When my insurance changed in January I had no choice but to find a new dentist for my kids. I was a little bombed because their previous dentist was great and I really didn't want to move them. Luckily, PDG (Olive Branch) was in network with my new insurance. I've been so pleased with the service we have received each visit. An added bonus is that they are right down the street from the house. The atmosphere is clean, up-to-date and most importantly kid friendly. The staff is courteous and pleasant. We also love our dentist! I'm glad we were forced to make the switch. I would recommend this group to anyone!

PDG Olive Branch has been great from the start. My son started going after breaking his front tooth playing with friends. It was a holiday week and they got us an appointment ASAP. The staff and dentists are incredible!! The office is very nice, comfortable, and clean!! I could not ask for anything more from a kids dentist office. I don't know how they handle everything they do. I would recommend them to everybody!!

I really like this office my kids have been going for a few years now. The staff seems nice and friendly and they take the time to fully explain your child's dental health. The only draw back that I have is their appointment availability. The latest appointment given seems to be 2:30 during a work/school day. This almost makes it impossible not to miss work or school.

PDG is amazing! Every staff member was friendly, happy and caring! Many people recommended you for various reasons and you exceeded every recommendation! The hygienist was very calm and not pushy with my 2 year old. She said we will take it easy until he’s comfortable so he enjoys it. I love that there is a kid friendly waiting area between the cleaning, seeing the doctor and exrays so kids aren’t stuck in a chair. There are TVs on the ceiling for them to watch while being treated. Plus, the orthodontics is in the same building (we will need this in a few years)! I highly recommend PDG for all your pediatric dental needs!

The only negative is the dentist that we saw could’ve been a little more “kid friendly”. It seemed like he had a hard time relating to my child. I feel that should be a necessity if you’re choosing to working with kids.

A Negative experience, which is unfortunate. Although the office itself and the environs are very appealing to the clients/parents, and the front staff are very professional and kind, be cautious of your private insurance information. I would also recommend you ask for a consultation room unless you would like the entire practice to know your financial status/expectations/insurance coverage etc... Our initial visit for orthodontic treatment went very well. Due to insurance issues, that the staff failed to notify us of, we wound up wasting our time and theirs on a subsequent visit. Our negative experience reagarding their failure to communicate, led to an unnecessarily long delay in beginning treatment and affords one to caution others against recommending this office for orthodontic needs. Be very knowledgeable of your insurance coverage and try to confirm that they do indeed honor your plan. It has been our experience that continuity of specific insurance plans from one visit to the next, as well as privacy violations appear to be a problem for them.

A Negative experience, which is unfortunate. Although the office itself and the environs are very appealing to the clients/parents, and the front staff are very professional and kind, be cautious of your private insurance information. I would also recommend you ask for a consultation room unless you would like the entire practice to know your financial status/expectations/insurance coverage etc... Our initial visit for orthodontic treatment went very well. Due to insurance issues, that the staff failed to notify us of, we wound up wasting our time and theirs on a subsequent visit. Our negative experience reagarding their failure to communicate, led to an unnecessarily long delay in beginning treatment and affords one to caution others against recommending this office for orthodontic needs. Be very knowledgeable of your insurance coverage and try to confirm that they do indeed honor your plan. It has been our experience that continuity of specific insurance plans from one visit to the next, as well as privacy violations appear to be a problem for them.

This place has a lot of positives. We initially turned to them because our old regular dentist was out of town and my son hurt his mouth. They saw him, and it wasn't an issue that he wasn't a regular patient. Then, our old regular dentist suggested that we go here twice. First, my oldest has special needs and can be difficult during appointments so the old dentist suggested we go here to get x-rays and cleaned. Second, my middle child had to have some work done and the old dentist suggested we go to PDG because they would be equipped to handle the work. So we have started just taking the oldest 2 here. Another positive is we arrived early to our last appointment and we were seen early and got out of there before our regular appointment time. All of our appointments have been quick actually. Finally, it helps that the place is modern. Our paperwork could be done online prior to the appointment and then finished at the office on an iPad. They had a room for me to go while finishing the paperwork that allowed my kids to be contained; that was a lot easier than trying to watch them in a crowded waiting area. Overall, great place.

I feel so relieved to have found Dr. Fuson at Pediatric Dental Group. We visit the Olive Branch Location. The office is beautiful with friendly staff. We haven’t had to wait long which is great for a toddler. Dr. Fuson answers all my questions and concerns. He provided a treatment for us to do nightly at home. I really appreciate that he doesn’t do dental surgery before it’s necessary. He provides frequent follow up. I like how innovative he is with pediatric dental care. He is experienced and always does what is best for his patients. He offers all white zirconia crowns for front and back teeth. We drive a long way to see him. Totally worth it!

I scheduled an appointment with PDG Southaven after previously using the Olive Branch location (we moved since the first and only visit). When I scheduled the appointment, I made sure they knew we would be continuing with the Southaven office and asked if I needed to do anything as far as getting records, and updating our address (however, we are cash paying, and had only been to one visit with OB and it was over a year ago). I also made sure how long the visit would take as we needed to schedule another appointment close by for after this was completed. Once we arrived, we were not acknowledged, even though the office staff did not appear to be busy (I have previously worked in a dental office, it takes 2 seconds to say hello, even if you are in the middle of something). I eventually heard the staff talking about getting records for my child (at least 15 minutes after arriving), then they told me there was an issue and it was taking longer than expected...at this point, it's nearly 40 minutes later. I had to tell them (again) we are cash pay and I really don't care about the records, just start over, it was only one visit. They agreed, but then said they would have to see who was available to see my child. I again reminded them I had another appointment and they were very close to making me late for that (mind you it was scheduled for an hour and a half AFTER we were supposed to be seen at PDG). This entire visit I felt like we had inconvenienced PDG and we were not a priority for them. Even when checking out I asked for a detailed receipt and they couldn't even provide that, it had to be mailed...after they contacted me to see if we had moved because they thought it odd I was visiting the Southaven office after going to Olive Branch. I will definitely not be back.

The TVs on the ceiling for the kids to watch during their cleanings are a fantastic distraction! We will certainly be returning. They did not call us back for twenty minutes, and then they told us that it was "too late" for the medicine needed for the appointment. Therefore, they had to "reschedule" after we had taken off work. I would put them in the category of "stealing" on the price they were asking. We got two other quotes for the same work, and both were $1000 cheaper. Just because you have a name does not mean that you can rip people off.

We haven’t had to wait long which is great for a toddler. Dr. Fuson answers all my questions and concerns. He provided a treatment for us to do nightly at home. I really appreciate that he doesn’t do dental surgery before it’s necessary. He provides frequent follow up. I like how innovative he is with pediatric dental care. He is experienced and always does what is best for his patients. He offers all white zirconia crowns for front and back teeth. We drive a long way to see him. Totally worth it!

Dr. Denson is so good. My son has a lot of anxiety at dr appts but Dr. Denson is able to calm him down enough to have teeth pulled. He and his techs are wonderful and I highly recommend them.

I love PDG! There are other dental groups in Olive Branch, but the staff makes things so simple here. I love their text and email reminders as well as the kid friendly waiting room and Coffee! I've just recently had experience with the Orthodontics side, and was immediately impressed with the professionalism, speed, and expertise of all involved. It's one thing to feel you go to a competent facility, it's another to see caring experts acting swiftly to work within your busy schedule. When given the opportunity, I give PDG the highest praise. We took our children ages 6, 4, and 3 to PDG for the first time today. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and the kids felt very comfortable with them. The TVs on the ceiling for the kids to watch during their cleanings are a fantastic distraction! We will certainly be returning. Our 6 year old liked it so much, he just asked if he could go there for his birthday. No joke! So let that speak to the quality experience we had there today!

My daughter fell and hit her front tooth and chipped it at 9pm. At 9:30pm I was on PDG’s wesbsite which offered a live chat option! I was chatting w a person and the next morning they got us in at 10am to fix front tooth chip and they did a great job. I was so impressed! Highly recommend Pediatric Dental Group!

Horrible, horrible office staff. We arrived at an appointment on time. They did not call us back for twenty minutes, and then they told us that it was "too late" for the medicine needed for the appointment. Therefore, they had to "reschedule" after we had taken off work. I would put them in the category of "stealing" on the price they were asking. We got two other quotes for the same work, and both were $1000 cheaper. Just because you have a name does not mean that you can rip people off.
