I took my daughter in to have two teeth pulled an she was crying an scared to death. The lady that took her back was so good with both of us. She kept my daughter laughing an kept me updated. When we left she gave us both a hug an my daughter said Mom I just love her.

This is a great Dentist office. The staff is great and the doctors too. My wife and two kids all come here, we have never had any problems and the wait time has always been 10 minutes or less in fact we have always been seen at our appointed time except once. Dr.Bills and Dr.Wright have been excellent as for Dr.Rowan I have never had the pleasure of him working on me but seems to be a good guy from the small talks I have had with him. We feel at home with this office and the sweet and friendly staff especially the phone lady.

This is a great Dentist office. The staff is great and the doctors too. The perfect place was right in our back door! Everyone is friendly, the kids always feel comfortable, and I enjoy not feeling like I have to be there to watch and make sure they’re gonna be ok. If you’re looking for a dentists office? These are your “people”, because after you’ve been there you feel like family.

Rowan Family Dentistry in New Albany, Mississippi is a State-of-the-Art clinic and has outstanding staff to help patients like my grandson maintain good dental care. They always treat us with respect and a friendly, upbeat attitude. Finnick loves going to the dentist and enjoys getting to pick a cool new toothbrush when he’s done. We really are fortunate to have Rowan in our area. It’s easy to find, close to main thoroughfares, and the facility is beautiful!

Love. Doctor Rowan and Doctor Bills are some of the nicest and most helpful people out there. The assisting team and hygienist staff are amazing aswell. They have coffee and water in the wating room and you don't have to sit long at all. I use Dr. Rowan as my Orthodontist as well and he is very nice :)

This dentistry will accept your insurance without letting you know that they are an outside provider. They will give you a payment plan in which the costs seem decent, in regards to the patient responsibility costs. Month later you will find out that your insurance will not cover almost 90% of the costs, simply because you’re out of network and this dentistry has high costs for services compared to other dental providers. As of today, I had to pay almost $900 because it was a cost that had gone into collections because that’s what my insurance had to pay. According to their payment plan that was NOT accurate! Instead of going after my insurance company, as their patient/client, their main focus was me. I spent $4,000 just in this dentistry alone in out of pocket costs. My insurance only payed about $1,000 in costs. I recommend going to a dental service provider that doesn’t have a lot of advertisements around. That’s how you will know they are the most honest ones around, because they’re the ones who don’t spend your hard earned money on advertisements! As for this dentistry, you’ll never see me step in your doors again.

I had previously left a 5 start review, but after what happened today I'm changing that and will never set foot in that place again. After waiting 40 minutes past my 8 year old's appointment time, I was told I could not go into the treatment room with him. He is scared and told staff he didn't want to go alond, and they said he had to and I MUST wait in the lobby. He is 8!! If he was older I could understand, but to call yourself a family dentist and not cater to families is unacceptable!

We took one child in to get a filling replaced. It went great! They cleaned his teeth too. Then we wanted to make appointments for the other two. They had cancellations that afternoon and got them in too. One had cavities (8 years old and scared to death). They filled both in the same day as the cleaning and talked him through it all like champs!! My wife and I are both squirmy when it comes to going to the dentist, but we were both comfortable and will come to Rowan when it’s time for us.

I always have bad anxiety when I go to the dentist but Dr. Rowan has been my dentist for years and him and the assistants to always make sure I am comfortable and they give me nitrous oxide to help with my anxiety and nerves. I had to have a tooth removed surgically yesterday and I didn't feel anything during the procedure. I have never even felt any discomfort all these years I have been going to Rowan Family Dentist. These guys are the BEST at everything they do and they are so kind and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, don't feel any pain, and treat you just like family. I would highly recommend this place for any of your dental needs!! And I just want to say an extra thank you to Dr. Rowan and Annabelle ( Belle ) for the great job yesterday and to All Staff that work at Rowan Family Dentist for always treating me like family and being so kind. I will Never go anywhere else!!!

A few months ago I had a filling done at this office and it has already fallen out! As if it wasn't bad enough that we had such a poor experience with the young dentist, Conner Bills, who was arrogant, rude and confrontational. Now we see that it's not just professionalism and common decency that he lacks. As a professional, I don't think one can lack both personality AND competence! I urge potential clients to seek a different dental office!

My wife and I had a terrible experience at this office. The office staff is friendly and kind. However, the young dentist (Conner Bills) has very poor bedside manners. He is impatient and lacks basic human empathy. He even became confrontational when I felt necessary to speak up. He was arrogant, rude and condescending toward my wife regarding the anxiety that often accompanies needles and drills going into your mouth. We would NOT recommend this dentistry specifically because of this particular dentist. With all the good dentists out there, why expose yourself to an unnecessarily unpleasant experience?!
