The hygienists are the best thing there! So good in fact that one of them filled four cavities in one quadrant withOUT doctor oversight! Great job! Clean environment, 3D xray is pretty cool. But now the issue at hand: Dr. Nine applied a Tempit(r) filling in a molar, it worked great. Then, a year and $4,200 later, cash, it was time for another checkup and xrays. All was fine, but before applying the replacement Tempit she flushed with cold water that molar without the use of anesthetics(that hurt!) and then applied in less than 30 seconds another Tempit. Mind you, I had Dr. Nine for about 5 minutes total time that visit. Now at the front desk, what should have been a $162 bill was to my surprise, $287!!! After asking why something could go from "not even being mentioned on a bill" to $125. Dds Reagan(who has never looked in my mouth nor shaken my hand) was standing around at the front desk, loafing, simply shrugged and I asked him what was in it, he responded all sorts of medications. I asked are you sure and with impeccable timing Dr Nine came from the back with a list of two active ingredients, CalciumCarbonate and ZincOxide. Very common compounds(that's why each applicator is $2). He didnt actually know and was just saying things that he didnt actually mean and worse--didnt actually know. I told him that this should not cost that much. He shrugged again and told me "welp, thats just the cost of doing business" and then told me to leave. A package of 30 ready-to-go applicators cost $60 on amazon. That's $2.00 each, to the public! Days later, I received a letter in the mail stating that I was uncooperative and not to come back. Haha. I simply asked why something that wasn't even mentioned the first go-round could all of a sudden be a $125 charge that literally took 30 seconds. Cooperation is a two-way street... If you go here for care, only go with insurance as they regulate how much can actually be charged and billed, this does prevent the greedy from overcharging you. This was a BS charge after Thanksgiving and before the Christmas holidays. Thanks again you hygienists, you are all wonderful! Dr. Nine, best of luck in your endeavors and finding a better mentor. Dr. Reagan, I hope for you and everyone else's sake, you find ethics.

This place is incredible. I had a tooth break off my flipper and this office took me in (without being a patient) and went above and beyond to assist me. Dr. Reagan was leaving when I came in and they were about to close. They still took me and did what they could. Not one complaint from staff. I found FDN when googling and was pleased to see they provided Invisalign. This was an option my local dentist did not provide. I called and the office staff was friendly and was willing to set up my appointment quickly. The consultation was easy and knowledgeable. After deciding to receive Invisalign treatment the process has been a breeze. I changed out aligners every week and was able to see the progress of my teeth moving. Invisalign applies gentle pressure and no pain. I'm finishing up Invisalign treatment and will be getting my retainers soon. This process has been great and I highly recommend it. The dental professionals here were fine, no problems there. But the billing staff would get a rating of 0. After working with them for over 1 year to help them properly bill my insurance, they still didn't get it done in a timely manner so now want me to pay the balance insurance won't because of their neglect. After all this time and several requests I'm still awaiting a detailed invoice. Unless you are private pay, I recommend you steer clear of these people!
