The doctor and staff in the back are awesome which is why there were two stars given. The front desk guy however is unprofessional and called to reschedule and I said no problem. He told me a day and I rearranged my Work schedule and took my son out of school, only for him to show no remorse for his mistake. I will not be returning as this is not a first a Smile Time.

They are very nice here; they remember who you are, and they are overall very friendly and respectful. They also have good technology and seem knowledgeable. The only problem I've had is long wait times for fillings, but that could just be scheduling time (I had to schedule for 3 or later, while everyone was getting out of school).

It was Good Friday and I needed to see a dentist, everybody was closed I finally got St Michaels walk-in clinic but made a wrong turn & turned in Smile Time parking lot to turn around and found them by mistake and I'm so glad I did, they are great, love them, staff are nice and so is Dr McCrudy. They are even nice and polite to each other you don't find that everywhere. I give them five stars.

This was the most amazing experience I have ever received from a dental office! I have moderate to severe anxiety about the dentist from a previous horrifying dental incident. I was soooooooo nervous walking in this morning for my appointment. My hygienist Chelsea was incredible, she totally put me a ease. She is as cute as a button and incredibly down to earth and sweet. I spoke with Dr. Wendy briefly, she was very nurturing and thorough which I very much appreciated. The clinic was very clean and modernized which is a major plus for me. I would strongly recommend that you come see the girls at Smile Time Family Dentistry. I have found my forever Dentist!

The prices were ridiculous! The dentist was not friendly! I had no problem getting in because THE PLACE IS HORRIBLE and people have learned not to return for visits. This place goes through employees like crazy. There is this psycho looking guy that hangs around for whatever reason. He made me real uncomfortable. When I first started going there, the place was ok. But, after 3 or 4 visits, I finally realized that she was desperate for business NOT because I needed anything major. Every time I went in, there were NEVER the same people working. FYI, this place needs to be investigated for false insurance claims and possible Medicaid fraud. DO NOT GO HERE! These people are NUTS!

I would not recommend Smile Time Family Dentistry. While the staff was very friendly, they were inconsistent with the information that they provided. The cost was also very high. The doctor did not listen to me when I told her my tooth hurt and recommended fixing a different tooth. Two days later the tooth that was in pain cracked.

I am terrified of dentists. From the moment I entered, I was treated with kindness. My problems were addressed quickly and multiple options were presented. I was never made to feel bad about my issues as some other places have done. It would be a blatant lie to say that I'm not still terrified; however, my anxiety level has decreased to DEFCON 3. If you are a "chicken", these folks are the greatest.

Also, HIIPA violations everywhere. I have a picture of dozens of patients personal information that was left up unattended for 30+ minutes.

We DO NOT RECOMMEND. We came here for an emergency visit in 03/3017 and now in 4/2018 we still haven’t been able to talk to anyone about a bill we received. 4 times over the last year we have been told “our billing expert is working on a list and will call you, within 2 weeks.” Only one person in the office is trained to deal with billing questions, whom is the office manager and a working hygienist. I spoke with office manager today and when I requested X-rays she stated that their x-rays digitally are less quality than printed and mailed. The manager’s demeanor was as if it was of inconvenience to request for our information, and very sarcastic. We are out of state and most offices are digital and require digital X-rays for evaluation. Our bill was because the insurance company “doesn’t pay for a certain procedure on the same date as another procedure, and she didn’t know that at the time.” They are not thoroughly verifying your insurance. I am in the dental field and am very up to date on dental protocols. Very, very poor customer service that we have experienced.

These people are amazing from the staff to Dr McGuire herself. I was so scared to get my tooth extracted and she made me feel comfortable. I never felt the shot or her pulling it. I opted for gas and the whole time an assistant stayed in the room with me to answer all my questions. You can listen to music or watch Netflix. They also take medicaid. I will not be seeing anyone but them from now own. The only slight problem I found was they make you pay for gas upfront and it kind of gives you the feeling like maybe they don't trust you will pay. That is nothing though.

And Chelsey is hands-down the best dental hygienist I've ever seen. Not only is she good at her job and gentle with her patients' teeth, but also she is kind and empathizing. And Dr. McCurdy is a knowledgeable, approachable, and professional dentist who takes time with her patients. I could keep going because the other staff members also all were exceptionally friendly, but those were the ones who personally cared for me. Unorganized unprofessional dr and employees! The most painful experience ever. Price is ridiculous, too! They just created a bigger problem and traumatized me!! After 4 years I haven’t found any dentists who can fix my problem this dentist created. Dr. and assistants were talking bad about the other assistant in front of me , a patient. Too chatty! And Dr. kept me waiting after giving me a local anesthesia shot for too long so she had to gave me another one!! Do not even think about going to this dentist!!!

Well for some reason, when I started here I had to have a crown every year. Then I wasn't told they didn't fully except my insurance. Took all my crowns at least 7 months to heal fully. Then the last nail was the crown I had for 4½ months fell out because of some inadequate cleaner. They wanted me to pay again to put it back in. Then I was told all this long list or process to put it back plus root canals. I said nope, went to midtown paid just 75$,17 minutes and x-rays they had me going home no pain. I feel I was fleeced at smile time for the past year. If you go here lawyer up

I wish i could do zero... only reason they got a one is because the staff is amazing! My 15 year olds daughter went and had a root canal done, something went wrong so they had to break into it and redo it. Then we left with no after care instructions pain meds or nothing. So I call them and tell them she's in pain, they tell me too alternate Tylenol and Motrin. And if she's still hurting tomorrow afternoon to call them back. So I do... all night... literally. So the next day i call and tell them she's still hurting and the Tylenol and Motrin isn't working. They tell me to give her 6-8 Motrin every 6 hours! Like this is a child. And they were gonna get with the Dr and let her no. So about 6 hours later they finally call back and say...'o were gonna have to see her before we can write a prescription! I'm like thus just happened yesterday! Y do you need to see her again. I even asked for the Motrin or ibuprofen prescription NOT even a narcotic! I wouldn't recommend nobody to go there for any major procedure

I had my teeth whitened and scheduled an appointment thereafter to have a small filling touched up. The wrong color was used and the adjacent tooth was hit with the drill. This was a front tooth. I informed the office of the mistake and rescheduled an appointment before Christmas 2018. I got a call back saying they would need an $80 deposit to hold my appointment. I informed them that I was not going to pay that deposit for a visit to correct her mistake. I called back after Christmas to reschedule. They day of my appointment I was told while at the office that Doctor Mccarty would not be able to make the correction that day. It was a wasted trip. I asked for documentation and the next I knew police had arrived. I was never out of the way with them. I only made requests to which I was refused. Needless to say I will never go back there.

For this to be a Medicaid dentist, the service excellent! They are so nice and considerate. I was promptly called to the back for a tooth extraction. The wait time was about 15 mins, but the process was quick, and they reassured me that everything would be fine. They thoroughly explained all of the post surgery procedures to take in order to avoid a dry socket. I also received a phone call the next day from them to follow up on how I was doing. I am 21, and I recommend Wendy McCurdy to people of all ages.

This was an amazing dentistry. The staff was so helpful, when I walked in for my appointment everything was already waiting for me. The building and stunning design really amazed me. The hygienists and dentists are so knowledgeable. You can ask them any question, because they have the answers. Plugs are available to help drown out the drill noise so they are mindful of their customers. The place was so clean and immaculate, you can just tell they love what they do. I am very pleased with this denistry, I am very pleased with the staff and dentist. I would highly recommend anyone (especially if you're scared of the dentist) go there and let them place your mind at ease. They are great at what they do and you can tell they are very passionate about anything that deals with the mouth. My questions I asked them were kind of weird questions, but they had an answer to every one of my unusual questions. They are professional, experienced, helpful, sweet, and so mindful of their customers. I guarantee you won't find any place better than this dentistry.

Run as fast as you can from this office!!! My daughter was referred to Dr. McCurdy office for a root canal on tooth #18. She did #30 that did NOT need a root canal! Whenever I went back to her office (July), she blamed my daughter for the mix up! Stating my 16 year old- who she has never seen before the day of May 18, remembers specifically pointing to tooth #30! Dr. McCurdy also stated that she never seen the referral that was sent over by our regular dentist. I was going to let Smile Time correct what they ( Dr.McCurdy) did wrong and let them do the correct tooth until they stated that they would NOT do it for free and that my insurance will be billed. Absolutely preposterous!!! In my opinion...this office should be investigated and shut down immediately!!!
