Went to my appointment. The trainee was checking me in and told me how much my visit would be which was $50 more than I paid the time before. She didn't know how to explain anything to me and the receptionist who was sitting beside her training her kept trying to tell her what to tell me instead of just talking to me herself since she knew the answers. What made it worse was when the "trained" receptionist blurted out in the lobby in the presence of other patients that I have gum disease. Mind you, I found this out with complete strangers. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and I won't be back.

I'm one who was skeptical of the dentist's office. Shuffling around from office to office, being let down and disappointed one after the other; Creve Coeur Dentistry was a pleasant change. The staff from the front office workers, hygienists and dentists were all very knowledgeable, helpful and professional - they really seem to take an interest in patients. Last year when I found myself needing comprehensive dental work done (fillings, root canals, wisdom teeth removal, etc.) I was not looking forward to the process. Now as I sit here typing this review, I couldn't be more pleased with my great smile. I can say that Creve Coeur Dentistry was the right choice.

They refused to give me a basic service because the procedure had not been done to me by the doctor at the clinic. How would I do it if I was on vacation outside the country? Although I explained the reasons, they DID NOT care and they did NOT give me the service even though I was a former client. Shameful.

I needed to find a new dentist in the area. I was extremely pleased with this office. The staff, including the receptionists, the hygienist, and the Doctor were all extremely friendly. I'll be coming back!

I am in love with the staff over at Creve Coeur Dentistry. They are so friendly and welcoming. My preferred provider is Dr Lavalle. She is skilled beyond her years and so professional . She’s efficient and well versed in her craft and has completed several complex procedures with ease . She always makes sure I am comfortable. She does not hesitate to walk me through each procedure with detailed explications while completing the work quickly without making me feel rushed . Follow up with the staff is always pleasant they make themselves available and have remained a consistent and reliable part of my dental care .I’m so pleased with her and the complete staff that I drive over 50 min just to receive dental care and honestly would think of having it any other way . I strongly recommend them !

I loved everything about my experience here! I've been looking for a dentist office for a while that 1. accepted my insurance, 2. had evening or weekend hours. They have that and more. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I have already recommended them to people.

Went in for cleaning, they found my gaps had increased. They refused to clean my teeth and demanded I schedule deep cleaning and cap for older filling. So tired of the hard up sell routine, I am now looking for new dentist.

Well first off the office itself is huge!!! At my other dentist office it’s so cramped and small. I got my wisdom teeth X-rayed and extracted here this past Monday (healing quite nicely). I was very nervous for the surgery, it was my first time ever having a major procedure done and I had nothing but a great experience. From the receptionist, to the doctors, to the hygienists, to the oral surgeon everyone was very friendly, made me feel very comfortable, shared great information about my dental health, and overall took very good care of me. I’ve found a new dental home and I highly recommend.

Can't say enough. I have certainly been to many different dentists in my life. The staff here are extremely efficient, knowledgeable, technologically current, and patient enough to happily answer all of your questions. The office was very clean and efficient. I have never had a better dental experience. Dr. Samad was my dentist, so I can only speak about her, but I have not yet met a more concientous, intelligent, and patient dentist.

Toys Like Me

Sent spouse and 1 kid for an annual check up. Also as a feeler for a family dentist office. We have nice insurance that lists this office on their web search for providers. So I called ahead and said they need annual check up with cleaning. Given that any dentist can charge whatever they like for any procedure, somehow this simple check up and cleaning is actually free with insurance once a year. Almost in every dental office. Didn't get what we asked for. Meanwhile the whole visit is a sales pitch for my wifes gum disease that only this dentis found EVER in her life and recommended $500 a month procedure. For three months. Never got the cleaning. But they took a crapload of xrays to charge my insurance for. Thanks for nothing. Now wife has to wait for another period of time before seeing a dentist because they didnt even bother to clean her teeth. Final thought is skip this office and find established dentist that listens to you and doesn't push some not needed procedures. Very very poor service and extremely unprofessional. But the office is clean and new.

Visited Dr. Lavalle back in December for a horrible tooth pain. The office was just down the street from my work which made it very convenient instead of my regular dentist who is over an hour away. The office was very clean and had a lot of state of the art equipment/technology (not what I was use to with my life long dentist). I got in quickly and they were able to assess my issue/pain and quickly helped to relieve it. Thrilled to now have Dr. Lavalle as my new Dentist!

This place is absolutely amazing! I came in on Thursday with terrible wisdom tooth pain and was able to get all 4 of them removed 2 days later! The staff is professional and definitely accommodated my needs and took care of me immediately!

The staff here is amazing and they do a great job of making you feel comfortable. The office also has top of line tools to go along with their great service. If you’re looking for a dental office I can’t recommend this one enough!

Oh my goodness. I can not believe this place. I literally sat for two hours, I never received a cleaning (which that's all I wanted) instead they tried to charge me for breathing, damn near charged me for sitting in the office (which the dentist had me sitting FOREVER) only to receive a claim from my insurance company. Nothing was explained to me! She tried to add SO MUCH to my bill by saying I need this and that and tried to set up a payment to where I was paying OVER $200 each visit. Just to get my teeth clean! My teeth are not falling out, I do not have gum disease and on top of that I had braces most of my life so my teeth are in good shape. I receive free cleanings through my insurance and of course they took it upon themselves to charges me hundreds of dollars for things I haven't received. If I am paying more than $1000 for a teeth cleaning then the world will have to see JESUS when I smile. So she tried to make me pay this huge bill just to have my teeth clean and I declined so she billed my insurance company for Xrays. This place is a RIP off. I will appeal their claim. You shouldn't get over on people like this. Its sad and sick.
