Every time Innovative Dental shows up on my phone or I hear someone talking about them I get so mad. I had the worst experience ever - I paid $2700 and wasn’t happy at all. Such waste of money and time and not recommended at all! Also, I put negative comments on their page on Facebook so others would have a heads up that it's not as perfect as they make it appear. Then when I tried to post a review, they blocked me as the picture shows?! The only reason I keep commenting on your account and I will never stop for the rest of my life is because you weren’t nice to me and I want to show the American people that you don’t deserve the nice comments on google and such a good reputation. You called me rude and disrespectful to your staff and it wasn’t true at all. I was raised in a really nice family and we care about people, respect them, and give honest feedback. I think there’s freedom to make comments on google but not on Facebook because you keep deleting the negative comments and just keep the nice ones. It shouldn’t work that way!

Cannot even begin to explain how awful my experience has been. I never write reviews for anything but I feel very strongly about my experience at Innovative Dental. I get routine cleanings every six months and take very good care of my teeth. My insurance changed so I ended up at Innovative Dental. My last cleaning had been six months prior and somehow I had 11 cavities. Naively, I didn't question this because they are the professionals. I went back in and got all the cavities on my left side taken care and was scheduled to come back to take care of the right side. I wanted to wait until after the first of the year to do this because I had already met the cost limit through my insurance. This would have been a 2 month time period. During these two months my insurance changed again and I quickly followed up with another dentist to get the remaining "cavities" taken care of. When I went to the new dentist I was very surprised to hear that I had NO cavities. Also, the new dentist was very intrigued by the fact that my existing silver fillings had been replaced with composite fillings. At this point I even followed up with another dentist just so that they could tell me I had no cavities, which I didn't. I know Innovative likes to say they have the latest and greatest technology, well I know for a fact both of these other places do as well. A few months later, I began having excruciating pain in one of the teeth that Innovative gave me a filling in. I went to my new dentist and found that the filling was done poorly and I now needed a root canal. To top it off, I just left the dentist office with my seven year old son who now has to get two teeth extracted and a root canal because of bad fillings.... guess where he got the fillings done at, Innovative Dental. I have heard countless stories similar to mine. I genuinely would never recommend them to anyone. I'm sure they will comment on this and try to discredit me, but this is the honest truth. I have paid so much money for additional procedures, its not worth it!

I needed an in network dentist, and drove 2 hours to Innovate Dental, solely based off their Google reviews. And so far, I am glad I did. Walking in, the SPA like atmosphere immediately tells you that this isn't the same old dentist office you visited as a child. The receptionist was super friendly, offered and made me a coffee. The kids area was clean and even the kids were offered a frozen hot chocolate, which they devoured! This was my initial new patient appt, I received a comprehensive exam by Danika and the Dr. Then I immediately meet with the financial coordinator, which in this case, was also Danika. Very pleased with the explanation of services I needed and the prices. I had previously seen another dentist so this was a second opinion (essentially) and they found the same issues. So I know they weren't making up stuff, just to get a buck. In fact, because they were in network for me, I am saving nearly $1000. Again, worth the 2 hour drive. And to help me further, I scheduled to do all dental work on one day so I didn't have to make multiple trips to Springfield. So far, I am well pleased. I hope their dental services provided are as good as their customer service.

Cannot even begin to explain how awful my experience has been. I never write reviews for anything but I feel very strongly about my experience at Innovative Dental. I get routine cleanings every six months and take very good care of my teeth. My insurance changed so I ended up at Innovative Dental. My last cleaning had been six months prior and somehow I had 11 cavities. Naively, I didn't question this because they are the professionals. I went back in and got all the cavities on my left side taken care and was scheduled to come back to take care of the right side. I wanted to wait until after the first of the year to do this because I had already met the cost limit through my insurance. This would have been a 2 month time period. During these two months my insurance changed again and I quickly followed up with another dentist to get the remaining "cavities" taken care of. When I went to the new dentist I was very surprised to hear that I had NO cavities. Also, the new dentist was very intrigued by the fact that my existing silver fillings had been replaced with composite fillings. At this point I even followed up with another dentist just so that they could tell me I had no cavities, which I didn't. I know Innovative likes to say they have the latest and greatest technology, well I know for a fact both of these other places do as well. A few months later, I began having excruciating pain in one of the teeth that Innovative gave me a filling in. I went to my new dentist and found that the filling was done poorly and I now needed a root canal. To top it off, I just left the dentist office with my seven year old son who now has to get two teeth extracted and a root canal because of bad fillings.... guess where he got the fillings done at, Innovative Dental. I have heard countless stories similar to mine. I genuinely would never recommend them to anyone. I'm sure they will comment on this and try to discredit me, but this is the honest truth. I have paid so much money for additional procedures, its not worth it!

I waited until I had actual work done here to leave a review. I have severe dental anxiety, so much so that I have not been to a dentist in years. This place is amazing. My first visit was a basic exam. They took x-rays and we discussed a treatment plan. Everything was laid out neatly before me, and every person I talked to was sure to make me as comfortable as possible and answer all my questions. Nobody made me feel awkward or silly for being nervous. When I left they gave me a folder with my care plan and the costs of everything (with and without insurance) all included. I felt so informed! I was also given a very good travel mug, which was a nice bonus. I just finished a root canal with this group today. My first root canal. I was terrified. Innovative gave me options to help me remain calm during the procedure. Dr. Megan and Morgan worked with me every step of the way to make sure I didn't feel a thing and was as comfortable as possible. They were very thorough to ensure all the decay was taken care of, and I was brought a mocha frappucino (they will ask what you prefer) when all was said and done. Everyone at Innovative Dental makes me feel heard, understood, and safe. I plan to go here from now on for all of my dental needs.

I waited until I had actual work done here to leave a review. I have severe dental anxiety, so much so that I have not been to a dentist in years. This place is amazing. My first visit was a basic exam. They took x-rays and we discussed a treatment plan. Everything was laid out neatly before me, and every person I talked to was sure to make me as comfortable as possible and answer all my questions. Nobody made me feel awkward or silly for being nervous. When I left they gave me a folder with my care plan and the costs of everything (with and without insurance) all included. I felt so informed! I was also given a very good travel mug, which was a nice bonus. I just finished a root canal with this group today. My first root canal. I was terrified. Innovative gave me options to help me remain calm during the procedure. Dr. Megan and Morgan worked with me every step of the way to make sure I didn't feel a thing and was as comfortable as possible. They were very thorough to ensure all the decay was taken care of, and I was brought a mocha frappucino (they will ask what you prefer) when all was said and done. Everyone at Innovative Dental makes me feel heard, understood, and safe. I plan to go here from now on for all of my dental needs.

Nobody ever really wants to go to the dentist but I must say I was very pleased with my overall experience at Innovative Dental. The staff was very friendly as well as accommodating to my every need. Whether it was the tiniest (literally microscopic) of spots that I felt with my tongue and wanted polished or an iced coffee before I left their office, they took good care of me. Having work done on your teeth is never fun nor cheap but Dr. Olson and his staff did a wonderful job helping me to improve my oral health comfortably while also doing everything they possibly could to save me from unnecessary and costly work. My teeth look better than I could have imagined and it's thanks to having a dentist who has done this so many times, he knows exactly what changes need made. I really appreciate everyone I worked with over the last few months. Even though my initial reason for visiting was Invisalign, I couldn't imagine finding another dentist. They've got a patient for life.

My experience with Innovative Dental has been horrible - still with unresolved issues. There were some problems they didn't fix, and I had to go back 4 times. When I tried to talk with Dr. Olson for an explanation and to figure out a solution, he was rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to admit that him and his staff could have possibly made a mistake. They put a lot of effort into keeping up a good reputation, so I just want to make it clear that it's not all smiles. I recommend others to go to another respectable dental clinic around Springfield, rather than spend your money to support a place with ostensible motives.

The smell that greets you is of coffee, not the typical dentist office smell. The girls at the front desk greeted me with a smile and “good morning” the second I walked through the door. I never felt rushed and left with all of my questions answered and a defined plan for my dental care in the future. By far the best experience I've ever had going to the dentist. Danika was amazing. She took the time to get to know me. She was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. I actually enjoyed my time there. I will high recommend innovative dental to anyone who will listen.

WOW! I literally just left after my first experience here at Innovative Dental. Everything went so smooth! From the start with Amy making it possible to get me in with 4 days notice, to Dr.Olsen being able to fix my cavity on my first day there, and Cindy taking my ex rays and chatting it up with me! Everyone was amazing! Dr. Olsen and his assistant were so fast while working on my teeth! I hated the sound of the drill so they found some cotton to put in my ears and Dr.Olsen was singing while he worked! It made me feel at ease. Everything was so comforting. Walking in and walking out. Dr. Megan is so great at answering questions and helping all of your concerns along the way. All the girls were wonderful when I came in and treated me with every respect. From the moment I stepped through the front door of the office, I knew this place was going to be unlike any other dental office I’d been to. The smell that greets you is of coffee, not the typical dentist office smell. The girls at the front desk greeted me with a smile and “good morning” the second I walked through the door. Danika was so kind & personable. Dr Jordan saw me and took time before my exam to chat & learn more about me personally. I never felt rushed and left with all of my questions answered and a defined plan for my dental care in the future. A couple of side notes: Danika made me a yummy skinny iced vanilla coffee that would rival Starbucks any day. I enjoyed it while waiting to see Dr Jordan. Also, while in the waiting room I observed a new momma come in for her appointment. One of the ladies at the front desk snuggled and loved on her newborn while momma was in her appointment. That is going above & beyond.

I don't know why I didn't start coming to Innovative Dental sooner and not just because of the amazing frozen hot chocolate they gave me. Danika and Dr. Olson were both so friendly and informative. Dr. Olson really took the time to show me pictures and explain all of the procedures. He didn't rush my appointment and made sure I understood everything. A great environment and kind people.

Innovative Dental has completely changed the way I thought about visiting the dentist. Not only are they professional but extremely nice. And the facility is very cozy. I had a root canal and it was quick and painless. So I came back to get invisilign and veneers on my top ten teeth and they look better than I expected. Very real looking. Perfect color. I couldn't be happier!

This is one scheme used to boost their reputation and reviews on Google, versus the low number of reviews found on Yelp. I can’t put in a good word for a business that lacks integrity like this. It’s better not to waste your time or money at this fake establishment; find another dental clinic in the area.
