My complaint is about appointment management. The first time that I called in May 2019, they gave me an appointment for two days after, a Saturday Morning mid May. In my visit, after doing the cleaning and Xrays, they gave me appointment for August 22nd 2019!! More than 3 month after!!! They promised that they put me in the waiting list just in case there are any cancellations!! I called frequently and asked if there was any opening. The first time I visited the office, I expressed my need to fix my teeth before the end of July. Nobody cared. I asked the secretary to share the problem with the manager and get back to me. But it never happened! When I requested my Xrays, they sent me but I noticed that not all other dental offices that I can get an appointment from at that time can enter those Xrays into their systems!! So not only I was not served at the right time, But My husband and I had to both pay again to other dentists to redo the Xrays while our insurance did not accept it and we had to pay all xray redos out of pocket!!!
When I called to share the same problem about my husband, they just repeated that they have no appointment!! Even they didnt say that they are sorry!! Please dont accept new patients when you dont have time to treat them!!! You might have adequate time for hygiene and cleaning but not for treatments.
In our only visit there for cleaning and checkup, Dr. Snell herself was kind and efficient. But for appointment, we were left without any support and commitment which was not good at all!!
