They neglected to check my dental benefit maximum when calculating what my insurance would pay for my surgery. Therefore I owe a substantial amount of money to them given my maximum was met. The quote was completely inaccurate and their negligence to properly check my insurance coverage will cost me hundreds of dollars I don't have. If I could give negative stars I would.

Dr. Parsons was extremely patient and answered all my questions during my wisdom tooth extraction surgery. He staff was very cooperative and made the procedure look very simple. It was my first dental surgery and I am completely satisfied.
