Been waiting in the waiting room just a hour now it will be another hour or more before my son gets his fillings done .the wait time here is ridiculous except to be at the dentist for at least 2 hours or more...

So I went there for just a wire cut they made everything so easy they were so friendly all they had to do is just clip The wire and I was on my way and I go back in two weeks for a consultation and cleaning for those who are moving to Hattiesburg I highly recommend going to this place, and I also love the fact that they do general dentistry and orthodontics at the same place

Not sure why one hygienist is working on 3 or more children by themselves. This would explain why the wait time is so long. I have been here for one hour now and only one of my children is done with their cleaning. The front desk seems to run smoothly but not enough to make up for the lack in the back. Will be finding another dentist.

Kristi Nguyen cleaned my teeth today and it was the best I've ever had. She was very nice and took her time to be thorough. Highly recommended.

This place is so disappointing. The wait times are ridiculous. My child's dental appointment was scheduled for 2:30 and it's an hour later and she still hasn't been seen. She has an appointment on the ortho side at 4:00! I guess that won't be on time either! The office is always like a darn zoo! You would think it was a daycare or even worse Chuck E. Cheese with all of the kids running around in there with their parents doing nothing. Today will be my child's last dental appointment with this nightmare of a place and when her braces come off we will be completely done with them.

This place is just unprofessional. I've been on the on call list for almost 2 months for the oral surgeon. I have called several times for them to tell me the schedule isnt up. Just to have the lady call me today for something completely unrelated so I asked her about it and he is there today if I want to come. It 3 o'clock in the afternoon and I have to work in 2 hours. This is the sloppiest dentist EVER. Even as Kool Smiles they are also. I will DEFINITELY be moving my kids and I somewhere else.
