I was told today that I didn't have insurance when I've had insurance for 3 years and then I didn't when I figured out that I did have insurance that I only had coverage for cleanings and x-rays which is not true period my insurance company fax them a schedule of benefits yesterday and told them I was fully insured and they still got it wrong period And when you're in pain and you're coming to have some work done to alleviate the pain, that's not something you want to hear.

RIPOFF, shocker!!! Went to this place for a regular cleaning, got ripped off. Made the easy money by taking the pictures of teeth by the nurse, but refused to do the routine cleaning, insisting on the deep cleaning for a lot more MONEY, saying hypocritically that we do not want you to lose your teeth. Holy moly - downright greedy, UNETHICAL! STAY AWAY from this unethical place, with FOUL smell in the waiting room.

Recently I had crown put on front tooth.I have had many crowns on this tooth since I was a child. This new crown matches my other tooth better than any I have had in past. Very pleased with the work. While searching for a dentist via my insurance and Google I discovered that the dentist I wanted was at the Turtle Creek Dental Care office. I had been searching for a particular skill set where every thing could be done at one facility. My contact with the hygienist via telephone was convincing enough to try them. Dr. Felder, DMD and his team are professional, courteous and friendly. They really took good care of me both times. I will continue to be under his care.

Most professional yet caring dentist experience is ever had. Unfortunately I've been to the dentist too many times in my life and I hate it. I've had two root canals and crown done in the last six months here, and they took an awful experience and made it pleasant. This dentist has got the balance of cool yet still very professional.
