People's Dental was by far the best the best dentists office that I have ever been to. The staff is really polite and very helpful with everything. The dentists are some of the best that I have ever dealt with especially Dr. Woolfolk in particular. The place is very clean and comfortable plus I can't explain how much I appreciate all the good work they did. It has finally given me my confidence back that I haven't had in years. They pulled all my bad teeth and replaced them with a top and bottom plate that fits and looks amazing. Dr. Woolfolk did my impressions and adjustments and he did an excellent job! They will help you out any way they possibly can so try them out.

The first couple of times I went in were fine. The staff was very nice and I was satisfied with my care. My later appointments were not good at all. In one, the dentist seemed more concerned with the game on TV than working on my teeth. It seemed very hectic and loud in the office that day, but he turned up the volume even more on the TV so he could hear the game over the sound of him working. The filling he worked on was also very rough after he was done. I actually ended up needing to come back to get it fixed afterwards because it was causing some pain. On that next visit, the office still seemed very loud and hectic; the staff seemed to be disorganized and there was a lot of running around. There was a different dentist working with me than the ones I had previously seen and the staff seemed to have some difficulty communicating with her because she had a strong Asian accent. The hygienist working with her seemed to ignore her often or ask several times what she was saying. It was very awkward for me lying there as a patient, especially since I didn't have much of a problem understanding what was said by either party. There was also an issue with the water in one of the instruments that day and I left with my face and neck pretty wet. She did a great job though; it was probably the best results for a filling that I've ever had. However, those last two visits came across as too unprofessional to me, so I plan on finding a new dentist in the area when I need something else done.

Over the past three years, I’ve been searching for my dental “home”. I’ve found it! The staff is so welcoming. Today was my second visit and the sweetest young lady greeted me by name before I even checked. The dental hygienist was sympathetic to my anxious feeling. The Doctor was warm, professional and the sweetest ever! Had me laughing and well at ease. Everything went like clockwork. I’m very satisfied with my experience!

Dr. Milan is the best ever! She took out my wisdom teeth and I feel so so much better. I am pregnant,and she is taking such great care of me. I can't stand the taste of all the numbing medicine, and she makes sure to tell every single member of the staff that comes in to rinse my mouth and suction it very well so it won't cause me to be sick. That means SOOOOO MUCH to me. She's seriously the best, most energetic, all around caring and wonderful dentist I've ever been to!

Update! Just wanted to let you all know I went back to see doctor Woolfolk. He was not my initial Dentist but he agreed to fix my restorations. Not only did he fix my restorations at no charge he went above and beyond to provide the best customer service I have received from a dentist my entire life. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone. Thank you again!!! I went to this office for a routine check up and was told I needed to have two cavities filled. I returned for my schedule appointment and was assigned a different dentist from initial appointment. He came in did introduce his self and just immediately went to work on my teeth. I can live with rudeness but the dental work I received was poor to say the least. The fillings changed my bite pattern and I had to return yet again for it to be corrected. I still don’t think it was corrected 100 percent. Now my teeth are sensitive to hot and cold foods or beverages. My teeth have never been sensitive. I don’t want this in any way to be a reflection of the administrative staff or the dental hygienists they all great. This is strictly about the first dentist that was rude, unprofessional and gave me subpar dental work. I will not be returning to this office.
