I went here for a set of Cosmetic Dentures, and they didn't stand up to the quality they should've. I was told I would need to pay for each tooth missing... Or buy a new set, and pay for an exam again with new x-rays. This is terrible! I spent $450.00 here in one day, and they won't stand behind their work. All they want is money, and not stand behind their work. I had better teeth before going there, but needed replacements, but that's beside the point. My other set wasn't Cosmetic and lasted 12 years!!!

Aweful. Staff is not professional, dentist left a piece of the root in my gums after having an extraction, 5 days later im in enough pain to cause vomiting. When I called to get a follow up apt, the lady who answered the phone sat there laughing at someone else in the office.

Aside from having way more Xrays than I ever experienced in my 60 years, my experience was good. I do not have insurance, so the cost of a first time visit, checkup, cleaning, and of course the dozens of Xrays was a lot, but reasonable based on what I expected. This clinic appears to be a company type business, and efficiency is the order of the day. Therefore you will spend 90% or more of your appointment (roughly 30 min for me) with the hygienist (Front liners in routine dental care) and less than 2 minutes with the dentist (including introductory handshake and pleasantries). The hygienist was rushing and said she was backlogged with Xrays and charting but there were others to step in and help pick up the slack. She also took time to ask if I had questions and to counsel me on the latest breakthroughs in tooth care. The appearance of lobby and exam rooms was clean, bright, and tidy. If you have dealt with private practice dentistry all your life (as I have) you may like me find the experience here more like an assembly line approach. For example, I moved from one room to get the 360 degree Xray, then to an exam room to get more bitewing Xrays and exam/cleaning, and then a third room for a brief consult with the DDS. I doubt the dentist and I will get to be friendly, which is too bad because I kinda enjoy mumbling with my mouth full of instruments, and having the dentist actually understand me!!!

The most unprofessional place ever! They were very nice until I paid over $3000 for my 2 daughters to get dentures. Once I paid they started treating my daughters horrible! My daughter now has a wisdom tooth that came in after they pulled all her teeth for the dentures, and they are trying to tell her it is a bone spur and not a tooth. It is clearly a tooth! They need to hire all new people! If you want to be treated with respect don't pay until you have everything done!

Pleasant professional staff. Calmed my fears and answered my questions. Dr. Collins performed my extractions, some of which were very difficult due to deep root structure. I returned for my 24-hour revisit then my 1st soft liner and can't speak better of the service offered. Quick sidebar. Get to town early and visit the Keen Bean coffee shop for breakfast. Fantastic cinnamon rolls! Then once your wax impressions are done, go to The Family Restaurant for lunch prior to your extractions.
