Worst dentist I have ever seen. Honestly. Dr. M was nice but the work was so horrible I can't give this place more than 1 star. I had to go back again and again and again--literally close to 10 times in 2 months. I had fillings and crowns done after a root canal and it was all done SO WRONG. The last time I was in the hygienist joked "oh man, you just have bad luck!" UM NO..you all keep messing up my damn teeth! That's not bad luck--that's bad dentistry. I had tooth pain for months and kept going back and they'd file down the fillings, saying they were hitting my teeth etc and had then wrong size crown! Dr. M over prescribes antibiotics like they're skittles. Every time I went in she's mention putting me on them although I didn't have an infected tooth. The doctor who did my root canal even mentioned there was no reason for them. My teeth are still throbbing and I never had this before seeing them. The staff is also gossipy and will talk around you while you're in the chair, except Dr. Leslie who was so arrogant she didn't even say hello to me or introduce herself both times I saw her. Not to mention all this was expensive and for as much as I'm paying, I shouldn't have to go through that! I am actually going to a new dentist again tomorrow because 5 months later my teeth still feel off and throbbing where they filled it.

Before switching to them I asked repeatedly and ensured they could take over my in visalign care - 6 months there they tell me I need to spend another 5 thousand for the process. Cancelled appt for 3 kids and didn't bother to call me after I took time off of work to take kids to drs. sitting in office and can hear the receptionist giving patient names, birthdays AND ss# of patient. Ever hear of HIPPA?? I agree with other comment...they will try and up sell you on anything. Now, I was quoted for two fillings I go to pay and they said it is $30 more than quoted. Their fired.

My Wildwood Dentist! Marvelous, Marvelous!! I was one of their first patients, and they have never let US (whole Family) down. Some faces have changed, but their care is still superior - from the Staff you first see when you come in (Welcome Back, Rebecca!!) to the hygienists and the Doctors. They actually LISTEN to your needs, and give fair advice, without pushing any extra work that you may think you do not want or need. I am 23 years old and have been to the dentist once or twice before yesterday, and it’s not because I have perfect teeth. I have horrible teeth and was absolutely horrified about this appointment. From the moment I walked into the office every person was smiling and welcoming. Once I got back into an exam chair I thought the bashing would begin. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The dental assistant before doing anything got to know me and made me feel so comfortable I’m a place I was scared off. Once th dentist came in the good feelings continued. I could go on and on for hours about how wonderful these people are!! I am so great full I found them and have started the journey of fixing my mouth with them! I would recomand this office to absolutely anyone. My Wildwood dentist truly thank you for making me feel comfortable and having such a positive experience

Dr. Trinity Boszko and her staff st My Wildwood Dentist conducted my intro visit today taking exrays, doing teeth cleaning, and prepped me for teeth whitening at my next appointment. Everyone in the office was warm and welcoming. The office is equipped with state of the art equipment and everything there is squeeky clean! They had a teddy bear in the room and a weighted blanket. I didn’t hold the teddy but I did use the blanket. It’s surprising how comforting those things can be for someone like me who has had some bad experiences with other dental offices. Other dental offices have seemed unconcerned about my comfort but Dr Boszko and her staff constantly asked me if I was comfortable or if I was feeling any discomfort. To my amazement this was actually an enjoyable and restful experience. (Much different than what I have been used to at other dental offices.). I highly recommend Dr Trinity Boszko and her Staff at “My Wildwood Dentist” for those who would really like to find a friendly, comfortable, professional and capable dental office. Honestly, I was made to feel special from the moment that I walked in the door!

I love my dentist. Those are words I never thought I would say... EVER! But then I found My Wildwood Dentist! Everyone there is exceptional. Friendly smiles from the moment you walk through the door until you're waving goodbye. I hadn't been to the dentist in 8 years. I was embarrassed, nervous and got a headache just thinking about the smells and the sounds and nasty tastes. Amanda was the first person I met. She made me feel right at home and didn't make me feel bad about not keeping up with my dentist visits. She was actually very encouraging! I had a couple of cavities, but overall my mouth looked pretty good! I've had 3 visits back since that first day and have enjoyed every one. And I look forward to the next!

Dr Bosco is the best, very knowledgeable, thorough and you get the free bonus that she's also an endodontist in addition to being a regular dentist. So you get that additional skill, training and perspective. Her dexterity with tools, implements is remarkable. Also, had a bit of an emergency prior to a long trip and they really busted tail to take care of me. All the office staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Will keep coming here, happy I switched.

The office staff were nice like others mentioned but the work was horrible. They said my kids who had never needed fillings before suddenly needed multiple fillings. We blindly trusted and had the work done and later realized they have a reputation for doing unnecessary work. A year later we have had to already replace fillings that were done poorly for two children and had an absessed tooth that had to be removed and just discovered another absess so need to take her back (to a different dentist of course) and I’m guessing will lose another tooth. I wish we had never gone to my wildwood dentist!

I have not been to the dentist in over 5 years, I was a little embarrassed to go back with the hygienist for the cleaning. She made me feel at ease and told me it was common for people to shy away from the dentist if they had a bad experience in the past she talked to me about the cleaning and x-rays and how to keep my teeth and gums clean and healthy . Then Dr. Bosco came in to check my teeth for cavities and she found 3 they were able to get me in the same day for my fillings I was a little scared of needles but did not feel a thing. New patient to this practice. First connect to see if they were taking new patients and to set up an appointment was with Rebecca. She was terrific; very professional and personable. She helped get started and was able to schedule me for the next day! Everyone in reception was very welcoming and helpful. My Hygienist, Katie, was thorough, explained everything, professional and quite competent. Same can be said for Dr. Lucas who explained my need for crowns due to very old fillings becoming fractured. Even Nicole who explained my insurance coverage (or actually lack of coverage for anything other than preventative care) was thorough and respectful of the facts of my poor dental coverage: thanks a lot Essence Healthcare for switching from Advantica to Dentaquest: NOT!! Lastly, even Terry who was new to her position represented the practice very well. Thank you all!

I would give them a zero if possible as l specifically requested Dr. Mikkili and told them who referred me as l wanted the exact dental work done on my teeth. This was more than a month before my appt. They scheduled May 10th as my appt. date then called to remind me of a 3rd appt...l never made, but being excited the date was moved up l called to confirm that my appt was with Dr. Mikkili & ask that paperwork was emailed. After receiving 0 paperwork, on May 2nd l again called to confirm my appt. with Mikkili & to request paperwork. l arrived to the office in Wildwood @ 9:41am, 10am appt., only to be greeted by a male receptionist telling me Dr.L... would be seeing me as Dr Mikkili was not there & was leaving the practice. I said no l wont be seen by anybody but whom l made my appt. to see. The young man then started questioning me about why l did't want to be seen was it insurance related or personal. This was insulting as l am an 58 yr. old American of color and for one to question me when they have wronged me is a slap in my face. Plus to let me drive from Wentzville to Wildwood knowing Dr. Mikkili was not going to be there is terrible customer service.

I've been going here for dental care for over 5 years. I had an appointment yesterday and was so extremely pleased with that experience. I've never been so thrilled over a dental visit. I highly recommend that anyone requests Tonya as your dental hygienist and Dr. Lucas as your check up doctor. They showed me pictures of my teeth so I knew exactly what they were talking about. Then Tonya showed me the best possible way to brush and floss my teeth specifically. She then talked to me about what toothpastes would benefit my mouth & teeth specifically with my specific problems. I was able to look at my xrays and see what exactly was going on with my teeth, wisdom teeth, and gums. I left 100% informed on what was best for me. I requested those two associates for the rest of my visits. I would recommend these two associates to any and every person looking for a dentist's office. Beautiful experience. I even left in a better mood.

Stay far far away from this place!!! They charged me outrageous prices to do my work and messed up on one of my crowns. They knew I was working with a limited budget and stopped sending statements and just sent me to collections. Supposedly calls were made to try to get a hold of me but I never received any. Now I'm in pain and they won't look at their work until the account is paid in full. If you mess up, it's your job to fix it. Not mine to pay you to fix it!!

Do not go here! All they want to do is sell you procedures and unnecessary items. Took my children there. They said one of my boys needed a crown and a root canal they said the other had 2 cavities. They said everyone in my family needed mouth Guards because we all grinded our teeth. Went to a different dentist for a 2nd opinion, not of this is true! Every time we went (only twice) it was something. Should have followed my instincts after the 1st visit. If they recommend a procedure, get a 2nd opinion!!!

I have been a patient here since 2011. I've had 2 bridges, Invisalign, teeth whitening, and numerous teeth cleanings and have always had a great experience. In fact, one of my bridges wasn't the perfect shade (I thought it was fine) and they insisted on having it remade. There are many other dentists closer to me but I won't go anywhere else. Love this office and such a great staff...caring and professional. Dr. Mikkili is AWESOME!!

If you want to feel like you’re at Jiffy Lube getting your car oil changed, this is your place. They will tell you everything you possibly need done, obtain insurance authorizations without your consent and give you an incredible potential bill that will cripple a family for unnecessary dental work. The quack dentist wanted to pull 12 teeth from my 12 year old’s mouth when they were not ready to come out. His reason was laughable by other dentist & orthodontist. I personally fell in the trap and allowed the quack to perform 2 unecessary root canals with crowns, when I only needed a 1 crown for a cracked tooth. The crowns cracked multiple times and needed replaced twice. Those root canals went bad 2 years later costing me thousands of dollars for 2 implants. I should have taken the quack to the cleaners or at least had ran him out of business so he doesn’t treat innocent patients like he did my family. I cannot drive by the place without feeling sorry for all the people the crook takes advantage of. Stay away from “My Wildwood Dentist”.

My wife arranged for a babysitter and drove over 30 miles through rush hour traffic to get there for her 9 A.M. appointment today. The office called her at 9:09 A.M. and she informed them that she was there in the parking lot and was getting ready to walk in. She apologized for being late. The receptionist told her she would need to reschedule her appointment. She asked the receptionist what their late policy was and she said they reschedule appointments if you are 10 minutes late. My wife informed her that it was 9:09 and that she was there in the parking lot and was ready. The receptionist said it was 10 minutes late according to her clock. She asked for my wife to reschedule. My wife was upset and told her we would not be rescheduling as we have been a patient of Dr. Mikilli’s for years and felt as though she was being treated rudely. We are never late to our appointments and always there! When my wife told the receptionist she would not be rescheduling as she was very upset, the receptionist only said “Oh, I’m sorry.” Although my wife was late (which is our fault and we take full blame for), we feel as though the office receptionist was very rude considering my wife was there. My wife was scheduled for a teeth cleaning this morning. While my wife was there, she was going to schedule an appointment for me for over 20K worth of dental work that Dr. Mikkili has already said is needed. Additionally, I called a total of 3 times and asked for Dr. Mikkili to call me but I never received a phone call from her. Dr. Mikilli lost 3 patients as we will not be returning to this office.

Not happy at all when I called to make the appointment I told them I had a broken tooth and needed it extracted. I took off work for a half day and I was there for an hour and a half before they said that they would not be able to do it that day. As I sat there waiting for a least a price of how much it would cost me after insurance for another 15 mins I just left. They wasted my time off that I do not have much of and did nothing to my teeth but I’m sure they be sure to charge my insurance full price.....extremely disappointed and I still have a broken tooth.

Over the past 1 year i have had several last minute surprises with this grp of staff. several times id walk in with my eldest high schooler on a school day to be told the dentist is not in and we have to reschedule , NO CONSIDERATION AT ALL. it happened 4 times in 1 year and not Lastly once again I go with my eldest and to my surprise they NO LONGER TAKE MY INSURANCE and said you can pay for the service out of pocket for 175$ leaving me with no where to go !! waste of time for me and my 10th grader i was so upset with their lack of professionalism ,and would not recommend them at all

Was super nervous because Im a baby when it comes to doctors dentist etc appointments. Everyone there was super nice made me feel completely at ease. My dental assistant Brittany was super knowledgeable and helped me get my 2 fillings in then I was out of there! They follow up with me via email to remind me its that time to adult again! Pretty office doesn't mean the people care. I had a horrible tooth abscess, they said they couldn't take care of, but sent me to an endodontist, after a few X-rays. I asked for pain medication, the dentist gave me 1/2 prescription for Tylenol #3 every 6 hours, I was in so much pain, that would not do anything. I have dental insurance. I got the root canal at the endodontist, Wildwood Dentist called me the very next day, not to see if I was ok, but to schedule an appointment for getting a cap which they said could cost me $900, with dental insurance. I was still in so much pain. No concern expressed for that. Then I got their bill for $46 over my insurance cost. For what? To say they couldn't help me and not try to help with the pain either?

I was very disappointed with my visit yesterday. Everyone there is new since our last six month visit. They were very pushy to give a plan to correct all the things wrong with your mouth. I have never had such an experience like that in the several years going there. I am cancelling the appointment I felt forced to make. We will be going to a new dentist for our next six month visit. They were late seeing us by at least half hour from scheduled appointment. Guess they are trying to boost there cash flow anyway they can.

I first came here in 2013 and my mouth was so sore from the cleaning the rest of the day and the following day. I did not return to this particular dental practice until this past February when I shadowed a dental hygienist and I loved it. I went today 11/1/18 and although I was late I still received a good cleaning and the hygienist talked me through everything she was doing and the pros and cons of hygiene, since I will be going through a dental hygiene program myself. Dr. Collette was very nice as well.

Dr. Bozko was absolutely amazing today during my crown treatment plus redoing a filling. I was very impressed with how painless the entire experience was!! I came in very anxious, but Both the Dr and the hygienist helped me through it especially in the beginning ! Thanks ladies!

I was needing a dentist that takes Medicaid to fill several cavities for my six year old son who has special needs. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, and was only making the drive because I had to. Well, I was blown away. The office is beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and worked together seamlessly, even when things got a little dicey with my son's deteriorating cooperation during the last filling. Hillary was outstanding with my son. She understood his issues and connected with him so perfectly in an anxiety producing situation. He asks frequently when we are going back to see Hillary, and doesn't understand why he can't have his teeth cleaned there every day. We have a new dentist! I will happily drive the extra distance for our kids to be seen here.

Hello I just spoke to the office manager Mario , he did seamed to concern or even apologize for my issue but after four years of serving my three children I will be removing them to another dental office. I paid over $1000 for my daughter’s retainer and they sent a balance of $200 to an collection agency. I believe they should have worked with me after considering my relationship with them after all I have sent other family members there as well. I know companies believe that money is the bottom line but relationships is what keep clients coming back.

I was impressed with how long they allowed for my first visit. Katie explained everything she did to my teeth. With all their new technology,they were able to find why a tooth that had been bothering me was painful. It had a crack. My previous dentist could not find anything wrong. Do to a change in my insurance , I had to switch dentist. Dr. Lucas seems to be a very competent doctor who also took the time to explain my options. I m glad I chose My Wildwood Dentist.

The worst dentist experience place I’ve ever been to. they gave me Unnecessary route canals that got infected after they did them and now I had to have two of them pulled out and have to get implants. I have Siblings that been there to and all have bad experience with them. Would never recommend them to anyone.

I have been a patient at this office for years. I had an appointment at 9:00 A.M. in which I arranged for a babysitter and drove through rush hour traffic to get there. At 9:09 A.M. I arrived and was just getting out of my car when their office called. I apologized for being late and informed them that I was getting ready to walk in as I was out in the parking lot. They told me I couldn’t be seen as I was 10 minutes late and that is their policy. It was 9:09 A.M.! I was there! It was my fault I was late but it was extremely frustrating that I was turned away for being only 9 minutes late. My appointment was for a teeth cleaning and I also wanted to discuss getting my husband on the schedule for the thousands of dollars of work Dr. Mikkili has already said he needs. However, my husband and I are both very upset about this as we have been patients for years. I informed the receptionist that I was very upset and that she lost us as patients and all she said was “Oh, I’m sorry.” We will never return to this office again.

We shopped around for a new dentist. My son and I finally found Mywildwood Denist and are very happy. The staff is always friendly and the facilities are clean. Our dental hygienist is Monica. She is professional, friendly, caring, and a genuine great person. If you’re looking for a new dentist, try them first.
