Dr. Klaus and his staff are professional, patient, and compassionate. Definitely the best experience at any dental office I have visited. From the moment that I was greeted at the desk to check out, detailed explanation of the problem and solutions bolstered my confidence that I made the right choice to come here. A molar extraction is never a pleasant experience, but I didn't feel any pain during the procedure, and my post procedure instructions were made clear. I actually look forward to going back to plan for an implant.

I just feel the need to sing the praises of Dr. Tharp and his Entire Office! Back about 10 years ago, I was in need of a tooth transplant because of a bothched ( I found out later ) root canal job. It became infected and, by the time I had moved here from the Detroit area, I was in terrible pain. I had just started teaching and the Principal of our school recommended Dr. Tharp bc she had a root canal procedure and said it was the best she'd had and he was "compassionate". That was just what I needed to hear bc when I was 8 years old, a dentist in Johnson City, TN, pulled one of my adult molars out without anesthetic! He wouldn't believe me (a child...) when I told him the nurse did not give me the "shot"! Needless to say, I've had PTSD concerning dentists and anything having to do with dentistry in my mouth! Long story short: from the very first visit, Dr. Tharp and one of his Angel Assistants (I'll never forget her) held my hand and led me through my dental nightmare until now--- I can go to my regular dental cleaning (what used to be "ordeal") every 3 months! As a result, I rarely have a cavity and, when there is a small one, Dr. Tharp takes care of it BEFORE it can become a real Problem! Preventive Dentistry is one of his many strengths... I believe Everyone in this Office has Compassion for Everyone who comes in...Thank you ALL!!!

Overall I can’t express my gratitude for the quality of professionalism shown my Dr. Klaus and his staff. His work is something that speaks for itself and was the main reason I drove from Biloxi for my appointments. I knew I was going to be ecstatic with my final results. He is definitely a protectionist and pays attention to every detail to achieve work that is nothing short of incredible. As I myself am in the dental profession my teeth have always been something I was self conscious about. I can happily say that will never be the case again. Dr. Klaus and his team did everything they could to make my experience as calm and relaxed as possible. Not only did he address my anxiety, but his work was steady-handed and absolutely pain free. I'm now not nearly as nervous about going back for another couple of fillings in a month. Whew!
