My husband and I have been using Dr. Gee and his wonderful staff for over ten years now. They not only take care of our teeth but have become like family to us. Every experience has been superb from teeth cleanings to a porcelain crown and tooth repair. Scheduling is a breeze. Insurance is filed for you. Seriously, I could not imagine going anywhere else. I have a cleaning this month and look forward to seeing Dr. Gee, Staci and the great group of hygienists and staff at Old Canton Dental.

I love the dentist & the staff here. They are very accommodating as well. If you need to reschedule an appointment they are very understanding & help you get another appointment scheduled. You don't have to wait long to be seen like at some offices. They're keep a tight schedule & get you in & out with no long waiting room wait. They staff here is really nice. They do great cleanings as well as more serious dental work like crowns, etc. It doesn't even hurt to get a shot here like it does at other places...that's unheard of! They are the BEST!!

Edit: I finally found a new dentist, and I can honestly say the change was/is refreshing. One thing that caught me off guard was running into a former employee of Old Canton. She noticed I put it on my new patient form and mentioned that she worked their during the time I was there. The expression on her face said a lot. I inquired about the ever changing staff and she giggled a bit. I'm not going to repeat what was stated, but it is safe to say that she still liked working for Dr. Gee. She gave me the main reason why people leave in such a short time. _________________________________________________________________ I'm on the fence between a 3 or 4, so I'll leave it at 4 since they are really friendly. My experience: I first started going about 3yrs ago. I was pleasantly surprised at how upfront they were with "expected cost". My hygienist was nice, and Dr. Gee was also very knowledgeable coupled with small talk. So in total, it was nice. I go every 4-6 months for cleanings, so times that by 3.. I've been here quite a few times. My issue is based off of this year. I started noticing that I had a different hygienist every 3 or 4 visits (in one time period, I saw three different people). That kind of messes up the follow of patient/client rapport (if that is a such thing). I might get used to the way one person cleans, only for someone new to come along. So that was part of the reason why I left, but I still recommend it to people. The second and biggest reason was an issue with a filling. You know how you go for a regular cleaning only to be told other news? So they insist (like most related professions) that you need procedures x,y,z. So I was for it. After the filling I wasn't giving any instructions or what to expect for the days to come. Like how long after the filling could I eat? How long afterwards should it feel 100% normal? A week or two went by and I was still unable to eat on my dominant side. It was so bad, that I only ate because I had to.. because it was major discomfort. I called and was basically under the impression that it wasn't normal and I had to come back to get it checked out. After 10-15mins of poking around, the doc made it know that the only way to solve the issue was to get a root canal. Root canal?

Dr. Gee and his whole staff are fabulous. I have never had a bad experience with any of my dental procedures. I'm one of those people with dental phobias, and they are always so gentle and kind. They have also squeezed me in with emergencies and that means so much in this day and time. I highly recommend Old Canton Dental Care!

Due to years of dental neglect during my adolescent years; I always dreaded going to the dentist as an adult. I asked around for the best in town, and was immediately directed to this location. Setting up an appointment was easy, and the staff was very warm upon reception. The office is very clean, and well maintained. The staff is A+ and try to be personable with each and every client. Today I was greeted with genuine smiles, and witnessed one lady stop her work just to say hi. Now that's what I call good hospitality. Try this place, and I promise you will lover it! Went here on a Saturday morning due to a broken tooth that happen Friday nite. The website said they are open Saturday, tried to call all Saturday morning, got here and guess what. THEY ARE NOT OPEN..Such Bulls%ut. Ppl just suffer and wait for you're regular dentist to open in a emergency.
