First, Dr Pieper is a great dentist. All of the staff I have encountered are friendly and do a great job. They thoroughly explain all of the costs before treatment and do a great job taking care of all the insurance business. I would highly recommend Dr Pieper to anyone looking for a dentist.

I just love, love, love, the care I receive at Expression Dental Group! I have been driving to Expression Dental Care even before they moved to the Dardenne Prairie Office.I drive 60 minutes from Illinois to see Dr. Mark Moan, Theresa, and my assigned dental assistant for my 7am standard appointment. I love to get in and out so I have the rest of my day free. I am greeted by name and treated with tender lovin' care! I have been treated for root canals, crowns, and periodontal gum issues. They have been most competent, professional, and caring helping me resolve my dental issues. So, if you want exceptional dental care, give them a call. You will not be disappointed. My experience is limited to a consultation. I found the staff to be friendly & professional. My wait time was almost zero. Dr. Moan was kind & explained everything well. I would feel confident using this office for any work needed. The only reason I will not be using their services, and the reason I deducted one star, is because of their price for dentures. Almost three times the cost as anywhere else, no warranty, & they limited the number of relines & office visits. Again, I would recommend this office because they are quality through & through. Unfortunately, they are out of my price range.

I broke a tooth and after calling around to several places that couldn't get me in for weeks Dr. Moan set me up for the next morning and not only got me in but also fixed my tooth on the spot, I was out of there in just over an hour. I have never had such a friendly, smooth, fast dentist experience before. Needless to say I have a new go to Dentist for me and my family.

Moved from out of state and was referred by a coworker who had good experiences with Dr Moan. Went to first appt, didn't get a lecture, they assessed the situation, provided options and let me decide what I wanted to do without pressure. Appointments were on time, friendly atmosphere and issues resolved. I would recommend to anyone looking for a down -to -earth dentist.

We just moved to Dr. Pieper recently. We had had a hard time finding a good dentist since moving to Missouri, so I was glad when a coworker referred me to this one. All of my experiences for me and my family have been very good. The staff is friendly and professional. They seem very knowledgeable when asked technical questions about past work done on our teeth. The kids are very comfortable there. I think we have finally found a dentist we like!

Dr Moan has repaired damage done through the years by bad dentists. Finally my mouth and teeth feel wonderful. The staff is awesome and friendly. If you don't have insurance they work to get payment plans and give discounts to seniors and for paying in cash.

My first visit was with Dr. Moan was exceptional. Unfortunately, I had to have a crown put on. I have had a couple in the past and wasn't looking forward to this. To my surprise, the entire process was completed in less than 2 hours! It was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist office for such a procedure. It was fast, painless, and feels terrific! The permanent crown was made in the office during my appointment and didn't have to go through all the steps with a temporary crown. Thank you again DR Moan and his fantastic staff!!!

Dr. Moans office, staff and skills are top notch! I have never had issues with dentist however, my mom wouldn't go due to childhood issue and fear. That all changed w Dr. Moans staff! She goes regularly and she even moved to Florida 2 years ago and still comes back to only see Dr. Moan and staff!!

Dr. Moan is greedy, He tries to push you to have expensive things done immediately before you have time to think. I knew there must have been a reason that I was the only one in the waiting room. Dr. Moan, you will be moaning when you have no patients.

I have been going to Expressions Dental for seven years or more. I have had crowns and fillings done. The staff is always very friendly. The office is very clean and user friendly. Dr. Moan is my dentist and explains everything very well. The dental assistants are also very thorough and friendly. They are very responsive to individual needs. What I particularly like is that Dr. Moan calls in the evening after any significant work (like a crown) is done. I've always been fine, but I think that is a very nice gesture.

I really don't know where to begin....Dr. Pieper is my dentist and he is the best and the greatest.....He is a handsome man, he is a funny man, he is a loving man and most of all he is a fabulous...Kathy is my hygienist.... She is so very sweet and down to earth and is much more interested in you than she is in herself....My husband and I both love Kathy.....Theresa is the gal on the phone, she collects the money, she sees that the Insurance company, she is just the best all around beautiful person to also have fun with....All of these people are uplifting, interested in you as a person and want to know your vacation plans, or whatever is going on in your life....and besides the dental care is the best I have ever had....:I love and look forward to seeing all of these people at every appointment...There are others and some I have forgotten their names ....Sorry......and then there are some new ones and I just love all the fun times I have had there....I keep giving you guys 5 stars and the darn thing only gives you 4.5 .....go figure

Dr. Pieper is rude and needs to work on his people skills, especially with apprehensive patients. He screwed up a simple procedure, a bridge, causing nerve damage. I'm going somewhere else to get it fixed - you should go somewhere else too.

Great Office and Excellent Staff! A beautifully remodeled high-tech office with a wonderful staff and excellent doctors. Brought my mom, who only speaks Spanish, for an appointment and Dr. Moan as well as the staff made her feel right at home. They took the time to explain everything to her. The doctor even made a follow up call to see how she felt!! : ) If you are looking for a professional, competent and courteous care from a dentist, look no further than this practice…. One of the best experiences by far.

My dentist calls every evening after any non-routine procedure is done to ensure you are doing okay and to be available for any questions/concerns. That's not heard of anymore these days. The office staff are extremely pleasant and always help make the experience warm and comforting.

I was recommended to see Dr Moan when having concerns with my old dentist. Molly has cleaned my teeth at all visits & has been nothing but nice & helpful. I think the staff is very friendly, they are all very knowledgeable & they respect your concerns as well. I would recommend ANYONE to come to their office if you're looking for someone new.
