteen. I have not had an appointment that I left disappointed in my care. They always exeed my expectations.

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. Staff is friendly and all but if I had known it was going to cost $400 for a simple exam AFTER insurance for a family of three, I would have never set foot in there. The staff was not forthcoming about prices before the exams were done and assured me that my insurance should cover it. I called several times when I received the first bill and no one ever returned my phone call. Would not recommend unless you enjoy spending exorbitant amounts of money for no reason.

This place is the reason I do not trust dentist. I came to this place to have a procedure done. They never once billed my dental insurance except my medical insurance. They told me that my medical insurance should at least pay a little bit and would send a check to me and once I received it to send it to them and then they would bill my dental insurance. I never received anything from my medical insurance. I talked to the lady at the front desk who pretty much called me a liar. So instead of billing MY DENTAL insurance they sent it to collections. I've talked with the lady at the front desk who told me I should have given them the 10 dollar check that my medical insurance sent me. I told her again they haven't sent me a check. They need to bill my dental insurance, she told me they don't have too. I don't understand the rudeness or why so quick to ruin someone's credit. If you they didn't accept my dental insurance they should have told me from the beginning and I would have went to a different dentist. I think they just seen an opportunity to screw a government employee. I also told them I had moved and had a new number suddenly last week the put a new one on my credit for 56 dollars. Are you kidding me. You screwed me and didn't give me a chance to fix anything and didn't bill my Dental insurance. So I will be getting a lawyer because what you did was wrong. All because I was deployed

Can't say enough good about Jason, Big Sky and company! They are all so caring and professional. I never have to worry that I am in the best care and have been going for years. Most recently my tooth broke and Jamie got me right in. Then, to my surprise, Jason was able to fix it at the same time with a crown! I was as good as new and on my way. WOW! VERY kind and gentle people... All I had to do was lay there and watch HD TV on the ceiling! Anyone hesitant of dentists.....this is a wonderful place and team!!

The office was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and so was the dentist. They did a very detailed exam of my teeth. Guided me in the right diresction to get help paying for the work I'm going to have. They showed me and walked me through everything. The receptionist was very patent with finding my provider and even called to get the info from them because I forgot my card. Great place to go and friendly staff

Absolutely phenomenal service!! Most thorough and extensive initial exam I've ever had. Staff are very friendly and courteous and even offer to let you watch Netflix during any procedures, including cleanings!! Highly recommend this fantastic place to anyone. I'm terrified of dentists and having Netflix as a distraction was perfect!! You definitely won't find a friendlier staff anywhere else!!
