I took my children here and received excellent service. The staff was friendly and worked well with my children. One of the ladies, Ashley, went above and beyond with my daughter. She was extremely friendly, talked her through the whole procedure, and made her first dental experience fun and comfortable. She was seriously not ready to leave! The waiting area is bright and colorful, and even my teen found entertainment while we were waiting. I also enjoyed that parents are welcome to go to the back with their kids. I had a great experience!

I called the clinic and a very nice receptionist answered and I explained to her that my daughter was Autistic and asked did they accept patients with autism and would they have the patience and she said yes and assured me that they would take good care of her well upon entering the clinic the following week that’s exactly what they did. I am very thankful for the friendly staff and the doctor and the patience they had with my daughter. My husband & I was very pleased with the service, again thanks!

Upon finding this location from transferring from another state, I found it to be a very pleasant which is what I was looking for, the staff is very professional and I like the idea of being able to attend to your smaller children when they are being treated. I have not had an issue thus far. I am pleased with this facility and their staff. Thank you everyone for such great service on 02/05/205

We went to this dentist due to recommendations of a family friend. Making an appointment went great as the front desk staff were extremely pleasant. When we checked in the staff was great and when we went back we were very impressed with the hygienist we had. My daughter started to cry and she had her calmed down very quickly and made her beyond comfortable. My other daughter hates the dentist and she jumped up and let her do her job. You guys are very patient and amazing at what you do!!!

This was my granddaughter’s first visit to a dentist the staff were very friendly the only thing I would suggest is when you have a toddler under two that they don’t go back before it’s time to be seen, and that the dentist takes a little bit more time getting the child acclimated with him because it was difficult having her cry the whole time he examined her teeth. She is usually pretty easy-going but for some reason she was afraid at the dentist office. Our appointment was at one and we went in at about 130 so I think it would’ve been nice if a few more minutes were taken to get her comfortable before he examined her teeth with her being afraid. All children are different some are more comfortable than others. I would recommend the office they were all friendly I would’ve just like to have it been a better experience for my granddaughter. Please keep in mind this is just a suggestion not a complaint whatsoever just something to keep in mind with young children. Thank you!

First time coming here for my daughter. Was a better experience than the one I had at Keesler. My 8 year old said she loved this place, "way better than that other place." I love how they have TVs set up on the ceilings to help ease the kids who are nervous. The doctors and nurses are friendly. They play popular movies for the kids. Overall I will continue my business with them. 100% set up for the childrens comfort.

After the horrible experiences my kids went through at Kool Smiles, we were terrified to try a new dentist! Although, South Mississippi Smiles has been HIGHLY recommended by a couple of friends, my kids and I were extremely skeptical about just how good this office was. Our first visit was so great, we thought, maybe everyone is just having a good day... maybe we were scheduled at the BEST time to have an appointment... this was NOT the case! After 3 appointments in this office, I have to say, THANK YOU!!! To my friends who recommended such an awesome place... but even more to the, TRULY AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, EXTREMELY KIND AND COURTEOUS STAFF! We feel blessed to have found such a wonderful group of people, who are the best in their profession! I only HATE that we didn’t know about them sooner.

They gave my child 14 crowns and 4 root canals without my consent!! They say they are a local clinic when they are NOT, they are owned by Roberts Dental Contracting who owns clinics in Arizona, Texas, and Mississippi. They do NOT employ pediatric dentists they employ GENERAL dentists, that is why the dentist you see is NEVER the dentist to do the work if your child has to be sedated because they fly in a pediatric dentist from Arizona to do the work and they fly back out as soon as they are done, which is illegal and called patient abandonment. When asked why they did this to my child they said “he has autism” they gave him NOTHING for pain stating, “he isn’t in pain he is just autistic” please DONT being your child here!! They are a chain dentist just like kool smiles, please don’t let them do to your child what they did to mine!!

My 7 year old daughter is not a fan of having strangers in her personal space. But from the moment she was called back, her dental hygienist made her feel at ease. She let her clean and check her teeth without any protest! She loved the video screens on the ceiling. Everyone I encountered was really pleasant and professional. There was a difficult child getting his teeth cleaned next to my daughter’s chair and the hygienist working with him was great with him, very patient. I definitely recommend this practice for any child!
