3 Rivers (in particular Dr. Z and Sarah!) has changed our experience with the dentist. I used to drag sobbing, screaming, hyperventilating children into our old dentist office and we would *all* leave crying even harder than when we came. Now, one of the kiddos CHEERS when it's time to go, and the other one (who has some medical trauma, so this is still huge) comes willingly albeit nervously, but once she is settled in and remembers that no one there is going to touch her without her permission and that they care about her safety and comfort, she is able to relax. We always leave with big grins. Always. The staff here clearly cares about children's autonomy and making sure they feel secure and cared for as much as they care about teeth health. They do incredibly well with children with special needs (I have one kiddo with orthopedic needs, and one with mental health stuff; both have generalized anxiety disorder), and with kids with major fears of the dentist. We couldnt possibly appreciate them more. ♡ Thank you 3 Rivers for helping my family overcome the fear of the dentist, and for making sure we always feel safe and cared about!

Their office is very easy to find and get to without having to battle the heavy flow of traffic like the other location. Everyone at 3 Rivers Pediatric Dentistry is amazingly friendly, caring and very welcoming. This office has a more relaxed vibe compared to Missoula Valley Pediatrics Dentistry, although I liked bringing my kids there as well, it felt like they were trying to rush as many people in and out as quickly as they could and the staff was constantly ping ponging back and forth from room to room. 3 Rivers feels more relaxed and the office feels more organized. They all go above and beyond to make the kids feel comfortable. They explain every step they are doing in plain english so you know exactly what they have to do and what your kid is going to experience so there is no surprises in the end. We will definitely keep coming back and refer 3 Rivers Pediatric Dentistry to my friends!! Keep up the great work!!

I love bringing my kids to see Dr. Ziegler and Dr. Foster and am very happy we were able to follow them to their own new office. Their office is very easy to find and get to without having to battle the heavy flow of traffic like the other location. Everyone at 3 Rivers Pediatric Dentistry is amazingly friendly, caring and very welcoming. This office has a more relaxed vibe compared to Missoula Valley Pediatrics Dentistry, although I liked bringing my kids there as well, it felt like they were trying to rush as many people in and out as quickly as they could and the staff was constantly ping ponging back and forth from room to room. 3 Rivers feels more relaxed and the office feels more organized. They all go above and beyond to make the kids feel comfortable. They explain every step they are doing in plain english so you know exactly what they have to do and what your kid is going to experience so there is no surprises in the end. We will definitely keep coming back and refer 3 Rivers Pediatric Dentistry to my friends!! Keep up the great work!!

There are TV screens on the ceiling with kid friendly movie options playing to help distract kids if they feel anxious. The kids earn prizes for being good brushers and for getting into the "cavity-free club". There is accessible parking and unisex bathrooms.

My five year old son has been a patient of Dr. Ziegler since he was two years old. Now he is five and still LOVES going to see Dr. Ziegler for his annual checkup! Over the years, not all of our visits have been scheduled. Last year, my son decided to break a fall with his mouth instead of his hands, resulting in a sutured lip and a traumatized tooth. Not only was Dr. Ziegler quick to effectively assess the damage to the injured tooth, she was incredibly compassionate, going as far to make it crystal clear that at any given time 24/7, I should contact her with whatever concerns that might come to mind. Outstanding professionalism coupled with conscientious patient care, makes my only complaint with 3Rivers Pedatric Denistry is they, sadly, do not accept Adult patients. - Tricia Saraf

I randomly stopped in to get an appointment set up for my not so doctor friendly three year old. They offered to see him right away and handled his terrible toddler attitude with grace. To top off the chaos my 8 month old filled his diaper during the visit and (being ill prepared for all things) I didn’t have a diaper on hand. The staff was so friendly and had diapers and wipes on hand for me to use. What could have been a disastrous COMPLETELY RANDOM visit, was turned around by their relaxed nature and loving atmosphere. We are very happy we stopped in and left cavity free and a priceless experience.

Really love the office and the staff. Everyone is so nice And welcoming. They make sure you and your child are comfortable with and understand what procedures they are doing or are going to do. The office and dental rooms are not tight, there’s room for both parents to be in there with your child. Lots of natural sunlight that the big windows let in makes it you feel like you are not in a closed in space, it is more relaxing.
