Winning Smile is an awesome dentist office. The employees are so nice, and understanding. They treated me like l was family. Ms. Lori helped me in every way possible to make sure l had the best experience there. Lauren, Dr. Manning, Lori and Mallory was so amazing until words can’t explain how amazing they really were. Dr. Manning fixed my broken tooth that was broke down to the gum line. He made my tooth look brand new like it had never been broken. He made me feel so comfortable when he did my dental work. Dr. Manning is the best dentist l have ever went to. He did a miracle job on my mouth so l can smile again. Dr. Manning and his staff are walking angels.

I had an extensive dental procedure done today and was apprehensive about it. The staff and Dr. Gary assured me it would be ok. I didn't feel the shots (yes two shots) that I received. That made me feel confident that the procedure might not be so bothersome after all. After several hours in the chair I can honestly say that it was painless and I was relaxed and confident in the results. I would recommend Dr. Gary for all your dental work!

I set up an appointment with them like 2 or months ago, as a new patient. When I came to the appointment, they said "We don't have you down for an appointment. But, I will call you and let you know if we have an opening soon." I said "Okay" and went about my business. Now, I've been busy, and have forgotten that they still haven't got back with me. Not only that, I was told my insurance had already paid for the appointment that they supposed to have set me up for. I just feel like they didn't try to at least get back with me to tell me something. But, it's okay, I will find me another dentist, one who wants my business.

I absolutely love Ms.Cassie, she was the most gentle person I've ever had to clean my teeth. I did not feel a pinch not one time. I'm sure a lot of yall know what I am talking about when you are getting your teeth cleaned and it feels like they are ripping your gums! Then after the cleaning comes the floss which is even worse! It's bad when you go to a dentist for a cleaning and leave with your mouth feeling like you bit into a hot slice of pizza with razor blades. Well, if you hate feeling that way, go see Cassie! I don’t know where to begin because there are so many things that need to be said about “The Winning Smile” family. I’m saying family because the entire staff work together in such a loving way and they made me feel right at home. I’ve always been petrified of seeing a dentist due to some horrible experiences so I’ve avoided the mere sight of a dental office. My first visit, I was so nervous and scared. The family at “The Winning Smile” has placed a deep impression on my heart that I will never forget… They turned all of my bad experiences into a memorable one, all in the first visit. I went in for an assessment since it had been a while. As soon as I walked through the door, the staff members responsible for checking me in was so nice. They made sure I was comfortable while waiting to be seen. I was offered water and coffee, something that hasn’t been my experience. Due to my lack of willingness to see a dentist, my dental expenses was going to be costly. It was kind of overwhelming being a single parent of 3. That’s when, I had the pleasure of meeting one of the staff members named Lori. Lori had a beautiful smile that lit up the room, she was so caring and understanding. Lori reassured me regarding the cost of my dental services and I can take baby steps to get it done. Before she even should me the estimates, Lori told me, “Don’t have a heart attack on me, we will get through this”. Hearing her say that, still makes me smile. She helped me design a plan of action that fit into my budget so I could work towards getting my smile back and my teeth healthy. I decided to work on my smile first because it is not cute when your front teeth are not healthy and doesn’t look attractive. My first baby step enlisted having 2 root canals. Not 1 but 2. I have heard a lot about root canals which only made me more nervous but mine didn’t go the way I was told. Upon my arrival to have the dental work done. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Lee Gary again before he started. Dr. Gary is by far, the humblest, caring, courteous and experienced dentist I have met. He has changed my perception of dentist! When I was escorted back to the exam area, Dr. Gary came over to check on me. I don’t know if he could tell I was nervous or what but he took the time to talk to me. It reminded me of bedside manners goes a long way. I’m saying, for me, chair side manners go a long way…. Dr. Gary explained every last step to me, he made sure I was relaxed and not in any pain… I was able to watch TV until I fell asleep and started snoring (a little, LOL). There’s absolutely no way I would’ve been relaxed enough to fall asleep while a dentist was drilling in my mouth! That alone speaks volume to his character and how much he cares for his patients. Dr. Gary’s patients are his top priority  For that I am grateful…. I want to say one more thing about Dr. Lee Gary. After I went home from his office, I was not in pain just a little sore but it was tolerable. Not what I heard about root canals. I was studying to prepare myself for an exam. The SAME day of my double root canal! Then my phone rings. Who was it??? Dr. Lee Gary calling to check on me…. Never would I have thought the dentist would call and check on me ... Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Dr. Lee Gary and the Winning Smile family! The whole team has deeply impacted my life  

I have used the “Winning Smile” with my wife and two sons for the past 10 years and so many team members have serviced our dental needs. The entire staff has been nothing but friendly and professional. I was very nervous about having my work done (root canal, plus post and crown). The amount of work needed to be done, and the idea of the pain that I felt was sure to come, seemed overwhelming. Dr. Gary took his time, explained every step to me, assured me that I would never be uncomfortable. I probably kept Dr. Gary for about 30 minutes before he could even begin to do his work. I cannot explain how silly I felt when all was said and done. It did take a long time, there was a lot of work to do. But the entire time I was in the chair, Dr. Gary and his assistants made sure that I was doing ok, that I was comfortable, and that I was clam. Root Canal? Post and Crown? Whatever . . . I would gladly do it all again . . . as long as Dr. Gary was taking care of me. I cannot express my amount of gratitude for hie patience with me. It was a long but easy, stress free day.

I really was nervous of going to the dentist but going to winning smiles and having Dr. Lewis and all the staff taking care of me they welcome me with open arms and made me feel very comfortable and put my mind at ease.
