What an excellent first time experience at the dentist for our sweet little boy! The ladies at the front desk were amazing in helping me sort out issues with my insurance company which I am very thankful for! Denise was the hygienist who intentionally was with Mason and she has the best, most upbeat personality which we all gravitated towards!!!!! The Doc was excellent as well!! The office was clean, comfortable, and extremely inviting to make the littles and parents feel at ease. I highly recommend this facility!!!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE. Visiting the dentist can be a very scary experience, I was nervous to see how my toddler would act at our visit. The staff made it extremely easy and comfortable for her. They have an x-box room and a vending machine were the kids can get a small gift at the end which we were excited for. They also gave us a t-shirt for her to wear and took a picture of her visit. She truly enjoyed her experience and cannot wait to go back. They were also really fast with the process, less than 10 minutes wait.They were really patient in cleaning her teeth and very informative on how to keep her teeth healthy. I was really impressed by their care. I highly recommend.

Went in for a cleaning for my 3 year old. He was initially very tentative and frantic. The dentist was extremely patient. She allowed him to play with the cleaning tool and the suction which put him at ease. And he was able to get his 1st cleaning!! The entire staff seemed to be attentive and willing to assist which made the visit turn from challenging to a very routine. #awesomeserviceandstaff

I love this place! My son is terrified of needles. He has no idea that they are actually giving him shots when doing work on his teeth. He is not in pain and he feels safe and comfortable when he is there. The doctors are great. The staff is really courteous and fun. We never have to wait long at all. My son loves going to the dentist. I can't help but think it's the fun experience he has every visit at PDG. The staff is very patient and kind. I really like the approach that they encourage the kids to be independent by going back without a chaperone (when they're ready). He has been a patient since he was 4 and he is now 8 and feels like a big kid when he goes back for his cleaning and x-rays without me. It really shows how comfortable he is about his visit. He also enjoys playing on the game stations or watching tv in the waiting room before his appointment, and of course the token after his visit to get a prize from the toy machine. We have seen Dr. John Acosta and Dr. Clayton Floriani and would recommend either.

I use the pediatric dental group in Southaven and they are amazing today I got my braces off and there’s a specific person I like working on my braces bc she’s worked on them the most she’s the one who put them on me she even put in my spacers after I got my teeth extracted to prep me for my braces her name is Amber and she is truly amazing I didn’t even feel a single pinch when she removed my metal bands that held the wire for my braces she is very kind and friendly I actually looked forward to going to my check ups for my braces and my regular check ups bc I’d get to talk to her

Today, visit my daughter was getting braces. She is the first in my entire family to have braces. Therefore, I have no knowledge of braces etc. The lady never asked did I have any questions. She was rushing. She started to walk out the door. I said well, I have some questions. Also, she knew my daughter plays Volleyball and was supposed to show me a mouth piece. The hygienist or assistant who took care of changing my daughter’s bands and wires on her braces today was phenomenal! She was appropriately personable and informative to me, as the parent, before leaving. She complimented and praised my daughter for doing her part diligently in her course of treatment. At the end she realized she intended to change the bottom wire but hadn’t. She was so apologetic, but quickly corrected the situation and with a smile. I admire her transparency, as she could have easily covered up the mistake (I don’t truly call that a mistake; that word sounds so negative). As a healthcare worker myself, I know how important yet trying the customer service component can be. I strongly recommend this office and orthodontist to everyone.
