Dr. Kehmeier and his staff are amazing. Tj at are prompt at responding to questions, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I rarely wait more than a few minutes from when I check in to when I am seen. We have used him for years for general dentistry, orthodontics, and now for botox injections for successful pain relief for TMJ symptoms. I look forward to going to the dentist! How many people can say that?

We've been seeing Andy Kehmeier since we moved here because, quite frankly, he was the only dentist who accepted our insurance. It went mostly well except for a couple of things here and there. One of the problems they seemed to have frequently was scheduling conflicts where they overbooked. That all came to a horrible crash this past week when his office staff called up insisting we get there 45 minutes early for our appointment. We showed up 45 minutes early only to wait in the waiting room until our scheduled appointment time. Then we spent more time waiting in the back until he finally arrived. I'm still not sure why they called us in early. About 3 weeks ago I called about one of my sons having extreme pain due to his wisdom teeth coming in. They scheduled him for a cleaning and then for two fillings before finally consulting with us on the wisdom teeth. Despite the wait time being so long before they could be removed, we were offered nothing for pain except ibuprofen and tylenol. We had already told him that wasn't working. Then we took my other son in for his cleaning and exam. We waited in the back office for 30 minutes after his cleaning at which point the staff came in to tell us that the doctor was running behind and we'd have to reschedule to get the exam finished. We left past a waiting room FULL of people. They never thought to perhaps reschedule someone who hadn't already started the process? We scheduled my son's wisdom teeth surgery with someone who could get him in way faster and we went to a general dentist in the interim to have my younger son's exam done. Dr. Kehmeier and his staff promptly removed us from their practice for this transgression. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Dr. Kehmeier after this experience at all.
