It’s been 6 months since my last visit to Branson Dental Center. The fire place made it cozy especially since it was raining outside. Brittney was perfect as always. She scaled my teeth with water pressure which was great. I received a head scan which was new to me. This was good. I met a different Doctor - Dr. Ramsey who was knowledgeable and friendly. This was a good experience all around. We are blessed to have such a modern dental practice here in Branson.

Additionally, there was no question about how much everything was going to cost, as it was all explained including how much was covered by insurance and how much was out of pocket. It's the greatest best dentist place to go...EVER...dentist offices are usually cold and scary...this is homey and comfortable and the view out the window keeps you calm...you don't have to change rooms for an xray.. chairs are comfortable...staff is absolutely wonderful...they go out of their way to make you welcome. Both of us agreed that this was the best dental experience either of us have ever had! Everyone we came in contact with, from the initial scheduling over the phone to the checkout afterward, was the kindest, most genuine people as a whole we've ever met. Everyone's main goal it seemed was to make us feel as welcomed, comfortable, and cared for as possible. From the moment you step in the door the atmosphere is very calming and peaceful. Branson Dental Center has our best interest in mind and we are so glad to have been recommended to them.

The atmosphere is calming, the staff is genuinely friendly, the dentist was gentle and let’s just talk about that decor though, WOW! It is as if you walked into a spa retreat. Both dentist are beyond exceptional. Jen is so caring as a hygenist!! However, customer service and billing are horrific. I received 3-4 calls a day. The staff wasn't notifying other staff they had already called. My daughter had been seen several times at this office yet they still referred to her as a male. Even after corrected and brought to the attention of the staff, and supposedly noted she waswa female they continued to call her a male. Very annoying when you are paying for service. Billing is tricky. Pay close attention! I paid a bill after insurance was applied over the phone but still was sent out a bill stating I owed. When I called into to handle it, they requested I had to provide proof from the bank because they had no records. Very unfortunate the level of service from the front desk and billing staff because the dentists are highly talented! Just be prepared if this is your dentist office! For charging more than most offices, they must get the attention to detail down!!

I love walking in to calm room and being greeted by name each visit. I love the smiles on the staff members faces. The waiting is so warm and inviting. The wait time is minimal. My favorite feature of the exam rooms is the look out the window into the surrounding woods. The staff always takes time to answer any questions I have each visit. I look forward to going to the dentist instead of dreading it. Thanks to all the staff for making me feel as is I am part of your family. TIM

I could not be happier with the care I received at the Branson Dental Center. Sometimes in a small town you wonder if that 'top shelf' care is even available...I had tried two other dentists in the Branson area and am SO glad I made the call to BDC. Had chronic pain on the left side which seemed to be flaring up, but after exhaustive examination they felt like it really wasn't the tooth. They use the latest cone beam technology and spent a lot of time with me explaining what they were seeing and offering me options. The initial visit was super affordable and I'm so happy that I found this team of 5 dentists (each with overlapping specialties) and staff...STAFF was wonderful. Enthusiastically recommend!

Having traveled extensively and seen many dentists over the years, I was happily surprised to find a new favorite here in Branson, Missouri. The front desk crew is highly professional and took extra time to contact my PCP about some questions I had. My hygienist was friendly and explained every step of the way from xrays to cleaning. Dr. Ramsey was gentle and efficient without appearing to rush. I've already made my followup appointment for May.
